Rock of Ages, Forever Pt24
Sav wasn’t sure how he felt about what Nick did to him, and didn’t know how to handle the situation. His mind was hazy and he started feeling the humiliation settling in. He had told Nick that he would never be with him in that way, but yet, he had and he enjoyed it. Once again Nick had taken the opportunity and took advantage of him. ‘Why did I let him do that, curiosity, maybe, I wanted him to?’
“What the hell am I thinking. I must be crazy to even think that.” Sav said aloud to no one. He did learn several things from the experience. How to bring someone across and the act itself, was both pleasurable and painful. Standing there with the steaming water washing over his body, thoughts of the guys creped in his mind.
Would he every see them again? How were they taking his disappearance this time? Were they even looking for him? What are they doing now? He would see them again. He had to find a way to get out of here, away from Nick, even if that meant killing him. That would be hard given his age and strength. ‘I have too follow the rules if I ever hope to get out of here, and if that meant enduring Nick’s advances, then so be it.’
When he returned to the other room, Nick was gone and Lily was still asleep on the bed. He sat down and pulled out the paper he had been writing and added the last few day’s events to it. It helped to keep him busy and his mind from wondering to other places that he didn’t want to think about. Several hours later, he finally lay down beside Lily and slept.

Weeks passed since that night they shared together. Lily was taking in her new life with gusto, learning something new everyday. She no longer stayed in the room with Sav. It was one of those evening where Sav was ready to pull out his hair, and he paced the floor. Nick and Lily were out enjoying the night air and he was stuck in here. He hadn’t been outside in over a year, judging by the marks he now put in his notebooks, instead of the wall. He stopped and thought about long he’d been here, he didn’t realize that until just now. Taking a deep breath and running his hand through his hair, he started pacing again. Nick and Lily came in a short time later, laughing and talking at the same time.
Sav stopped and went over to the bars. “Nick!” he yelled.
They both looked over at him and could see that he was angry.
“Uh oh, someone is not happy.” Nick said as he walked over to the bars and stared into the angry blue eyes.
“You have to let me out of here. I’m going crazy or have you even noticed that.”
“We’ve been over this many times before. I don’t want to take the chance of you doing something stupid, like trying to leave.”
“Even for just a little while. I won’t try anything. I want to go outside, see the trees, the sky, take in the fresh air.”
Nick thought about it a few minutes, then the expression on his face turning hard. “No, I can’t.” he told him.
The rumble started deep inside Sav’s chest and came out as a deep growl. Shaking the bars as hard as he could. “Goddammit!” he yelled, spuning around and went to the other side of the room. He picked up the nearest thing and threw it at him. The guitar slammed into the bars. Nick jumped back to avoid the flying pieces.
“Such childish behavior is unbecoming of you.” Nick told him.
“Go to hell.” Sav told him heatedly.
Lily came up behind Nick.
“Is he going to be okay?” she asked.
“He’ll be fine, it’s happened before. Just leave him alone for a while and he’ll calm down.” Nick told her.
They left him and he had started pacing again. Sav heard the door to Nick’s room close and he knew what they were doing. Nick was right, his behavior would get him nowhere; he had to get a handle on his temper. He put on his headset and turned the music up loud and flopped down on the bed. Closing his eyes, he cleared his mind of everything but the music.
Just as he was drifting off to sleep, he felt some ones hand on his leg and started a slow upward journey to his stomach. He snapped his eyes open and Lily was crawling over him until they were face to face. She bent down and kissed him. At first there was no response, but she knew that he would give in. It had been a long time since he had her. She reached up and pulled off the head set and tossed it aside.

“Nick, that’s enough!” Lily yelled and tried pulling him away. “You’re going to kill him, let go!”
Nick released him. Sav rolled to his side, taking in ragged breaths across his half crushed windpipe. Nick stood up and looked down at him, wiping the blood from his lip. “You’ll never leave here Rick, if you try that again, I will kill you.”
Sav pushed himself up to his arms, his raspy, groveling voice said, “Fine, then do it, what are you waiting for?” he coughed up blood and spit it on the floor. “You should do it now. I’ll do what I have too, to get out of here.”
Nick bent over him close to his ear. “Do that again and I will make your stay here a living hell.”
“It already is.” Sav shot back.
“You think so? This is nothing compared to what I can and will do to you.”
“What more do you want from me Nick?” Sav shouted and proceeded to cough up more blood
“Everything.” Nick growled deeply, causing Sav to flinch away from him. Grabbing his clothes, Nick left the room, slamming the door loudly behind him.
Still trying to catch his breath, Lily came over to him and touched his shoulder.
“Get away from me.” he told her, jerking away from her touch.
Lily was stunned at the coldness in his voice and decided not to push it. Sav picked himself up off the floor and stumbled to the bathroom, slamming the door. Just the mere thought of staying there any longer, made him sick to his stomach. Sav leant over the toilet and lost what little contents that were still there. He groaned against the pain that it caused in his slow to heal throat. When there was nothing left, he leaned up against the tub, hugging his knees. Giving in to the stress and emotions that had built up from day one, he couldn't hold the tears back any longer and let them flow, to drip down on his jeans.
“Rick.” Lily’s soft voice floated through the closed door.
Sav raised his head and wiped his face. “Go away Lily, just leave me alone.”
“Please Rick, let me in. I want to help you.”
“You can’t help me, now go away.”
Lily stared at the door a few more minutes and then left. She laid one the bed until Nick stormed back in the room, making her leave and locking the door behind her. Knowing that it wouldn't do any good to argue with him, she did as he demanded. She didn’t want to leave Sav to deal with his emotions, but Nick gave her no choice matter. Sleep didn’t come easy for her, for the remainder of the day. Nor did it for Sav.
