Kyo woke up. It was Thursday. There were always two breaks on practice: Thursdays and Sundays. He looked to the alarm clock: 10:05 am, he remembered he had invited Shinya to go with him to Media Markt... he had his mp3 player malfucntioning and he needed to swap it.
He got up and dragged himself to the bathroom to take a shower. There was one thing he really didn't like to do... to put the water at the temperature he wanted... it was boring like hell!
Anyway, he took his shower and dressed up: some random blue jeans, black boots and a black high collared sweatshirt. He arranged his bag and went to the kitchen. He looked to the clock: 10:35 am. He still had time. He made a sandwich and grabbed a strawberry milk and went to the living room to watch what was on the tv... he settled the tv on a channel where was this vampire and a girl: 'You will be flesh of my flesh... blood of my blood.' Kyo heard the vampire and saw him taking the girl in his arms. He spoke:

"Are you gonna bite her neck or what?"

He watched a few more seconds and the vampire took the girl to a bed and started kissing her. Rapidly his mind was elsewhere... and Kaoru was within it... but soon he was aware of the film again and almost screamed:

"Come on dude... just bite her already!!! You think I have all day?! I have a bus to catch!!!!"

Soon enough, he watched the vampire bite the girl's neck. He lift from the couch and turned the tv off:

"Jeez, that took its ime. Bloodyhell!"

He brushed his teeth and looked to his wrist watch: 10:50 am. He needed to catch the bus so he left.
In the bus stop he met Shinya:

"Hey! Do we take the sit down here or up there?"

"Whatever you want."

"Up."

"Ok."

They got in and Kyo heard Shinya protest something about hating that sit. Kyo shrugged and they continued the trip to Media Markt. Kyo started to think he should have called Kaoru... maybe it woud be a good day to talk some things over and do other stuff... have some time together since they were actually becoming more than just friends, but soon his thoughts were interrupted by his mobile. It was Kaoru:

"Hey Kyo! You ok? You wanna come to my house?"

"Hey... Kaoru... I'm actually on my way now to Media Markt."

"Can I go too?"

"Sure."

"Where we meet?"

"In the subway station Between Fields."

"Ok, see ya."

"See ya."

Finally they got to meet Kaoru and they proceed to go to the subway:

"I saw this guitar and it is amazing! I love it." - Kyo stated.

"What's the name?" - Kaoru asked.

"Pêndulo." - Kyo tried his best to speak it with the right pronounciation.

"That does not exist." - Kaoru said raising an eyebrow.

"Yes it does."

"Where did you see it?"

"There is this foreign band and the guy plays it."

"You saw them? Live?"

"Yeap. I went to Europe to watch a live."

"And you saw it?" KAoru asked again.

"Yes." - Kyo said.

"It doesn't exist." - Kaoru said again.

"Exists." - Kyo said.

There was a long time of silence. They got in the subway train and Shinya sat while Kyo and Kaoru continued standing. Kaoru said:

"It doesn't exist."

"Oh? Exists, yes." - Kyo said.

"You are nice Kyo. Usually other people would be fed up with this conversation."

Kyo shrugged.

"Hey... I need to eat. I still haven't eaten." - Kaoru said pouting a little.

Kyo smiled and nodded affirmativelly. They reached a store and Kaoru bought some stuff to eat:

"Anyone served?" - he offered.

Kyo and Shinya shook their heads:

"No thanks."

They walked to Media Markt. Kyo searched for his cousin, but he wasn't anywhere:

"Hey, I'm out of here. I prefer to come here when my cousin is here." - Kyo said sadly.

"What's with your cousin?" - Kaoru and Shinya asked at the same time.

"No need for stereophonic questions! Well, he works here."

"Oh."

They got out of Media Markt and went to a center to have some fun. Although Shinya refused to have the kind of fun Kaoru and Kyo were having. He bought a magazine, sat down and wited for the others to call an end to their diversion which was playing football (soccer) in the FunCenter.
Finally they came to Shinya, breathing fastly:

"Lets go... I need to catch the next bus." - Kyo said breathless.

"Now you will only have one at 4:30 pm." - Shinya said.

"Yeah. You're not comming?" - Kyo asked, surprised.

"No. There is this session about ways of communication and I want to attend to it."

"Oh, ok."

They went to the subway station again and got in the subway train. Shinya sat and Kaoru and Kyo, like before, stood up.

"Do you want to get out on Sunday?" - Kaoru asked Kyo, trying his best so Shinya wouldn't hear, and succeeded.

Kyo look up at Kaoru and spoke:

"Oh... I... and... what? Like, where?" - Kyo blushed a little.

"Somewhere! The place doesn't matter!" - Kaoru said.

"Well... can we discuss this later? Maybe, tomorrow?"

"You can give me an answer right now. 'Don't know' is an answer." - Kaoru said, smiling at his more-than-friend embarrassment.

"Ok. I don't know." - Kyo said - "I have to leave here. You coming Kaoru?"

"No. I have another thing to do. Just... try to go online tonight... I'll try it too."

"Ok... See ya." - Kyo waved to Shinya and Kaoru and got out the subway train.
