Chapter 14

The same apartment in Santa Monica

James was on the bed on his knees with David standing behind him pounding into him. He still couldn’t believe how good it felt. Every stroke was sending him to new heights of ecstasy. He’d never felt so completely in tune with anyone before. Was it just David or would it be like this with other men too? James began to wonder what he’d been missing these past twenty years. Was that what was wrong with his marriage? Should he have been with another man all along?

After their shower they’d gone back to bed and spent over an hour just kissing and cuddling. David hadn’t pressed him to talk about the divorce and James hadn’t felt he wanted to discuss it at the moment. He hadn’t wanted to talk at all. There were so many better things he was discovering they could do with their mouths.

They’d licked and kissed each other all over. They’d contented themselves for twenty minutes with simply sucking each other but eventually James could wait no longer and he’d found himself begging David to take him again.

Penetration had been easier this time, probably because James hadn’t been nearly as nervous as he was before. They’d taken it slowly to begin with, relishing every thrust. The choice of current position was David’s idea. James had practically come on the spot when David had said he wanted to watch himself slide in and out of James’ ass ’cos it was so beautiful.

James looked up in alarm.

James hadn’t had unprotected sex since separating from his wife and he’d had a test then to to make sure he was okay. Come to that, he’d only had full sex a couple of times in the past year anyway. Of course, he didn’t know David’s history but right now he didn’t care, he needed him so badly.

“… and besides… I want to feel you come inside me,” he added in a whisper, hoping David wouldn’t be shocked. “Please…”

“Oh, God, James!” David cried, not hesitating even a moment before grabbing James’ hips and pushing his way back inside.

David moved slowly at first as if he was relishing the sensation of skin on skin. James wondered if the sensation was new for him as well.

“Oh, Baby. Feels so good. Amazing. I never imagined… never done it like this before… bareback…”

Oh, so he had had anal sex before then.

“Not with men, Baby,” David said, as if reading James thoughts. “You’re the first… the only one… want you, only you…”

“You did this with your wife?” James asked, somewhat surprised. His own wife would never have agreed to anything so adventurous.

David grunted. He was getting close.

“Yeah… ’s one of the reasons… she’s divorcing me… that… and my unreasonable demands…”

Unreasonable? Hmm, James began to wonder what exactly he’d asked her to do but David suddenly changed the angle of his thrusts and further thought became impossible.

James realised he was screaming. Screaming in pleasure.

“Baby?” David paused, obviously concerned.

“No… it’s good… don’t stop… PLEASE” James begged. He’d never felt anything so good.

“Oh, James… James… James…”

“Harder! Please, Davy, harder…” James pleaded.

David stepped up the pace.

“Gonna come…” David gasped between thrusts.

“Me too!” James cried. “DAVY!!!!!!”

They’d lain together wrapped in each other’s arms, unspeaking, for about twenty minutes as they slowly recovered. James had his head restin Dan David’s shoulder. He was enjoying the feel of David’s hand gently stroking his cheek, fingers combing through his hair. David was petting him like a cat. James smiled at the analogy, realising that he wouldn’t mind a bit - being David’s pet.

“I…” David began. “…This is amazing… being with you, like this…”

James snuggled closer.

“Mmm,” he murmured.

“… I never imagined you’d… I never dared hope…” David continued.

James closed his eyes. He just wanted to stay wrapped in those arms forever…

“James, I’ve never felt this way before… I think…” David said. “James?”

James awoke with a start. Shit! He’d forgotten to set the alarm. It was twenty past six. He was late. He’d got an early call today: fight day.

A warm body sd and and rolled over beside him, an arm reaching out to drape across him. Fuck! He was in bed with David! They’d spent the night together! They’d had SEX!!!

Oh, God! He’d fallen asleep while they were having sex!

He gently removed the arm, trying not to wake David. There was no need for him to get up this early. He wasn’t due on set until the afternoon and, besides, James wasn’t at all sure what he wanted to say to him right now. He needed time to process everything that had happened. His emotions were in turmoil. If David woke up now, James knew he’d say something he’d regret later.

He scribbled a note, left it on top of David’s jacket, grabbed some clothes and headed for the bathroom. There was time for a shower - just.
