I watched Mike flip though channels that really had nothing on them.
“Really why did we want cable on the bus? When there’s nothing on?” he asked and I chuckled as Brad and Phoenix shook their heads.
“Cause when there is something on and you wanna watch it Mike you whine and bitch if you miss it” Brad said and then I smirked.
“He has a point” I chimed in and then Mike glared at me.
“No one asked for your two cents Chaz.” I grinned now and then stretched
“I think we should all go out tonight. With Coheed and Chiodos”. Mike snorted a bit and whispered just so I could hear.
“Aw someone wants to spend time with Craigy” I shot him a death glare. Of course the others knew of my…uh-small crush on the Chiodos vocalist but Mike just loved to tease me. More than a lot.
“Can it Mike, really just shut up.” I said and then stood. “You pick a place I’m gonna go ask if they all wanna go.” Mike smirked at me and said nothing. I made sure I high tailed my ass out of there really before he could. I didn’t mind the teasing, at first but after awhile it just got old. I made my way to Coheed’s first, all of the Chiodos boys minus Jason and Craig were there. It made things easier somewhat. After asking and confirming who was going from there I slowly walked to the Chiodos tour bus and knocked.
“Commme in tis be unlocked” I heard Jason’s muffled voice and I opened the tour bus door and walked up the stairs slowly. I grinned at them both
“Hey guys”, I let my eyes take a quick sweep of everything then my gaze landed on Craig as he spoke
“What’s up?” he’d asked and I had to bit the inside of my cheek. He was way to cute for his own good. It surprised me that he didn’t have a girlfriend or even boyfriend for that matter. Although I really didn’t know if he even liked guys. I pushed my mind to stop thinking and answer I shrugged
“Nothing really, just wanted to see what you guys were up to. Have your set list for tomorrow ready?” Craig nodded and then asked.
“Yep sure do, you guys?” I nodded and I moved my gaze to Jason as much as I didn’t want to. But I felt his gaze on me for the longest time and in all honesty I really wanted to know what he was staring at. I didn’t mind it, I rather enjoyed his eyes on me finally I added in why the reason I’d come to their bus in the first place.
“So are you guys up to going out with the rest of LP and a few guys from Coheed tonight?” I watched Jason and Craig look at each other then nod and then Craig spoke.
“Sure where do you guys have in mind?” I watched him stand and then I watched his eyes leave me and well it did make me smirk. I couldn’t help it.
“It’s a club not far from here, 10 minute walking distance” I said as I eased my weight around from one foot to the other. That’s when we locked eyes for a second and I smiled. Couldn’t help that either, he had this way with just a look it made me smile. Then Jason spoke up.
“Well both be ready in about 15." I nodded.
“Meet you out front then”. With that I left, wondering why Craig had been staring so intently at me. Maybe tonight I’d find out how he really felt about me. If it was just a ‘friend’ thing or if there was something hidden behind those sapphire eyes of his.
