She awoke on the bed with the covers over her body. Vladimir was next to her, staring at her. Worry filled his eyes. As soon as he saw that she had woken up, he slowly inched closer to her and touched her arm.
“Are you alright?” He ran his index finger over her forearm.
“No…”
“Perhaps I fuck you too hard…I am sorry…” She moved in closer to him and cried. Every part of her body ached and she could barely move.
“It hurt…it hurt…why do you hurt me??”
“It will be okay, my love…I am here…” He kissed her forehead gently. “I love you. I love you so much…” She made a small noise in an attempt to speak. He shushed her. “Don’t even say anything. Go to sleep. I’m sorry. I’m so sorry…I will be more gentle to you.” She leaned her head against his chest, but she couldn’t sleep.
As he slept she thought deeply about the things that had happened over the past few days. Her virginity had been taken and her rights violated, all by a man who claimed he was “in love”. How could someone who was in love with her blatantly disregard her needs? Perhaps if she tried harder to fall in love with him, he would stop being so nasty to her. But then again, he wasn’t always nasty. Sometimes he was wonderful. Sometimes he was kind, considerate, gentle, and loving. There were just other times, usually when he was horny, when he was awful. She thought of a solution, but she wouldn’t implement it right away.
