My life has been crazy since the start of May but I've finally got time to catch up on things and I see you haven't updated in a little while. I miss this fic and I don't know where you live but I hope you didn't get affected by the recent floods in the south. :( Or if you're just super busy with life, I understand, my life is always crazy busy.

Kate stopped, "Seriously?"
Kelly started to hum softly as she continued walking.
"Wait, Kelly, you're joking, right?" Kate jogged to catch up with her.

Update? Today is Kelly Clarkson's birthday afterall. :)

Wow...this is rocking! This is one of the best fics ever written...ever! I'm excited (n giddy) everytime u update d story n i'm glad u'll continue writing this amazing stuff.

:) Oh, good. I wasn't worried.. well, slightly, lol. You were updating less often than usual and I've seen people either get tired of their fic or just get too busy. (Which I understand cause I'm CRAZY busy, yay for cellphone internet.) There's still some fics I wish people would finish cause I wanna know what the hell happens, lol. And my sister has 4 girls that keep me on my toes so I completely understand about that. My nieces might as well be my kids. And I'm sorry I always ramble on here, I'm a manager in my line of work.. it's kind of my job to never shut up, haha. :) Anyhow, about this update..

Ashley sooo cracks me up in this fic whether she's being slightly bitchy or not, lol. I love best friend banter and they do that a lot in real life.

That conversation Kelly & Kate were having when they first met back up was so cute, then Kate starts talking about Kelly's mom. HAHA, what a buzzkill. :D I wouldn't wanna be touching anybody while talking about my momma either!

And ack.. I thought things were about to get all hot and heavy with Kelly & Kate, instead Kelly's left all hot & bothered.. again. You are teasing me. :) Thinks Katie got scared, that's the first time Kelly tried to get for real frisky with her, lol.

Kelly stepped to her, "If you define good as heart racing, blood pumping, and stomach tightening, then yes." (Side note: this is how I knew I liked girls, that description does not happen EVER when I'm around boys. HA!)

Kelly tilted her head to the side, capturing Kate's lips in a warm kiss. Her thumb soothed across her jawline as she deepend the kiss. Awww & yum. That's all I can say about that.

As if it wasn't obvious by now, I am completely crushed out on Kate. I don't think I've had one this bad on a 'famous' person since I was 16 and got one on Kelly, lol. So I guess I lucked up that they are together all the time AND you decided to write this fic. :)

Ps. Kate posted new blog and said someone's was being rude to her. Grrr, want to beat that person up, she is sweet and pretty, why would you be mean to her? But when the person started making fun of someone in her group she had heated words with them. As if I didn't already like her a lot, she gets feisty when someone's attacking people she cares about. I would've liked to been there to see that! :) Lalala, I'm done now. Promise.

Sorry I'm being a slacker on reviewing. Been busy, busy but I always read it on the day of even if I don't review right away cause I check around the time you normally post to see if this story has been updated. :) Have I mentioned that I love you for this story? I probably have a few times. :) Still the only Kelly/Kate pairing I've found which is sad. Anyhow, about this chapter..

Awww, I love that they are having a hang session to try and cheer up Jill.

I don't think I've ever mentioned before but I think anything to do with jawlines are hot, lol. And I agree with Kelly, Kate is SO beautiful.

Yay for these two finally locking lips!! :D I love you for that whole scene but this part was brilliant-- "Kelly hesitated, one hand cradling the taller girl's face, the other resting lightly on her hip, her legs starting to shake slightly from reaching up on her toes too long." Detail is always a plus since I'm great at seeing things play out in my mind (which is probably why I love reading anything so much.)

Haha! at Kelly and Ashley banter. I love them and when they do that.

"Kelly's brow furrowed as she tried to concentrate on something other than the fact that Kate's grip wasn't lessening, so their bodies were still flush against one another." Haha, I imagine that thinking about something other than Kate being pushed up against you would be a very tough thing to do indeed. :)

Awww, at Jill and Meghan, I'm glad this seems to be working out.

Kelly/Kate playful kisses are sweet and fun. :) And Kelly better not cheat on Kate now that she finally has her! LoL.

Kate finally told her! I love the exchange between the two of them. I thought you were gonna torture me though and have Kelly freak out and pull away from Kate for awhile, lol. I'm glad they're on the same page now and realize they're more than just friends. Cause they've been more than friends for a long time now. Haha at Kate for being her "normal commitment-loving self". :) I love the banter between Kelly and Ashley at the end. And poor Jill, things seem to be getting worse for her. I'm sure there's more that I could ramble on about but I won't, lol. -hb-
