Boku no Bara, Boku no Toge

Chapter 3

Shinya heard small scratching noises coming from his front door. His thoughts were frantic. ‘They followed me. What if they want more? Maybe if I tell them where I keep the money they’ll leave me alone. Oh please, Kami, just let them go away.’ All the while he stared at the closed bedroom door waiting with bated breath. The young drummer squeezed his eyes shut as he heard the front door click open and the phone start to ring.

The phone soon stopped ringing. ‘They got in. What am I going to do? I couldn’t fight them off before; I know I won’t be able to fight them off now. Maybe if I’m quiet they won’t look in here. Maybe if I pretend to enjoy it they…’ His thoughts were stopped when his door opened. The voice got louder and was vaguely familiar, but he couldn’t place it. Shinya curled into a tighter ball and held is breath in an attempt to make himself disappear. He felt someone move his hair and heard, “Shinya, what happened to you?”

‘Kyo?!? What is Kyo doing here?’ the auburn haired man thought. It sounded like he said something else, but it didn’t make it through the fever induced fog. He felt the vocalist slip surprisingly strong arms underneath him and begin to lift him. The broken man screamed out in a rough voice.

--------- P.O.V. change -------------

Kyo was trying to think of what to do. ‘I know. I’ll take him to a hospital, having that high a fever can’t be good.’ He slipped his arms under the slight man and started to lift him. The short vocalist had barely moved the other when he heard a hoarse scream. Kyo quickly and carefully put Shinya back down and removed his arms. He started soothing Shinya’s hair and petting him to calm him down. The blond couldn’t see anything wrong with his beauty from the front, and moving him was out of the question. So, he stood up decided to walk around to the other side of the bed, he gasped at the sight. The white sheets were stained a deep dark red that only comes form mostly dried blood.

“Oh, Shinya, my beautiful drummer who did this to you?”

Kyo ran over a picked up the phone to call an ambulance only to get an earful of Die, “Kyo! Get you damn ass over here and tell me what the fuck is going on!!”

“Die! Shut up already! Shinya is hurt and running a fever! Meet us at the hospital I’m calling an ambulance for him.” Kyo clicked the phone off then back on and dialed 119. [1]


1. In Japan the emergency number is backwards from us so 119 is correct. At least I think that’s what my friend told me.

Gah!!! So short!!! Gomennasai >.< It might be a bit before the next chapter I’m having a bit of trouble figuring out what to say exactly and how to say it. But anyway yeah, anooooo… I can’t really think of anything else to say right now… oh I know thank you all for reading this far and putting up with my mistakes, which I will fix ASAP. Yeah my friend pointed them out to me.
