He was awoken by a light touch on his face, soft air blowing through his hair. Quickly he shuffled away the best he could, the ropes stopping him from getting too far. The gentle clinking of ice was heard as the glass of water was offered to him, slowly Hyde took the glass and shakily sipped at it, coughing a few times before the man took it away again.
“You need a bath Haido, you smell terrible.”
That voice. He knew that voice for sure. It sounded like…
“Gackt?” He whispered softly.
“Hai.” The tall man replied, slight amusement in his voice. “You only just recognised me?”
“I… but why?” He breathed, a tremble running through his body.
Gackt reached out and gently stroked the other’s face. “I had to have you for myself, I couldn’t bare to see you with her. I needed you to be mine… Mine and no-one else’s.”
“Gackt…” Hyde said quietly. “It’s not right, what you’ve done. This isn’t the way to do things.”
“You need a bath.” The taller vocalist brushed the comment aside quickly. “If I untie you, promise me you won’t run. I don’t want to have to keep you tied up.”
The shorter man swallowed hard before answering. “I promise….”
Gackt hesitated before his perfect fingers worked the knots. The ropes fell away from Hyde’s damaged wrists and landed on the bed, Gackt then untied the ones from the older man’s ankles. Hyde took his chance and kicked at the taller man, pushing himself off the bed and trying to make a run for it. He collapsed to the floor painfully, his body weak from lack of food and water. A gasp of surprise escaped his throat as a rope was looped around it and pulled upwards, forcing him to his feet. He choked and flailed as it cut into his neck, the pressure loosening off once he was standing shakily.
“I told you not to run.” Gackt growled, tying the rope securely around the shorter man’s neck. “You promised you wouldn’t, now I know I can’t trust you.”
He pulled on the rope and kicked the back of Hyde’s knees, sending him sprawling to the floor. Hyde hit the floor hard and was winded as the taller man walked away and opened a drawer, coming back and kneeling over him. Hyde opened his mouth to call for help, his scream cut off when something was shoved into his mouth, soft like silk. It was then tied tightly behind his head. Tears ran down his face as he strained against the gag, trying to fight off the other as he was dragged to his feet and thrown back onto the bed.
“Fine, no bath for you then.” Gackt snapped, grabbing the rope from the foot of the bed and roughly pulling Hyde’s arms behind him, tying them tightly.
Hyde cried out in pain as the ropes cut into his wounds, he struggled against the bonds and gag as the rope around his neck was tied to the bedhead tightly, tears rolling freely down his face. Gackt leant in close to Hyde’s face and kissed his nose softly.
“I don’t mean to hurt you, but you left me no choice.” He whispered. “Once you learn, I’ll come back.”
The shorter vocalist whimpered softly, trying to get himself free of the bonds as Gackt left the room, closing the door behind him again. Hyde was left in the dark again, sobbing softly against the silken gag in his mouth.
