The next morning was a big one for me, I was going home. I woke to about five people walking in and out of my room carrying flowers, and gifts.
“Can I help?”
“No you are to stay in bed, till the car is packed and then I’ll carry you away to the Pearl.” Johnny said only to be hit in the head by Keira who looked at me and smiled. Then she turned back to Johnny and said “You give your glands a rest, she is till recoving and all you can think about is sex. Boys they never grow up.” Keira handed me a pair a sweats and my hockey jersey so that I would be comfy. When we got home, I saw Eleanor in the driveway, waiting for me. She looked so cool and ready to race. I walked over to car and ran my hand over the top and said to her “Soon, baby soon.” My mother sent me right to bed. Johnny led me to our room, giving me light kisses and touches the whole way.
“Do I have to stay in bed till dinner? I been sleeping and resting for a week now.” I kissed his lips and moved my hands to his chest, that was when my mother passed and said “Go to bed Elizabeth, and Johnny keep your hands to yourself.”
“Yes ma’am.” he walked with me to the bed and I climbed in, he tucked the covers in, then whistled. Lilly and Jack came into the room both wear a red top and white pants with Jack Davenport following them.
He said to them “Now Miss Elizabeth needs her rest I want you two guard her and if she needs anything ring this bell, ok.”
They nodded and climbed up on the bed and sat down on either side of me making sure that I wouldn’t move. We watched movies and Lilly kept asking if I was ok I told her I was fine. I was just about to start Pirates when Johnny came in and said it was time for dinner. My dad had made my favorite meatloaf, with mashed potatoes and veggies. Dinner wasn’t a small family dinner no, there were ten people over, Johnny, mom, dad, Lilly, Jack, Jack Davenport, Michelle, me, Orli, and Keira. Johnny kept getting told off by my mom because he couldn’t keep his hands off me. I just sat and ate, glad that I was with my family, friends, and Johnny. After dinner Jack, Keira, and Orli were getting ready to head out when they remembered something.
“Lizzie this is from Geffeory.” Jack and Orli placed a big box on the table and Keira handed me a card. I read the card, then lifted the lid off of the box inside was the full series of Inuyasha on DVD and a beautiful silk kimono. It was blue with pink cherry blossoms falling and white crescent moon on the back that overlooked the shadow of a sitting Inuyasha. I smiled Geffeory knew that I love Japan and anime, the three of them left saying that they would see us in France in a few days. I put the DVDs and kimono away then, Johnny and I gave Jack a bath and tucked him into bed, he wanted a story he was holding a stuffed lamb.
“Once upon a time there was a young girl who lived on a farm, her name was Buttercup. She lived alone expect for the farm boy, his name was Westely. Buttercup only called him farm boy. She came back from riding her horse. “Farm boy shine my saddle, I want to see myself init by morning.” “As you wish.” What she didn’t know was that every time he said as you wish what he meant was I love you.”
In ten minutes was Jack was asleep. We walked to Lilly’s room to see if she was asleep yet, she packing and laying out her clothes for tomorrow.
“Are you ready for bed?” Johnny asked.
“Almost, just have to take a shower, brush my teeth, and get my jammies on. Will you tell me a story, please?”
“Alright, we’ll be back in ten minutes ok.”
“Ok.”
We went to our room; I went to the closet to grab a nightshirt as Johnny went to bath room. We walked into Lilly’s room to see her looking at the books trying to find the right one. She pulled out a book that was hand made and handed to me.
“What is this?”
“Daddy made this for me while he was away working on the two pirate movies.”
I smiled Johnny bowed his head and blushed. He had told me how many times Lilly had called while he was filming the first movie, he had made a book for her and added to it while we were gone to film the second movie. I looked thru the book there were poems and stories about the sea and Jack Sparrow, Elizabeth Sparrow and their daughter. I read the first story and Johnny read the next. We tucked Lilly into bed and kissed her on the head. Johnny led me into our room and turned to the bathroom, he filled the bathtub with water and coconut bubble soap, and there were candles and roses. He helped me out of the sweatpants and jersey I lowered my head. For the first time since the attack, he was seeing my scars and my injuries; he turned to me and raised my chin so that I was looking into his eyes.
“Lizzie, you ok?”
“I just don’t want you to see all the scars that she left on me, they are ugly.”
“They maybe ugly, but they don’t steal any of your beauty. You will overcome this and everything will be ok.”
He helped me into the bath. He stripped and slipped behind me it was nice to feel his bare skin against mine. He gently washed my back and massaged the stress out of my body. He washed my body and I washed his. We got out and dried off. I was about to put on my nightshirt when Johnny stopped me. He had me lay down on the bed on my stomach as he applied ointment to my back and replaced the bandage over my back and around my ribs. I rolled onto my back and looked at him all I saw was love in his eyes. He kissed my head and kissed his way down my body as his hands worked their magic on my body on their way to my core. I was wet by the time he slipped two fingers into me. I let my body remember his touch, my mind screamed to run and to get away, but my body and heart knew that he would never hurt me. I watched him, I tried to get more, but he shook his head. “Lizzie I won’t push, we’ll go slowly so that you feel the most pleasure and so your body can heal.” he yawned.
“Have you slept at all?” he had bags under his eyes and had been yawning all day.
“Not since the night in the hospital, had to finalize all the wedding plans.”
I smiled there was a twist the guy working on the wedding while the girl relaxes.
“Besides I like falling asleep with you in my arms.”
I laid my head on his chest hearing his heartbeat as I fell asleep. The alarm woke me up at 5am, I killed the alarm and moved to wake up Johnny, but he wasn’t there.
“Morning sleepy girl.” he was all dressed, packed, and ready to go.
“Morning.” I yawned.
“The showers all yours, I’ll get the kids up.” he leaned down to kiss me.
I took a shower, and got dressed I knew that it would nice when we got to France, so I wore a pair of comfy pants, a tank top, and grabbed a sweatshirt. It was grey, over the left breast was the stamp of the Lady Washington it was signed by the crew. We piled into the shuttle, me, Johnny, my parents, Michelle and the kids. The plane was leaving at 8am so after we got checked in and got thru security. Michelle, my mom, Lilly and I went over to Jamba Juice to get a wake me up. All the adults expect for Michelle were in first class, Michelle and the kids were coach. After all the safety instructions which Johnny and I did the George Carlin routine. I fell asleep for about six hours, waking up when my “pillow” moved, I looked up to see Johnny getting the portable DVD player out and looking thru the movies. I had to go the bathroom so Johnny stood up and I told him to wait on the movie till I got back. When I got back I look thru the movies I had to laugh at the selection. He had grabbed quite a few good movies but not many of his, I was tempted to torture him one of Orli’s movies. I put in the DVD, but not letting Johnny see what movie it was. I found the scene I wanted to start on and pressed play. I had chosen LOTR: The Two Towers, it is one of my favorites. When Johnny saw what movie it was he placed his hand over his heart and said “You wound me, Elizabeth.”
“Yeah, well you’ll live.”
We finish it and chose to watch Sleepy Hollow, after that we checked on the kids.
We landed and got our bags and there was a limo waiting for us and drove us to hotel. When we got there everyone fell asleep expect for me and Johnny. We changed and took a tour of the city, I been to Paris, two years ago, but this time I could take the time to enjoy the city. We went all around the city, Moulin Rouge, the Eiffel Tower, and all the tourist traps.
