I don't intend to keep;
So when I say forever,
Forever's what I mean."

Carrie slowly sat down on her bus's couch after the show.
Her assistant, Anne knelt beside her, using a nearby magazine as a makeshift fan, "Are you ok?"
Carrie nodded, resting her forehead in her hands, taking a deep breath.
"You don't look ok..."
"I skipped supper," Carrie replied.
"You know better than to do that before a show," she frowned.
"We were rushed," she took in another deep breath as her phone started to ring. "Can you grab that?"
Anne picked up the phone, answering it, "Hello..."
"Hello?" Kelly replied questioningly. "Can I speak to Carrie, please?"
"Kelly?"
"Yea..."
"It's Anne."
"Oh, hey. Where's Care?"
"She's right here. She just got finished with the show."
"This late?"
"We were way behind schedule."
"Can I speak to her?"
"Um..." Anne looked at Carrie who waved the phone over. "Yea, here you go..."
Carrie took the phone as Anne handed it to her, "Kell?"
"Hey Care...everything ok?"
"Yea, everything's good," she leaned back against the sofa.
"Are you sure? You don't sound too good."
"I just got off stage...I'm a little winded."
"Do you want me to call you back after you've cooled down some?"
"No, no, I'm good," Carrie assured, carefully standing up.
"Where are you going?" Anne questioned.
"To the room in the back," Carrie pointed.
"Take it slow, ok? You really don't look good."
Carrie rolled her eyes.
"Look good?" Kelly asked. "Care, are you ok?"
"I'm fine, Kell. I skipped supper because we were running so late, so I'm a little shaky, but I'm fine."
"Promise?"
"I promise," she nodded, closing the door to the back of the bus before laying down on the big bed.
"So how was the show? Good turn out?"
"Yea, it was packed. Did you talk to the hospital today about Luke's party?"
"Yea, and they think it's a great idea."
"Good," Carrie smiled. She laughed softly at Kelly's sigh. "Kell...I'm fine."
"You sound really tired."
"And you're never tired after your shows?"
"I shouldn't have kept you up so late last night."
"Aw, it's not your fault...seriously, I get like this when I miss supper before a show. I knew better, but there really wasn't enough time. I promise this has nothing to do with me being up late. I'm used to being up late on tour and stuff."
"But you haven't been on tour in a while."
"Kell..."
"Yea?"
"I love you."
Kelly smiled, "I love you too."
"Stop worrying. I promise I'll get a good night's sleep tonight, and I'll be good as new in the morning."
"When you get on a plane."
"When I get on a plane," she nodded.
"And fly back to Nashville."
"And fly back to Nashville," Carrie giggled.
"To see me."
"To see you"
"So we can make up for the lack of sex while you were gone."
Carrie grinned, "To make up for the lack of sex while I was gone...plus interest."
"Plus interest," Kelly agreed.
"I ever tell you how perfect you are?"
Kelly smiled.
"So what are you doing right now?"
"I'm going through my emails."
"Anything good?" Carrie closed her eyes, feeling dizzy.
"Not really...Care?"
"Hmm?"
"Go back to the front of the bus with Anne."
"Why?"
"Because you're not ok," Kelly replied. "And I don't want you being by yourself if you're feeling weak or something."
"I'm just tired."
Kelly sighed.
"Alright, alright," Carrie gave in. "I'll go hang out with Anne," she sat up, groaning softly as she let herself fall back down.
"Care? You ok?"
"I moved too fast," she drew a shaky breath.
"Carrie, get someone in there with you. I mean it...now."
"Anne!" Carrie called out, knowing better than to argue.
"Is she there yet?"
"She's coming, I hear her."
"Ok, good."
"You know, you worry too much about me sometimes."
"Yea, well, it comes with the job."
"What job?"
"Loving you."
"I love you too," Carrie smiled, watching as the door opened.
"Everything ok?" Anne asked.
"Is that her?" Kelly questioned.
"Yea, she's here," Carrie replied.
"Ok, now you get some sleep, you hear me? I don't want you getting sick because you're run down. Because you being sick, means no sex."
"What?" Carrie squeaked.
"You heard me...let me talk to Anne?"
"Sure...good night."
"Night," Kelly smiled, hearing her hand the phone over to her assistant. "Anne?"
"Hey, Kelly. What's up?"
"Hey, can you do me a favor and keep an eye on Carrie tonight? Whether she admits it or not, she really isn't feeling well."
"Yea, of course."
"Thanks a ton."
"No problem."
"Ok, y'all have a good night, and a safe flight back tomorrow."
"Thanks, you too...well, minus the flight thing."
Kelly laughed softly, "Yea, bye."
"Bye."
Kelly frowned, hanging up her phone.
"What's with the long face?"
She looked up as Ashley walked into her room. "Hey," she offered a smile. "Carrie's not feeling well."
"Again? I thought she was over that."
"She said it was because she skipped supper before the concert."
"Well, that could be it. Girl can't exactly afford to be skipping meals..."
"Yea."
"You don't believe her," Ashley noted.
"I don't know," she shook her head.
"It's not like she's lied to you before to give you a reason to not believe her."
"Except about being a virgin."
"She didn't lie. She just didn't tell you."
"That's what I'm afraid this is."
"What do you mean?"
"Anne said they were running late, so I have no doubt that Carrie skipped a meal, but..."
"But you don't think that's the real reason?"
"I don't know," she rubbed her eyes tiredly. "It took forever to get over it, whatever it was, the last time. I just...what if she never actually got over it? What if she just learned to hide it better?"
"You make it sound like you think something's seriously wrong with her."
Kelly shook her head, "You're right, I'm sorry. Like you said, she's never lied to me before. And she is small--skipping a meal before a concert would affect her pretty hard."
"You sure?"
"Yea, I think I'm just on edge because I feel bad that I'm not there to take care of her."
Ashley smiled, "Well, she's gonna be back tomorrow, so don't worry about it too much, ok? Try and get some sleep."
"Yea, thanks Ash."
"Night," she waved.
"Night," Kelly nodded, watching her walk out of the room before turning back to her computer.

"You've got to kiss an angel good morning,
And let her know you think about her when you're gone;
Kiss an angel good morning,
And love her like the devil when you get back home."

"How'd it go?" Ashley stood from a chair in the lobby.
Kelly smiled holding up her album.
"Wow, it looks great," Ashley took it from her, looking at the cover.
"Had a conference call with L.A."
"Oh yea?"
"They aren't too happy about the lack of promo I've been doing, especially since the album comes out next week."
"Yea, well, they're never happy, so what else is new?"
Kelly laughed, "Yea, Clive was totally pissed when I told him I wasn't going to be doing interviews, no matter what they said."
"Pissed? You saw him?"
"It was one of those video call things."
"Ew," Ashley made a face.
"Definitely, and no matter how many times I explained it to him, he didn't understand why I didn't want to do interviews and why I didn't want to talk about Alex...he thinks the story is gold."
"Ass."
"Yea, so I just gave up, and told him I wasn't doing interviews, and he didn't have a say in the matter."
"Well someone was in kick ass mode this morning," Ashley teased as they walked out of the buliding.
"I just couldn't wait to get out of there so we could go pick up...Care?"
Carrie smiled as she leaned against the limo in front of the office building, wearing a short blue jean skirt and a simple tank top.
"Care!" Kelly exclaimed excitedly as she ran to her, wrapping her arms around her tightly. "Baby, I missed you," she buried her face in her neck.
Carrie hugged her back, "I missed you too."
Ashley walked to the two of them, placing a light hand on Kelly's shoulder. "We're in public," she reminded apologetically.
Kelly slowly pulled back from the hug, grinning at the country singer, "What are you doing here? We were supposed to pick you up from the airport in like an hour."
"I caught an earlier flight," Carrie shrugged, motioning to the limo. "I wanted to surprise you."
"Care..." she resisted the urge to stroke her cheek. "Oh, hey, check this out..." she reached out a hand to Ashley who gave her the CD.
"Is this the album?" Carrie asked, keeping an arm around her. "Kell, it looks great."
"I know, I'm so happy with it," she nodded, leaning into her.
"You know, you guys should take this thing out for a spin," Ashley patted the limo. "I'll take the car back home."
"Yea?" Kelly looked at her, then back at Carrie.
"We have it for as long as you want," Carrie nodded.
Kelly bit her bottom lip, holding her gaze.
Ashley opened the back door, motioning for the two of them to get inside as she laughed softly.
"Thanks Ash," Kelly gave her a quick hug.
"Y'all have fun," Ashley smiled, closing the door behind her.
Kelly looked around the back of the limo as she sat down, noticing that the partition was already up. Her eyes met Carries, "Hey."
"Hey," Carrie smiled, carefully straddling her lap.
"How was your flight?" she touched her arm.
"It was good. How was your meeting?"
"Typical," she rolled her eyes.
"I really missed you," Carrie slowly ran a finger down her neck.
Kelly licked her lips, feeling the limo pulling out onto the road, "You never waste anytime do you?"
Carrie giggled, "Are you complaining?"
"What am I? Crazy?" her fingers grazed over the other girl's lower back, just under her shirt. "You look great."
"I may have rushed home to shower real quick and change before I came pick you up..."
"Cheater. I look like I just rolled out of bed."
"You look hot," Carrie brushed her thumb along her collar bone.
Kelly's heart sped up, "So I take it you're feeling better?"
"Told you all I needed was a good night's sleep," she nodded.
"So you've got your energy back?"
"Yep."
"You're not feeling weak or dizzy?"
"Weak? No. Dizzy...that tends to happen when you get close to me," she smiled.
Kelly shook her head, "It is ridiculous how much I missed you after just a couple days."
"Trust me, I definitely know the feeling..."
"So, you're well rested, then?"
"Yea," Carrie nodded.
"Not feeling jet lagged or anything?"
"Nope."
"Don't want to take a nap?"
"Sleeping is the farthest thing from my mind right now."
"Good. Now kiss me."
Carrie grinned as she tilted her head down, pressing their lips together.
Kelly's hands slid up Carrie's sides before she wrapped her arms around her neck, bringing her closer. "God, I missed this," she breathed as Carrie pulled back a little, her hand smoothing along Kelly's arm.
"I think we're getting spoiled to all the sex we have," Carrie laughed, brushing their lips together lightly.
"How is that a bad thing?" Kelly raised an eyebrow.
"I never said it was."
"Good...glad we're on the same page."
Carrie giggled, cradling Kelly's face with her hand
Kelly drew in a relaxed breath as she rested their foreheads together, "I love you."
"I love you too."
Kelly's eyes closed as Carrie kissed her cheek softly, then her jaw. She tilted her head to the side as Carrie slowly kissed along her neck
Carrie's hands inched their way under the Texan's shirt, smoothing over her stomach. Her fingers traced alone the upper edges of her bra before slipping underneath the thin material. She smiled at Kelly's satisfied moan. "You're ok with this?" Carrie asked, kissing along her collar bone.
"With what?" Kelly asked, confused.
"The limo...are you ok doing this here?"
Kelly's eyes rolled back at the feeling of Carrie's tongue, hot against her skin, "Yes...a thousand times yes."
Carrie smiled as Kelly pulled her up, kissing her heatedly. Her hands trailed down her stomach, finding the hem of her shirt.
Kelly broke the kiss, allowing Carrie to rid her of her shirt. She pulled her back to her, taking her bottom lip between her own and sucking.
Carrie groaned, her hands quickly moving around Kelly to unhook her bra and toss that aside as well. She felt Kelly's tongue push into her mouth, and she pressed her back against the seat, her hands having free roam over the shorter girl's body.
Kelly pulled back, gasping for air as Carrie's lips moved back to her neck, trailing down to her chest. She wrapped a hand in her hair, holding her against her. She felt her take her skin between her teeth, tugging gently. Her hips rose up against Carrie's.
Carrie wrapped an arm around her as she kissed down her stomach, her lips moving to just below her belly button as she undid the zipper and button on her jeans, tugging them down. She kissed her way back up her body, finding her lips once more as she rose to her knees as she straddled her to give them both a little more room to move.
"Baby..." Kelly begged raspily against her mouth.
Carrie felt her blood rush south as she pressed their lips together firmly, her hand trailing across Kelly's hip, down to in between her legs. She felt Kelly's arms wrap around her neck tighter at the touch. She braced herself with her free arm against the back of the seat as she kissed her as deeply as she could, wanting to be as close to her as she could as her hand moved against her in small, quick circles. She could feel Kelly's hands balling up into tight fists agaisnt her shoulders as she took her bottom lip between her teeth, tugging on it a little roughly. Carrie broke the kiss, her mouth moving back to the Texan's chest as Kelly's hips rolled against her hand, pressing into her touch.
Kelly's jaw tightened as her nails dug into the palms of her hand, her fists clenching against Carrie's back. She felt Carrie's lips all over her skin as her hand moved faster. She couldn't control the rhytym of her hips anymore as her body craved as much contact with the other girl's hand as possible. Carrie's hot breath moved along her neck as her lips pressed against her. "Care..." Kelly's body tensed up.
Carrie bit down on the side of her neck, causing Kelly to cry out. She pressed her fingers against her as they moved back and forth rapidly. Kelly's hips jerked against her, and Carrie forced their lips together to keep her from crying out again as she pushed her over the edge, feeling her moan louadly into her mouth, causing her head to spin. She pulled back, admiring the look of bliss on her face as her body continued to twitch slightly. She kissed her softly, whispering an 'I love you' as she kissed her cheek before nuzzling into her shoulder.
Kelly's eyes remained closed as she rubbed Carrie's back with a shaky hand. She took a deep breath, her heart continuing to pound loudly in her ears. She smiled as Carrie kissed her shoulder before sitting back up. She felt Carrie cradle her face, her lips pressing against her forehead. Her eyes opened slowly, and her smile grew as she met Carrie's gaze.
"You are so beautiful," Carrie confided, her thumb moving over Kelly's lips.
"How much longer?"
Carrie shivered at her hoarse voice, "For what?"
"The limo."
"I told him to keep driving around until we call to tell him to stop."
Kelly smiled.
Carrie felt another shiver move down her spine at the look in her eyes.
Kelly reached up, kissing her softly as she patted her hip.
Carrie unstraddled her, sitting down as Kelly moved to the floor of the limo.
Kelly knelt before her, kissing her knee lightly. She took her time kissing her way up the inside of Carrie's thigh, her hands pushing up her blue jean skirt. She pulled her closer to the edge of the seat, her fingers, hooking the edges of her underwear, dragging them down her legs.
Carrie bit down hard on her bottom lip as Kelly blew cool air against her skin, making her shift against the seat. She let go of her lip, moaning loudly as Kelly's breath was replaced by her lips.
