i didn't even know this story could get any cuter...but you are full of surprises! i love it

I love when Kelly and Carrie talk. Like obviously they talk, but it was nice seeing them talk about Alex and themselves without it being all dramatic. Kelly definitely needs some more of that, normal, interaction. It's bad that it took Alex's death for Kelly to open up more with Carrie, but it's only when she can't do stuff for herself that she lets people in, right? I really enjoyed this update because of the way they talked, forget all the cute touches and sweet together-like actions, it was the simple way they openly talked that made this update for me.

so i'm really enjoying the fact that the girls are trying to move forward, but still talk about alex. well done!

So Alex's mom sucks. She couldn't even be nice at the funeral/cemetery, way to respect your daughter. Carrie is trying to do the right thing, but she really shouldn't promise to be there. I get it, but with everything and Alex's death she should know better than to make such big promises so that Kelly would feel better. That said though, they were very sweet together and I'm happy that Kelly isn't shutting people out. :)

okay so i'm assuming the healing is beginning? oh man, i hope so. i cant see my kelly sad anymore. nice update

You know, you say more with a sentence that some can in a paragraph. I was glad to see that Carrie is finally sharing her sorrow. Her line about holding Kelly because SHE needed it? Tears. I so can't wait to see what happens with Mrs. Reed's comment and why Kelly feels like she's partly to blame. I hope Carrie can get through to her about that. anyway...I "vote" for an update! :)

A double update, cool. I'm glad you didn't split those two up, even though Kelly sort of treated Carrie differently in the two updates, it was needed in a way to show the different ways she handles her feelings for Carrie. Okay, I probably should have mentioned Kelly's sadness first, so, yay for Jason telling her he knew about the stuff she pulled and giving Kelly her space. Awesome brother. Kelly crying at the grave made me sadder than the stuff she was saying about Alex and dying to Carrie in the first update, for some reason. I'm not sure why. Cool updates :)

oh man, it's just getting so sad. but at least carrie and jason and ashely are being to great to kelly. she's so broken right now that it seems like no one can fix her. can't wait to see what happens next!!

That ending was so sad! But I am really glad that Carrie just knew that Kelly needed her. We have a lot of sadness to get through, but I'm definitely interested to see on what happens with their relationship once the "crutch" of Alex is gone...does that make sense? I can't wait for more Kelly/Carrie cuteness, though that is a long ways away I'm guessing. Great story. More pleeeeease? :)
