Oh, gosh. Terribly wonderful chapter. I'm holding you to half your promise.
Obviously this isn't fluffy. But I KNOW you can give it a happy ending. You're a great writer.

I'm afraid even your fluffy fics tend to scare me a bit, lol. But they all seem to work out in the end, so I'm happy to go along for the ride. :)
Wonderful first two chapters. Darren and Dan seem a bit out of their usual personalities, but you're building the characters well. And this Robert... well, you've made a good villan is all I can say.
I'm looking forward to reading more. :)

*sigh* At least Darren's father is the kind of bastard you can understand.. Robert is just sick. I felt bad for Dan, trying his hardest to help Darren, but still thwarted by Robert.
Really, I liked this chapter, you've got me all excited in anticipation of whether Dan will be able to save Darren or not. :)
