ReChapter 10 - Safety?
Jaejoong’s POV
The invisible darkness pressed in from all sides, as if it was solid, squeezing. Jaejoong, panted, feeling it harder and harder to breath as he walked away from the bloody road.
He fell to his knees, his hands clutching his hair, which was sticky and matted with blood. His eyes looking down at the unseen floor, which seemed to have turns into a crimson sea.
Upon which he walked. He glanced up and choked on air, seeing the bodied road.
END POV

Another two days went by without finding a town, without rain and it was now the third day. Junsu had stopped humming, and was carrying Changmin, who had thrown up serval times during the past two days.
Mirell couldn’t coax him to drink any of the last water either. Jaejoong had slipped in and out of consciousness and was never aware of where he was.
Anything they coaxed down his throat came right back up. In fact they had all thrown up at least once if not twice or more.
The fruit had ran out the day before, so no one had anything left to throw up. Yunho and Mirell, sway as they walked, and started leaning on each other for support.
Yoochun carried Jaejoong, on his back. They were all losing the last of their strength fast and each break was slowly becoming longer.
“Shit....I got to stop, just for a second.” Mirell murmured, shifting her stick and rubbing her upper leg about the injuring gently.
Yunho merely plopped down on the ground, rubbing his eyes and temples.
Yoochun and Junsu didn’t dare sit, afraid they would never get up again.
“How is your leg doing,” asked Yoochun.
“It hurts, and it’s starting to buckled under weight,” Mirell answered.
“Come here,” Yunho said, getting up and taking Mirell’s arm and putting it across his shoulder.
He then slipped his arm around her waist.
“That should help.”
“Thanks...you okay?” Mirell asked.
“Yeah, for now.”
Yoochun grabbed Mirell’s stick and they set off again.
“I wonder if we should have stayed,” Junsu said out loud.
“Too late to find out now,” replied Yoochun.
Yunho replied, “Both of you be quiet, the more you talk the thirstier you’ll be.”
They nodded in agreement, not bothering to snap back. He was right anyway.
They walked on for serval hours when they heard a noise and stopped. They strained to listen and understand what they were hearing.
“That’s a car,” said Mirell.
“No...those are cars.” replied Yoochun.
They rushed forward as best they could, pushing back branches and fighting their way through bushes. Finding strength in the hope of finally finding people.
The broke through the wilderness and there was a road, and serval cars driving up and down it.
They merely stood there, staring almost in disbelief, as a car pulled over to the side of the road.
“Are you kids ok?.” asked the man in Chinese, which they boys lucky knew.
The man took in their torn, dirty, bloody state and walked towards them pulling out a cell phone.
The sight of the phone, made them all collapses. They just dropped to the ground, relief overwhelming them.
Junsu and Yoochun gently laid Jaejoong and Changmin down, and set down, leaning against each other. Mirell and Yunho, mimicked them, all of them shaking.
The man-called emergency, asking for help, telling them he found 6 teenagers on the side of the road all in bad shape.
The man asked them their names which they gave.
“You boys are the band on the plane that crash!”
Junsu and Yoochun nodded.
“You all safe now. Don’t worry, help is on the way.”
The man fussed over them and soon other cars had pulled over to see what was wrong. They all were frantic to had found survivors of the plane crash, which was said to have killed everyone on board.
Then the sirens were heard in the distance, soon police offers, and medics swarmed, the area and them.
Yunho and Mirell finally gave in to the darkness and slipped into unconsciousness despite the medic’s urgence for them to stay conscious.
They were all driven to the emergency hospital. Changmin was in surgery for four hours, Mirell for one.
All were given fluids, medication and put to sleep after being bathe, and looked over. Junsu and Yoochun and insisted that they be together in one room. So it was.
Yunho, Yoochun and Junsu would be well with rest and fluids.
Changmin’s life was on a thin thread, the infection having spread through out his body, Mirell might lose her leg, but they were shooting it with antibiotics to try and prevent it.
Jaejoong’s delirious fever had pushed him into a coma.
