“You know what Darren? I hate you. You and your big diva ego! I’m glad that you called Savage Garden a day, because this is the perfect opportunity to never see your face again!” Daniel yelled into the receiver.
“I’m sorry Daniel, I never meant to put it the way it had been written... . Danny? Darren had never apologized before but it had been too late, Daniel had already hung up the phone.
“I’m really sorry. I love you!” and he held his breath.

*thud*

Darren slowly opened his eyes. The rain was falling heavily against his bedroom window. He watched the raindrops slowly crawling down towards the window sill. Suddenly a smile lit up his face, when he felt a bodysnuggling up to him and two arms gather him in a sweet embrace.
“Are you awake?” Daniel said, tickling Darren’s ear with his breath.
“Sort of. Daniel?”
“Yes, Darren.”
“I love you.”
“I love you too, Baby!”

And with a content smile, Darren let out the breath he had been holding.
