After the show back at Kelly’s hotel room…….
Kelly was laying against the headboard of the bed, flipping through the channels. She stopped when she got to an entertainment show. Turning it up so she could hear it. Carrie came out of the bathroom and walked toward Kelly. Kelly stuck out her hand so Carrie could take it. After she took it Kelly pulled Carrie atop her.
“I’m glad you came out. I don’t think I have ever been so excited before in my life.” Carrie smiled leaning in she captured Kelly’s lips. Kelly deepened the kiss licking Carrie’s bottom lip.
Hot new couple alert: Carrie Underwood
Kelly stopped pulling away from Carrie and looked at the TV. Kelly looked at Carrie who refused to make eye contact.
And Gossip Girl’s Chace Crawford. The two were spotted leaving a restaurant, holding hands and whispering in each others ears as they walked down the street. People began seeing them out and about together a couple of weeks ago. And in other.
Kelly turned off the TV. Slightly pushing Carrie off her she stood up and walked to the window.
“Kelly?” Carrie asked sitting at the end of the bed looking at the back of Kelly.
“That’s why you were acting so weird earlier wasn’t it?” Kelly said after a few minutes of silence and without turning to look at Carrie.
Carrie looked to the floor and replied, “Yeah. He called just before you walked into the room. I told him not to call anymore and that I didn’t want to see him again.”
“How could, why?”
“I was lonely and he was the only one that started to pay attention to me. Kelly you have to know it didn’t mean anything. I’m in love with you. Please know that.”
“Carrie you did the exact same thing I did when I was on tour and slept with Graham. You did the exact same thing that you couldn’t trust me when I left for this tour.”
“I know and it was stupid.”
“I can’t keep doing this Carrie. You didn’t trust me when I left and then it turns out that I can’t trust you.” Carrie stood from the bed coming up behind Carrie putting her hand just below Kelly shoulder. Kelly moved away from her touch, “Please don’t touch me.”
“I’m so sorry,” Carrie said her voicing pleading. The tears began falling freely from both Kelly and Carrie’s eyes.
“Was this payback, Carrie?” Kelly cried.
“No God no! I don’t know what it was!”
“Carrie,” Kelly started to say but then walked past her and out the door.
Carrie fell to the floor sobbing, “What have I done!”
Kelly was out of the building moving faster than she has ever before. She walked down to the boardwalk taking a seat on one of the benches. And she cried.
“Kelly?” she heard a stranger say. She looked up to find Graham standing there.
