The next few days were fittings and checking on the prep work. After three days of work it was time to have fun, my friends and sister were coming in today and later on tonight his family and the rest of the wedding party which was most of the cast was coming in. It was 11am I was at baggage claim waiting for everyone, my mind wondered to when I had sent out the invites, I had gotten a few phone calls, one was from my sister Josie. She had been living in Australia, for about a year she had left the same day I left for the premiere. The day she called me was the day I got my wedding dress, I remember it well. I was just about to enter the store with Keira and Penny, my cell rang, I answered and said “Hey sis how’s Down Under, have you found Nemo yet?”
“No, I haven’t, but I did get your wedding invite what is this about you and Johnny Depp, and where is the punk’ed crew?”
“This is no joke, the wedding is in Paris, France and I want you there and Jay can come if she wants to. Ok I have to go. I till have to find my wedding dress, so call to RSVP k love you.” I hang up.
I saw my friends first then Jay and Josie. Katie, Andrea, and Phoenix glumped me to the ground.
“Hey guys how are you?” I asked with a smile.
“Good how are you and lover boy?” all three asked.
“We’re good.”
I looked at Andrea and asked “So where’s your man or they just too busy to come and have some fun in Paris?”
“They coming later and will meet us at the hotel.” That was when Josie came up and poked me.
“Hey sis. Hi Jay haven’t seen you in a while.” Josie is my younger sister, but she likes to act like she is the older one. She is 5’6” with short straight red-brown hair and hazel eyes. Jay is 5’10” has medium blonde-brown hair and brown eyes, she has lived in Australia for her whole life, expect when her family moved out to Issaquah, when I was a junior in high school and stayed for two years. She is cool and has a good heart she told Josie and I that she was a friend to both of us.
“So this is your new life, pretty cool.”
“Yeah, just keep that in mind the next time you pick on me.”
“Hey Lizzie, so marring a star, nice.”
“Thanks Jay“
I saw my two best friends in the world.
“Hey Tom, how’s that take over the world thing coming?” I asked Leann.
“Pretty good expect for you and Harry getting my way, you better watch your backs.” she said, trying to sound mean. I had met her the summer of ’97 when she and I were on the same swim team. She is in to LOTR, HP, POTC, and loves Orlando Bloom.
“Hey Lita how’s the new boyfriend?” I called to Carolyn
“He looks like my old one, but how are you?” she asked.
“I’m good, but nervous.”
Carolyn has been one of my best friends since third grade. When I came back to Issaquah, to pack she had told me to be careful and don’t let him play with my heart. The following months passed and when she got the email asking her to part of the wedding party, she gladly ate her words, she also is in love with Orlando. I was heading to the limo when Katie, Leann, and Carolyn asked “So where is Orli and all the pirate hotties, or are you keeping them all to yourself?”
“You’ll see them tonight, they are on same flight as Johnny’s family and the plane will land around six tonight. So let‘s get you guys checked in and then those in the wedding party Penny needs see you for the fittings.”
We got to the hotel where Jay and Josie met up with mom, dad, Jack and Lilly. They were out by the pool. My sister still didn’t believe me so I decided it time to show her, I went to find Johnny, and he was reading by the window of our room.
“Hey baby.”
“Hey love.”
“Come with me, ok.”
“Why?”
“Because my sister just got in and she till thinks that this is just a joke and that she is on Punk’ed. She says that’s it cool and everything, but I know her she thinks I’m lying thru my teeth.”
“Oh does she now. Well where is she?”
“Down by the pool, why?”
He smiled as he handed me my new swim suit and grabbed his board shorts, they matched, and they both were black and a dull yellow border. We walked to the pool, Lilly saw us first and was about to run to us, but I lightly shook my headed and pointed to Josie, she got the idea and just went back to swimming. I walked holding Johnny’s hand and headed over to mom and dad.
“Hi mom, hi daddy.”
“Hi sweetheart, hi Lizzie.”
That was when Johnny wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed my neck. Josie freaked out, and fell into the pool. I just laughed and handed her a towel after she got out.
“Sorry, but you just didn’t believe me.”
“The next time I don’t listen to you just kick me ok.”
“No problem. Johnny this is my sister Josie.”
“Josie this is my soon to be hubby Johnny Depp.”
I went to the airport with Johnny to pick up his family and the rest of the wedding party. I was a little nervous meeting his brother and sisters, his mom and dad love me and were glad that I loved him and not his fame and money. I saw them come to the baggage claim area and I ran to give them a big hug.
“Hi Betty, Hi John how was the flight?”
“Hi Lizzie, it was fine.”
“Good.”
Johnny was been pinned to the ground by two women and one guy.
“Hey bro so how’s life?”
“Yeah tell us all the dirty details.”
“You guys need a life, and not mine.”
“But you are the baby of the family, it’s our job to pick on you.” they said as one.
“Hi mom, hi dad, how are you?”
“Fine dear, just fine.”
Johnny looked for me and found me in a circle of pirates all of them giving me a hug.
“Get your own wench she’s mine.”
“You wish, we all know that Lizzie is the captain you are just the cabin boy.” Keira said to Johnny. I looked for one of the guys and didn’t see him.
“Hey Kevin where’s Orlando, was his flight late or something?”
“No, he got sent a script and the director said that he had to stay behind. Orlando tried with all his might, but he had to stay. He sends his love.”
“Well I guess we will just rearrange the wedding party. Are Gore and Jerry coming anytime soon?”
“Yes we are right here, don’t you fret Lizzie. We have to sure that Johnny doesn’t try to run at the last moment.” Jerry walked up to Johnny and handed him a piece of paper and said in a low voice this is part one of my present to you and Lizzie. Johnny open the paper and read what it said softly by now I was reading over his shoulder we were to drive to mansion out in the French countryside tomorrow night.
I shook my head “Whatever. Well if any of you are up for it we are going clubbing tonight.”
“Sweet, Lizzie I have the best outfit for you.”
“Oh no.”
We headed for the hotel to check in and put our stuff away. Dinner was a fun affair, with all of Johnny’s friends and family and my family. My sister was speechless, she couldn’t believe that I knew all these people. She apologized all over herself. After dinner Lilly and Jack were sent to bed while Johnny and I gathered all friends and the crew that wanted to go out tonight. The first stop was a Moulin Rouge show, it was so cool. After the show my mom and dad went back to hotel, the rest of us; Johnny, me, Keira, Zoe, Phoenix, Katie, Andrea, Leann, Carolyn, Jack, Danny, Christi, and Debbie headed to the clubs. We looked hot and fabulous. Keira and I sported the twin look with matching silver and pink clingy halters and tight leather pants, we both had leather jackets in case we got cold. Zoe had a purple shiny halter and tight jeans, the boys were hot and sexy Johnny in tight leather pants and red silk button up shirt over a black tank, Danny and Jack wore tight jeans and button up shirts, Danny black, Jack blue. Katie looked so good that I wish Orli could be there. She wore a black faux leather top with tight black pants. Andrea looked good in a black silk button up shirt over a crushed velvet tank and black gypsy skirt. Leann wore a tight blue silk tank and tight black carpis. Carolyn had on a baby tee with a sparrow on it and a cute jean skirt. Debbie and Christi both wore long skirts and cute halters, but the make over of the night Phoenix, who normally wear jeans and a t-shirt. Tonight she wore a red Chinese top that stop at her waist and a low raise black leather skirt. Josie and Jay left earlier saying that would catch up later that night. We went dancing and had a few drinks around eleven Johnny saw a tattoo parlor taking my hand, he said “Come on Lizzie, lets go in.”
“Ok we’ll meet you guys at the club next door when we are done.”
We walked into the parlor there were only two artists there, one was a thirty year old guy with kind blue eyes and wearing jeans and black t-shirt. The other was a girl who looked like she was around my age. She had white bangs and brown hair and curious green eyes.
“Bonjour” they both said.
“Bonjour. Do either of you speak English?” Johnny asked while I looked at the different ideas and designs.
“Yes, we do. I’m Rouge and this James. So what did you have in mind?”
Johnny looked at me and smiling as he pushed me to Rouge “tell her, love”
“We would like to get tribal butterflies with a yin and yang symbols in the wings.”
“Cool, black and white or color, where and how big.”
I looked at Johnny “color or not”
“Not, on our lower backs about medium size, I have a few sketches if that helps.”
“Thanks, if there isn’t anything else just wait ten, fifteen minutes and we’ll be all ready for you.”
“Hey Rouge got a minute.”
“Sure what’s up, girl.”
“I want to get this on my right hip, but I don’t want my guy to see it.” as I pulled a piece of paper out of my purse.
“No problem after we get the butterfly done, we’ll get this done.”
James and Rogue got their areas ready and called us over. That was when Rogue got a good look at Johnny. She just smiled and pulled me aside, “ok let’s get this done, how did you guys meet?”
“You wouldn’t believe me if I told you.”
“Try me.”
“Ok, but you have to tell me where you name came from.”
“Deal.”
“Well it all started about year ago at the premiere of the first pirate movie…”
Two hours later “yeah the wedding is at Norte Dame and it will so cool, you guys should come if you can. So how did you get the name Rogue?”
“We’ll see if we can. I love X-men, even when I was young, so my mom started calling me Rogue and it stuck, well the butterfly is done go check it out and then we can do the other one.” she winked.
Johnny and I both looked in the mirror to see how they came out. The butterflies were about the size of a dollar it was black and looked so good mine was yin and Johnny had yang. He was just about to pay when I whispered in his ear “hold on baby and sit tight for one hour ok.”
“Ok.”
Rouge and I went back to the table and I laid down on my left side so she could start on the sparrow, we talked the while time about anything and everything.
“All done.”
“Cool.”
I walked over to the mirror to look it looked great. The sparrow was an exact copy of Johnny’s and his name was under it in script. As Johnny paid for the three tattoos I gave the two artists an invite to the wedding.
“Thank you so much. You rock, I hope I you guys at the wedding.”
We headed to the bar to find the others; I pulled Johnny on the dance as I heard “Hips don’t lie” start. After that the house lights dimmed and we could barely make out that a new band was setting up. “Have a nice day” started as the lights come on there was Bon Jovi playing with a smile on every members face. I hugged Andrea and smiled, but I could tell that her eyes were only on her man. They played, we danced and had few more drinks, then we saw how late it was, Johnny said bye to the guys and said to come to the wedding. We walked back to where we had parked the cars and piled in. Johnny, Keira, Jack and I went in Jack’s car, the boys in front, I sat in the back with my head on Keira’s lap all the clubbing and drinking had caught up to me and I was exhausted. I just rested my eyes as she finger combed my hair. I fell asleep, Johnny turned to see if I was still awake or not.
“I was wondering how long she was going to stay wake.”
“Leave her alone she’s been thru a lot the past two weeks, Sparrow.”
--- I was stirring the Pearl just watching the sun, but then there was nothing no ocean, no Pearl, no clothes, just pain. I screamed as the whip came down onto my back.
“No…more…please”
“No I wont, you bitch.”
“Stop please. Johnny help.” I screamed---
As I was dreaming I lightly shook my head in Keira’s lap, then I started to mumble. I screamed waking up. I latched onto her like she was my only life line. She knew at that moment what I had dreamt. Jack pulled the car over and Johnny moved into the back to see what was wrong.
“Lizzie girl” he whispered.
I wouldn’t let go of Keira. She, Katie, and Leann were the only ones besides me who knew the whole story, but Johnny only knew of a few details.
“Sis you have to tell him.” Keira said to me softly.
“I can’t. He’ll never look at me or love me the same way.” I cried on her shoulder.
“Yes I will.” he said as he broke my hold on Keira and pulled me into his arms. I cried as we drove back to hotel. It was 3am when got to the hotel after saying goodnight to Jack and Keira, Johnny took me to our room. He helped me out of my clubbing clothes and into a pair of boxers and tank top; he changed into a pair of boxers and climbed into bed leaning against the pillows while I leaned against him. He leaned my head against his shoulder and gently kissed my neck.
“Ok Love, it’s just us, there’s no one else here. Tell me what happened, please.”
“Everything”
“It will help with the nightmares, and you’ll feel better.”
“Ok” I took a deep breath.
“I was walking back from the store with ice cream and meds for Jack. I was four blocks away from the house, when I was slammed into the alley by two men, one held a knife to my throat, while the other tore at the clothes. I kneed one in the groin and slammed my elbow into the other. I ran for the house I was at the back gate when the same guys body slammed into the pavement bound my hands and feet and threw me into a van. I looked up when I heard “Oh hello Elizabeth” Vanessa was lounging while one guy suck on her breast and another ate her out. She said pay up boys and she’s ours for one night. As the men gathered their money as she put a collar around my neck it was very tight, and I knew that it would not come off an else she wanted it to. The men each took a part on me and each one rape me. I passed out and when I woke up I strapped to a table I was “examined” and groped they played doctor with my body. They wanted to see how long I could wait to come, among other things. One being they forced me to drink from an unlabeled bottle, it burned as the stuff went down my throat I screamed but nothing came out, they just laughed. The next two days and nights I belonged to Vanessa. She thought it would be fun for me to dress in a French maid’s uniform with no underwear. I tried to stop the tears from showing but the pain was too much.” That was when I curled into Johnny’s chest sobbing.
“Shh, Love your safe with me. You don’t have to tell me the rest if you don’t want to, ok.”
“I know that, but I have to finish. The night you found me, at noon she took me into her play room and tied my hands above my head and tied me to a pole, the dildo had been on the highest setting since she shoved into me. Johnny gave me a second alone before he wrapped me his arms from behind, he whispered in my ear “Elizabeth turn around and wrapped your arms around me as tight as you can and just let go of all your pain and sorrow, ok.” I did I pulled him into a hug so tight that I thought I would hurt him and just cried for all the pain I went thru and let go of all the guilt I felt for messing up his life. By the time I stop crying we were on the bed and looked into his eyes and I felt like the all the weight I felt was gone and had been lifted off my shoulders. We talked well into morning about all the good and bad times in both of our lives. I fell asleep in his arms and for the first time in last two weeks, my dreams were peaceful and happy.
