Disclaimer: This is a work of fiction. I do not know Johnny Depp. I do not make any money from the writing of this story. |
A number of people told me that my last complete Johnny story was, well, rather incomplete. So, I decided a sequal was in order. Please leave a review if you can...over 100 people have read the complete version and no one has said a thing. I just want to know if you all enjoy this...and if I should write more. Thanks.
Disclaimer: I do not own Johnny (of course) or any other real person in this fic. However, I do own Emily.

It was the moment I knew my life would never be the same. I had stepped into the elegant hall wearing a dress that cost about two months rent and saw the celebrities and Hollywood bigwigs mingling in a din of sound. It was surreal and I felt like I had entered some parallel universe filled with only beautiful people. I was aware that I had arrived, in every sense of the word, and held my breath as Tracy and I made our way through the crowd.
It was my first industry party since I had signed with Tracy two months earlier. She had insisted that these parties were where the real deals were made and I didn’t question her. She had yet to steer me wrong. Ever since I had signed with Tracy as my agent my career had taken that right turn for the better. I was auditioning for real roles and while I had been turned down for most of them, it was refreshing just to have someone believe in me. And through the rejection, Tracy never lost faith in me. She kept sending me out, telling me the moment was just around the corner. And she had been right. Two weeks later I was signed to do a movie with Steven Spielberg.
I felt the heat of their eyes as I crossed the room. I wasn’t used to this kind of attention and the idea that all these famous people knew who I was sent butterflies soaring in my stomach. News traveled faster in Los Angeles than anywhere else in the world. Tracy had already warned me that everyone at this party was going to know I was the new up-and-comer and that I had better be ready for it. But as I stood there basking in the glow of their attention I was left wondering how anyone could prepare for this.
Tracy skillfully moved me around the room, introducing me to all the powerful Tom, Dick, and Harries. After twenty minutes they all seemed to have the same face and wore the same expensive power suits and a craving for a strong drink settled into my stomach. I excused myself from Tracy and the hoard of money grubbers and worked my way over to the bar at the far end of the room.
“What’ll it be?” the bartender asked proudly. I had come to learn that the friendliest bartenders and waiters worked in L.A. Possibly it was because they were all actors hoping to service the right person. Whatever the reason, it was a welcome change from the bartenders in New York.
“She’s gonna have a tequila straight,” a thick, deep voice announced behind me. I spun around, meeting the gaze of those familiar dark eyes. “Unless you’re off the worm?”
“No,” I said, shaking my head slightly. “It’s still my drink of choice.”
“And what can I get for you, Mr. Depp?” the bartender asked with the same enthusiasm. The guy was trying too hard.
“Let me get a beer.” He moved to stand beside me at the bar and I watched him in awe. I don’t know why I was surprised to see him. Anyone who was anyone was supposedly at this party, so why shouldn’t he be? And it felt comforting in a way, as if I had just bumped into an old friend in a room full of strangers.
For the last few weeks I had wondered if I would run into him. After all, he was the reason I was in L.A. in the first place. If it hadn’t been for Johnny I never would have met Tracy Jacobs and I’d still be living in the dump I called a studio on Avenue A. I’d hoped for a chance to see him and thank him but we always seemed to be missing each other. But now, standing next to him, finally able to speak to him, I found myself nervous and giddy. The simple presence of his body made me feel lightheaded.
“I was wondering if I’d see you here,” he said, leaning against the bar. I was having trouble averting my eyes from him. He looked dashing in the dark black suit with thin pinstripes. He wore a white shirt beneath that was open just enough to see the tops of his pectorals. His hair was a bit shorter, falling slightly below his chin in a subtle wave but he still had the stubble above his lip and on his chin. I felt my skin get hot as his eyes slowly scanned my body. “You look great.”
“Thank you,” I answered, trying to remain calm. It felt like ever eye in the room was fixed on us like a hundred lazar beams. “You were the one who said I’d probably look good in a tight black dress.”
He grinned. “It’s always nice to be right.” He said before taking a sip of his drink. I felt that familiar flip in my stomach as he smiled. It amazed me that he had such an effect on me. I was suddenly aware that my last words to him had probably been “fuck me harder” and I felt my cheeks get hot. He didn’t seem to notice.
“I see that you came with Tracy. I take it she’s had you make the rounds already?” I had never been more grateful for a change of subject.
“Yes, I feel like I’ve met everyone in Hollywood tonight. Unfortunately I don’t think I remember a single name.”
“Don’t worry about that. You don’t have to remember their names. They just need to remember yours. Tracy will do the rest.”
“I’m beginning to see that. She’s truly unbelievable. Thank you so much for referring me to her.”
“You’re welcome.” There was that smile again.
“No Johnny, you don’t know how appreciative I am. I wouldn’t even be here if it wasn’t for you. I can’t say thank you enough.”
“Well, I’m glad I served a purpose that night.” His smile was different but it had the same effect on me despite the sarcasm in his tone. I leaned in closer to him, taking the opportunity to refresh his memory.
“If I remember correctly, you served many purposes that night.” I realized the effect my words had on him as he cleared his throat and slightly shifted his weight. He leaned in closer to me and licked his lips before opening his mouth to speak.
“Well, hello Johnny. How are you?” The voice startled me from behind despite all the noise in the room. I hadn’t realized how entranced I had been. I snapped my head around and came into contact with two startling blue eyes.
“Hey Ewan, I’m great. How are you man?” The two men smiled and shook hands in front of me,
“Oh, I’m getting by. These things just make me want to stick a hot poker through my left nut. But other than that I’m excellent.” I couldn’t help but laugh. Hearing the nasty statement spoken in that soft Scottish brogue struck me as painfully funny and both men instantly looked at me.
“Johnny, you think you might introduce me to this lovely lass?”
“Of course. Ewan Mcgregor, this is Emily Butterfield.” I felt a small tingle all over as he said my name. My god, I was like a lovesick teenager.
“Ah yes. I read about you in Variety. You’re involved in the new Spielberg project. Well congratulations dear. I heard there was a mighty fine catfight over that part.” His smile was lovely and his crystal blue eyes inviting. Under different circumstances I would have easily been lured in by him. But as it was, I was too keenly aware of the dark eyes on me from behind.
“Thank you,” I said, smiling shyly. I felt small standing between these two giants of the film industry. It was even stranger that I was now considered one of their peers. It was both exciting and incredibly intimidating.
“Well, hey there kids,” Tracy announced behind us, putting her arms around Johnny and me. “Is everyone enjoying the circus?”
“Immensely,” Johnny said, leaning back to kiss her cheek. “We’ve already seen the clowns, but when does the bearded lady come out?”
“All in good time, sweetie. Now Emily, I hope the two bad boys haven’t been corrupting you?”
“Of course not, Tracy. Unfortunately they’ve been behaving themselves.” I glanced at Johnny and caught him smirking at me.
“Well, see that it stays that way. If either of them gives you a hard time, just send them my way and I’ll give them a sound whipping.” I was slowly growing to love Tracy. She was like the Jewish mother I’d never had.
“Tracy, don’t be such a tease,” Ewan responded with a wink and she brushed him off with a smile and a flick of her wrist.
“Johnny, I need to steal you away for a moment. Mark Furman from Universal is discussing that new Kerouac project. We need to go talk to him.”
Johnny nodded enthusiastically at her before taking a final swig of his drink and placing it on the bar. He looked at me. “I’ll be right back.”
“Don’t worry, I’ll take good care of her,” Ewan said, putting an arm around me. We all laughed as Tracy pulled Johnny into the crowd.
“So, have you and Johnny known each other long?” Ewan smiled as he spoke but I still felt a small pang of dread. This was the small talk I despised so much and I didn’t know how much information was appropriate.
“No, not long. We met through Tracy,” I lied. There was no need to feed the rumors.
As we spoke, I occasionally glanced at Johnny as he stood amongst a small circle of people. He would often look at me as he continued to speak. I was left wondering. Did he still want me like I wanted him? Did he remember every detail of that night like I had? And did he think about it, warming himself with the memory like I did? He had told me that one night stands were not his usual thing but I didn’t believe him. He was a handsome and successful movie star, capable of fucking any woman he wanted. How did I know I wasn’t just a link in the chain, another notch on his belt? As he looked at me I realized that this was my chance. My second chance to make a lasting impression. I wanted him to desire me. I wanted it to sting. And I wanted him to know that this time it wouldn’t be as easy.
As Ewan and I continued speaking, I dug into my bag of tricks, pulling out every rule in the flirting handbook. I laughed at his jokes and lay my hand on his shoulder. I swung my hips and leaned in close when I spoke. I touched his hair, brushing it out of his eyes, all the while never looking once at Johnny.
“Do you think it’ll work?” Ewan asked after I’d laughed a little too loudly at his last joke.
“What?”
“Do you think it worked? Flirting with me? Do you think it made him jealous?”
I was dumbstruck as I felt my cheeks get hot. “Ewan, what are you…?”
“Don’t worry about it,” he interrupted. “I think it may have done the trick.” He gave my hand a quick squeeze. “See you later, love.” He turned with a smile and disappeared into the crowd.
I didn’t have much time to feel embarrassed for as soon as Ewan left I felt a hand grab mine and pull me backwards. I turned to find Johnny ahead of me, pulling me by the hand through the crowd. He walked fast and I had to run in my heels to keep from falling down. His back was to me and I couldn’t see his face but I felt sick with sudden worry. Shit, I thought. I’d fucked up. Johnny probably didn’t respond well to jealousy. He was probably angry and I cursed myself, knowing my ridiculous game had backfired.
He pulled me to the side of the hall where thick, draping curtains hung in front of sunken floor windows. Johnny moved me into the two feet of space behind one of the curtains and forcefully pulled it closed. My back slammed against the wall and I found myself caged in by the curtain and window and Johnny standing over me.
I opened my mouth to speak, to apologize, but it was quickly muffled as Johnny pushed into me with a powerful kiss. My body was caught between his pressing chest and the wall behind me as he drove his tongue between my lips, circling it around my mouth angrily. I could still hear the sounds of the party on the other side of the curtain as he kissed me. The voices, the clinking of glasses, even the stifled conversation a mere few feet away.
His hands slid up my sides, finally cupping my breasts. I felt myself panting into his mouth, trying the silence my moans as he ran his thumbs over my nipples under the light material of my dress. His hands were cold and I felt my nipples harden instantly from his touch. He moved his hands down to my hips and slowly gathered up the skirt of my dress, lifting it until it was above my thighs. I heard two men laughing on the other side of the curtain as he pushed my panties aside. I gasped as he slipped his fingers into my slit, spreading around the thick moisture.
He kissed his way down my neck, dampening the tender skin. “Is this from me or from Ewan?” he whispered as he spread the wetness all around my cunt. His voice was sultry and thick and I feared my knees would soon give out. My plan hadn’t failed. He wanted me and needed to be sure it was he who had gotten me so wet. I was done with games. All I knew is that I wanted him to make me come.
“You. Oh god, you,” I whispered as he rubbed his thumb against my clit. I clutched his shoulders, grabbing the material of his jacket. I wrapped a leg around his hips, giving him further access to my hungry cunt. My body was so close as he began to slip his fingers inside me.
“Did you miss me?” he asked as he fucked me with his fingers. I couldn’t answer. Everything else had disappeared and all I felt was the weight of his body and his fingers inside me. He moved them in and out, moving his own body with his hands as his thumb kept its steady massage on my engorged clit. I held onto his shoulders, desperate for the support as his hand and body rocked my hips and I found the right pace. I could feel the orgasm in my stomach approaching.
“That’s it baby, that’s it,” he whispered and it sent me over the edge. I bit down on his shoulder, stifling my moans as I came into his hand. His fingers moved gingerly inside me as my orgasm shook my whole body and he kissed my neck and shoulders as the last spasms escaped me. As he finally removed his fingers from inside me, I couldn’t help but whimper.
He looked at me with a silly grin as I pushed panties back into place and lowered the skirt of my dress. I watched lustfully as he brought his fingers to his mouth, giving them a quick taste with his tongue. I felt a throb return between my legs. I swear the man could make me come ten times in a row.
“Well, that was easy,” he teased. His voice was still low and I remembered where we were.
“Do you feel like you marked your territory?” I asked, cocking my eyebrow at him. He smiled as he looked down at his crotch and then back at me.
“Not yet.”
I ran my hand over the bulge in his pants, filling my palm with the enormous erection. “Well, we’ll need to do something about this, won’t we.”
“Why don’t we get out of here?”
I nodded as he grabbed my hand and inconspicuously slipped back out from behind the curtain.
