*cries* Oh...my...god.... you did NOT just end it like that!! Thats just so mean... and yet so fucking beautiful all at the same time. GAH! I must agree with these other people and demand a sequel... seriously. This story was amazing! You have to at least write something showing her reaction to hearing Whatsername for the first time. I never review (I'm mean like that) but I had to leave something because I've been checking this story everyday since I found it to check for updates and now I think I will go back and re-read the whole story again in one sitting and cry all over again. Keep writing! Anything! I love your writing! Wee!

Although I'm kinda leaning towards the hitting, unless you maybe throw us a little table scrap of hope about a sequel.....maybe?...just a little one?...or a big, huge, fifty chapters of Billie/Ava goodness one?.....No pressure.

Totally heart-wrenching ending because they're not gonna be together! Of course, I have to admit (grudgingly) it rang the truest that way. I suppose I can forgive you.
I love the implication that the song 'Whatsername' might've been about Ava. The lyrics are certainly perfect.

The whole story was like a really good meal - I'm satisfied, but I want more because it just tasted so damn good. I think there's a lot of room here for either an unbelievable, kickass sequel, or even just a little one-shot in the future, maybe if they ever did run into each other years later. We can only hope!

Ohhh what to say! Thank you for writing this! I got real, honest to god chills from almost every chapter, for varying reasons. Ava Monroe was one of the most richly drawn characters I've ever read. I also think Billie was portrayed perfectly, right down to the nitty gritty. All the dialogue was excellent. You have true talent, I hope you keep posting.

Oh my God. That was one of the best fanfics I had ever read, no exaggeration. Your writing is just perfect and your characters come to life. I really hadn't expected that ending, but I was practically squealing because it was just so perfect. Work of fucking art, my friend.
