Lmao, Jason and Ashley are such smartasses. Yay! I'm so happy Alex is able to go but the Doc that's going with them might cause tensions to rise. That week will be interesting.

Lol, I like your reasoning for the change of pace. The parts with Alex were really adorable, she's a cute kid with the fist pump and all. I laughed when she went against that Lansing doctor about walking herself and saying her name's Alex.
And I've said it before, but jeez you write awesome stuff in a really short amount of time, it's really amazing. I don't know any other writer who can do that. But anyway, I can't wait for more.

I like it. I don't think it was too much of a change at all because of the different things going on. I hope teh doctor isn't too mean, it would suck if she ruined Alex's trip. Great update :)

Aww, it's so sad. I like Alex, she's a firecracker. It's really cool Kelly's taking her to Texas, she's like granting a final wish or something.

Awwwwww, that was way up there on the sad scale. I love how Carrie gets all the long elaborate speeches, it works surprisingly well. Okay, Alex really really needs to get better 'cause it would be cruel to make her die before she could go to texas.

Umm I laughed when Ashley asked 'how long' after Kelly mentioned Alex. I'm bad, I know, but I just thought it was funny Ashley got right to the point. I also thought it was really endearing that Kelly was trying to fix the schedule herself, because she cares for Alex so much that she didn't want to to wait for Jason. I'm sure a little bit of that urgency was about avoiding her thoughts on the situation with Carrie too. Cool update :)

On the bright side? At least they don't have to go sit through the already awkward meeting with Michael that would have been even more awkward because of what happened between them the night before. I don't really know what to say, except that I think you wrote the update convincingly.

aawww:(:( I knew the whole alex thing had to happen but it honestly breaks my heart every time i read it. You write in a way that you can feel Kelly's pain. Shes closing herself up again and not letting anyone in which sucksss but hopefully Carrie will get through to her!!!great update:) even though it was short:P:P...and are u always late for work:P:P haha
