Rachel took another sip of her champagne, her eyes wandering around the room. She didn’t know why she came to this award shows. They ended up being dreadfully boring after awhile. Over in the corner, she would catch Ryan giving her winks. She rolled her muted blue eyes, just because she made out with him on stage didn’t mean she wanted him. She closed her eyes and downed the rest of her champagne, before going off in search of more to drink.
She smiled at Owen as she made her way to the open bar. He had been great fun to work with and he was a nice guy. Thank God he hadn’t tried to hit on her, not that she would have minded too much. She sighted softly to herself when she realized she would have to do press conferences and appearances for The Wedding Crashers later this week. It never ended did it?
“What would you like Miss?” the bartender asked her, snapping her out of her daze.
“Apple Martini please,” she said softly.
Rachel waited for her drink, tapping her fingers against the counter.
“Hello there, dear,” she heard a deep Irish voice say from behind her.
She opened her eyes and turned to face Cillian, her former co-star. A bright smiled crossed her face as she wrapped her arms around him and pulled him into a hug. The two had formed a close bond on the set and both had been pushed to the point of tears when filming had wrapped up. He kissed the top of her gently, almost like an older brother would have.
“I didn’t think you liked all this Hollywood business?” she asked, pulling out of his arms so she could get a good look at him.
“Well, every now and then, the glitz and the glam attracts me. I enjoy a good party every now and then. How have you been?” he asked her, his warm hands on her frail arms.
“I’ve been…”
Rachel was interrupted the bartender, who handed her the drink. She shot him an annoyed glance before turning back to Cillian and taking a sip. He raised his right eyebrow a little, but said nothing. Sometimes Rachel let alcohol get the better of her. Neither one could ignore the faint blush that crept up her cheeks from his scolding gesture.
“I’ve been ok,” she said softly, taking another sip of her martini.
“Honestly?” he asked, concern laced in his voice.
She nodded and muttered a yes, but he didn’t fully believe her. Cillian wrapped his fingers around the stem of the glass and pulled the drink away from her lips. A lock of surprise formed on Rachel’s face.
“How much have you had tonight?” he asked.
She shrugged a little and avoided his gaze.
“I don’t know, about four glasses of champagne and half of a martini that you rudely took away from me,” she retorted, annoyed that he had done that.
Cillian didn’t ignore the tone in her voice and started to lead her away from the crowd. Rachel didn’t fight or protest, she just let him lead her away. She got this smug satisfaction from seeing the look on Ryan’s face as Cillian led her out of the party. She flashed Mr. Gosling a little smug look.
“Where are we going?” she asked, clutching his arm a little tighter, finally starting to feel the effects of her drinking.
“Back to my hotel room, Rachel, you’re drunk,” he said, opening the door of the cab for her.
“Oh,” she said, sliding into the cab.
Cillian picked up the hem of her long red dress so it wouldn’t get caught in the door and shut the door and told the cabbie were to take them. He had seen Rachel get tipsy, and on a few rare occasions, completely plastered on her days off from the Red Eye set. He couldn’t understand why she did it. He would give her credit on the fact that it never seemed to affect her performance and she was always on time. The cab pulled up to the front of the Hilton and Cillian helped Rachel out of the cab. It was times like this that Cillian was glad he wasn’t uber famous, because taking your co-star into your hotel room would have been a press field day.
He unlocked the door to the room and sat a now very tipsy Rachel down on the couch.
“Just sit there, I’ll be right back,” he said.
She nodded and her eyes quickly searched the room for a mini bar. Well since she was already this far, a few more drinks wouldn’t hurt her. She heard Cillian talking on the phone from the other room. She got up and she fixed them both a glass of Scotch and returned to her spot on the couch. She flashed him a smile when he walked back in the room.
“I fixed us both a drink,” she said.
He sat down next to her and gave her a serious look.
“I don’t think you should drink anymore tonight,” he said, picking his glass up.
“What harm is it going to do?” she asked, taking a sip.
“I hope not much.”
Cillian brought the glass to his lips and took a deep swig. Rachel had already finished her glass and was resting her body against his. He sat his empty glass down and wrapped an arm around her shoulder.
“Are you sure everything is ok?” he asked, playing with a soft lock of her curly hair.
She nodded, but didn’t speak.
“You can tell me anything you know.”
During the movie shoot, Cillian had grown to see Rachel as a sister to him. She was a sweet girl and was great company when she wasn’t busy drowning her sorrows in beer.
“Yeah, I know,” she said softly.
She turned her body slightly and brushed her lips against his. Cillian allowed her to continue her soft kiss. Rachel pulled away, licking her sticky lips and whispered,
“Make love to me, Cillian.”
“Rachel, I’m married,” he said.
“I don’t care.”
“I do, Rachel. I can’t sleep with you, why don’t you go lay down on my bed?” he offered.
“I don’t want to lie down,” she said firmly, sliding onto her knees to the floor.
“What are you doing?”
She had a mischievous little look on her face as she moved between Cillian’s legs and grabbed his zipper. Everything inside him told Cillian that this wrong, but for some reason he didn’t stop her. Instead he lifted his hips and Rachel tugged his pants and boxers down. She brought her head down and flicked her tongue across the tip of his already hard cock. He let out a deep moan.
“Still care that you’re married?” she asked, grinning up at him.
He took in a deep breath.
“Rachel….we should stop…”
In reply to his statement, Rachel slowly took him into her mouth. Oh shit, Cillian thought, her mouth is so warm. He closed his eyes and dug his nails into the couch as she sucked on his cock. He hit the very back of her throat and she held his hips steady as he bucked and came into her mouth. She licked him clean and climbed back onto the couch. Cillian looked at her, breathing heavily.
“Still care?” she asked her lips shiny and full.
He shook his head and pulled her onto his lap. It didn’t matter if he slept with her. It was a one night stand, and that was it. His wife would never find out. He would give Rachel what she wanted and everything would be ok. He pushed the long red dress up her slender hips and ran his hand along her throbbing pussy. Rachel tossed her head back.
He wiggled her out of the black g-string and laid her on her back. He positioned himself on top of her and pushed into her. Rachel bit her bottom lip and wrapped her legs around his waist.
“Cillian,” she moaned.
God, she was so tight inside. He shouldn’t have believed all those tales Ryan had told him. Her pink lips were parted in a perfect O as she started to shake into an orgasm. Cillian began to thrust faster and faster, holding onto her slender waist to make sure she didn’t split into two. Rachel let out a loud scream as she climaxed. He presses his lips against hers and let her ride it out, until he finally came as well.
Rachel lay beneath him, her curls matted and limp, black mascara running down her sweaty face and her lipstick smeared across one cheek. He kissed her neck softly to make her calm down. He pulled out of her slowly and looked down only to find her sleek white thighs stained with blood.
“Rachel…were you still a…” he started to ask.
She blushed and nodded. He sighed and pulled her into his arms, stroking her hair lightly.
“You’re staying with me tonight.”
It wasn’t a question. Rachel fell asleep in his arms that night.
