Seizure of Power

Authors notes: There's some small introductions for the other characters so you can get a sense of who they are. I also incorporated some action into the story :D that's always good right? But it remains a parody through and through. And sorry, I can't promise Kyo wont get any uglier D: Mwa ha ha >D

Upon entering the bar Kaoru was greeted by the sounds of idle chatter and the clink clank of glasses.
The smell of burnt grilled cheese filled the air, it would have usually been nauseating, but he was starving.
The bar was unusually crowded at this time, but it was the weekend, and it was all just locals.
Kaoru took a quick glance around the room, he caught a glimpse of Will the bar tender waving at him,
Kaoru waved back and smiled walking over the the bar area to sit by Dai, Kyo following close behind.
"Hey Kaoru, what can I get you?" the skinny red head behind the counter smiled.
Kaoru scratched his chin "Eh, gimme a scotch on the rocks" Will nodded "You got it"
The man disappeared off somewhere in the background to fix Kaoru his drink,
returning a minute later "Here you go man, how you been?" Will slid the drink over to Kaoru.
Kaoru caught the drink as it slid over to him "ahh, you know man...work and all that" Kaoru shrugged.
"ah ha, I hear ya man" Will nodded, idly drying a glass "but you know, J's doors are always open"
Kaoru smiled "Thanks man" the other nodded "Anytime, now enjoy yourself, the nights still young"

Shinya came toddling out of the ladies room, having applied another layer of make up,
and making sure her breasts weren't crooked "Hey Dai, did you order my Shirley Temple?"
Daisuke smiled and nodded, patting the bar stool next to his "Yeah-ha, come on over here babe"
Will blinked a few times, he had sworn the last time he seen Shinya he was a man...
not that he looked real manly to begin with, even he had originally mistook him for a woman in the past.
Until the others reassured him, he was 100% male, somehow though, he couldn't take his eyes away.
Shinya bounced up to the bar counter, titties jiggling like jello molds "Thanks Dai"
Shinya sat down and seductively sucked his straw, running his tongue playfully down the side.
Dai and Will both got insta-boners, Will covering his with a towel and Dai excusing himself to the restroom.
When Dai moved Kaoru got a clear view across the counter "Hey..." Kaoru tapped Kyo's shoulder.
"Thats that plumber that unclogged our shitter" Kaoru pointed, Kyo looked over "uh...wow?"
"Its kinda coincidental don't you think? I mean it could be any plumber" Kaoru went on rambling.
Kyo shook his head "Kaoru...that's the only plumber in town" Kaoru stopped "Oh...heh well..."
Kyo rolled his eyes and laughed "Okay...man I'm starving..."
"Starving? you just ate a whole pot full of gumbo" Kaoru poked Kyo's side.
"Gumbo...? so that's what that was...eww..." Kyo rubbed his stomach "Its the strangest thing lately..."
Kaoru started to take another sip of his drink "Hm?"
Kyo continued "I'm just so hungry...like all the time...boy I could use a fat juicy steak..."
Kaoru chuckled "Well, maybe Cindy can fix you up one. Throw her a few compliments"
Just then a tall leggy blond waitress came by, her voice overly joyful and personality bubbling "Hey guys!"
"Hey Cindy, can I have a steak...oh...uh...your legs look tender tonight" Kyo flashed her with a quick smile.
Her face went from a smile to blank as she looked down at her legs "Kyo...OMG THANK YOU!!!"
She bounced up and hugged him "I've always wanted tender legs!!! of course I'll make you a steak"
She set down her tray and bounced into the kitchen giggling like mad.
Kaoru blinked "Wow Kyo, you really got a way with the ladies there Casanova"
Kyo leaned and elbow onto the counter, his eyebrows bobbed up and down "I still got it eh?"
Kaoru looked at the tentacle and the visible outline of the chest eyeball under Kyo's shirt "Uh..yeah man"

Dai finally returned from the bathroom sweaty and flushed looking "Sorry..had to take care of somethin"
Kevin who was a police officer that frequented the bar a lot after work,
emerged from the bathroom a few moments after Dai, with a look of confusion and disgust on his face.
*Flashback*
In an attempt to get some poon tang Kevin made the mistake of eating some concoction Cindy whipped up.
Which only ended up sending him to the bathroom with a bad case of the runs...
In the midst of his desperate hour he was forced to listen to Dai grunt and moan in the stall next to his.
Dai who at the moment didn't seem to mind his surroundings, it probably only further encouraged his me time.
The smell of mold that accumulated the bathroom walls,
and the pungent scent of Kevin's over flowing bowels filling the air,
made a perfect fapping environment for him as he sat on the toilet,
pants around his ankles. A picture of Shinya in a Betty Boop costume in one hand,
his cock tightly gripped in the other.
*End Flashback*

Kevin strolled over by the bar "Hey Will, can I get another beer?"
Will nodded, filling him up another glass and sliding it across the counter too fast,
and it missed Kevin's hand landing on the floor with a loud crash.
It woke up Bob, who was a Security guard along with his friend Mark, they were both off duty as well.
Will blushed "Sorry Kev" He waved to Bob "Sorry man"
Bob waved and sigh, his head hitting the counter again, followed by snoring.
"Eh...Will, you don't have to play the bartender part so...spot on, kay?" Kevin chuckled.
Will nodded, pouring Kevin another round "Sorry, its on the house this time"
Kevin smiled "No worries man" He took his beer, he was about to go back to his table when he stopped.
He turned around to Dai "You know...if I could arrest people for being sick fucks...you'd be in the slammer"
Dai stared at him wide eyed "Uhh...what ever do you mean Kev?"
Kevin shook his head "Don't you Kev me, keep your cock in your pants until you get home man!"
Dai blushed looking around, all eyes on him "AHHH C'mon guys!! Don't look at me like that, you can't tell me you've never had one of those desperate moments?? I know there's not one guy in here that it hasn't happened to! Come on, can I get a hell yeah?" Dai continued to look around hopefully.
All the men in the bar raised their glasses "HEAR HEAR!" they all echoed throughout the bar.
Alyssa, a reporter for the Raccoon city times drunkenly raised her glass along with them "Hear hear!"
She slurred, before slumping back down, her face falling flat back onto her table.
Kevin's eyes widened "I know who I'm taking home tonight" He wobbled over to Alyssa's table.

Kaoru just stared at Dai "That was random..." Dai shrugged "You gotta do what you gotta do man"
Finally Cindy came back from the kitchen with Kyo's steak and a bottle of A1, yeah...its that important.
"Oh! thanks legs!" Kyo grabbed at his steak, it was medium rare just how he liked it.
"No prob, if you need anything else just give me a holler" Cindy gave him a wink and wandered off.
Kyo didn't bother to use the knife or fork she'd left for him, he just ate it with his bare hands like usual.
Will scratched his head, not about how Kyo was eating like a wild animal, but where Cindy got the steak.
"Hmm..." Will stared at Kyo "Mmgh...what?" Kyo looked up face covered in meat juices and saliva.
"We don't serve steak" Will scratched the back of his head.
Kyo took a swig of the A1 bottle, the tangy sauce washing the meat down his gullet "Yeah so?"
Will shrugged "Never mind" and resumed his work and Kyo continued to devour the unknown meat.
Kaoru noticed from the corner of his eye that that plumber was looking right at him.
Kaoru turned and smiled to him, the other man waved him to come over there.
Kaoru blushed, and picked up his drink "Kyo...I uh...I'll be right back"
Kyo was too into gnawing on the meat to notice and just murmured "Unh hunh"
Kaoru strolled over to where the man was sitting, taking a seat beside him "Hey, long time no see?"
The Plumber chuckled "Yeah I guess so...hey...I was going to ask, whats up with your friend?"
Kaoru looked over at Kyo "Um...well we don't really know but we're going to have it checked out"
The other man took a quick swig of his whiskey "By the way, my names David"
"Nice to meet you...again, David. I'm Kaoru" Kaoru stuck out a hand.
David inspected it for a minute, his in thought voice wandering in circles
'It...it looks like a hand...NO WAIT!...that's not a hand...no...no never mind that's a hand...'
then finally locking into a nice firm handshake with the younger man.
"Yeah I know, your name was on the check" David slowly slid his hand away from the other.
The brush of his finger tips across his own made Kaoru shudder "Oh yeah...the check"
Kaoru pondered how he could find a guy that made a living by unclogging shitty toilets so...fascinating.
"Can you recall something that happened before this...transformation took place?" David eyed Kaoru.
Kaoru shook his head "No...not that I can--Wait!...a couple nights ago...he said he got bit by a rat?"
"A rat?" David looked around the floor "Well that's no surprise...little bastards have infested this town"
"Hm?" Kaoru looked around the floor, his eyes wide in shock, He squealed pulling his legs up to his chest.
Somehow Kaoru hadn't noticed the 400 to 500 some rats scuttling all over the floor of the bar.
"Nasty ain't it?" Kevin came and took a seat by the other two men, a strong southern accent could be detected.
"How the hell is this place staying in business?? O_o" Kaoru's head turned frantically in every direction.
"Cause uh...the board of health is infested with rats too..." Kevin shrugged.
"Oh..." Said Kaoru calmly
"Now you know where Cindy gets her mystery meat" Kevin let out a roaring laughter, but no one joined in.
"What a bimbo" David scoffed turning his head away from the two.
"Well uh...yeah" Kaoru slowly scooted out of the middle of the two men and tip-toed back to his previous seat.
Making sure to step over any rats that ran in front of him.
"Kyo!!" Kaoru nearly leapt onto the stool next to the shorter man "Look at the floor!!"
Kyo looked down and around him "Oh wow...when did J's get this new grey carpet?"
Kaoru shook his head "Kyo...that's not carpet...they're rats"
Kyo's eye's widened "All those...?" He licked his lips "There's so many..."
Kaoru nodded "Yeah...I want to go..."
While he wasn't looking Kyo had crawled off his stool, snagging up rat's with one hand.
And using his sticky tentacle to grab up some more, shoving them all into his mouth.
Kaoru went on idly talking to Kyo, who wasn't even next to him "So...what do you think Kyo?...Kyo?"
Kaoru looked over "Hm..." He turned around and seen his once ardent, suave, charismatic lover,
scooping up rats and shoving them into his face...
"KYO!!! WHAT THE FUCK??? DON'T EAT THOSE!!!" Kaoru jumped up and tried to pry the rest out of the shorter man's hand "KYO STOP!!! OMG THAT'S DISGUSTING"
Will shouted from behind the counter "No its okay Kaoru!! the rats are on the house!! take all you want"
"O_o Are you crazy?" Kaoru stared at Will with a very disturbed questioning look.
It was too late though, Kyo pretty much devoured every rat in the bar.
Kyo belched right in Kaoru's face, a vile putrid odor hitting his nose like a ton of bricks to the face,
he then hawked up a huge grey hair ball "Sorry Kaoru"
Then he slithered back to his seat "They needed A1, but they weren't too bad"
"Beats paying for an exterminator" Will shrugged.

Kaoru sat back down between Dai and Kyo, he nudged Dai in the side "Wheres Toshiya?"
"Hmm...what did I do with him" Dai scratched his head "Oh yeah...hes in that barrel"
"barrel?" Kaoru raised a brow.
"Mmhm, over there" Dai pointed to a wall where there sat two large barrel's placed there for design.
"Oh...okay...hey are we almost done?"
Dai nodded "Yeah I've had my fill for tonight, I'm just waiting for Shinya to get back outta the bathroom"
"Ah" Kaoru nodded, then glanced over at Kyo who looked bored and tired.
He was resting his chin on one hand, eyes partly shut, quietly swirling his tentacle around the counter.

A few moments later Shinya came out of the bathroom a second or maybe third time,
god only knew how many time she'd been in there tonight.
Paranoid that something was going to fall out of place, or that one bit of make-up would smear or run.
"OH MAH GAWD you guys, I just seen the most sorry sack of shit in the bathroom"
Dai turned to face his not so secret lover "Oh yeah?"
"Yeah I almost felt sorry for her, she's in the bathroom cutting her hair off crying...what a loser"
Shinya crossed her legs and took a sip of her drink "I just feel bad for the girls who aren't as pretty as me"
"No ones even compares to your beauty babe" Dai purred.
"Oh Daisuke" Shinya blushed and the two immediately embraced each other a started sucking face like hungry sand worms, they tumbled to the floor unnoticed, moaning and rolling around still locked in a kiss.

It was almost midnight, and Will wasn't looking forward to trying to get everyone out and lock up the bar.
The bell on the front door jingled, Will sighed and turned to face the new customer "Hey we're about to--"
He stopped mid sentence when he noticed the man was just standing there, head down.
"What a weird customer" Will mumbled to him self.
The man continued to stand there, Will losing his patience, emerged from behind the counter.
He walked over to the strange man, all eyes in the bar we're on the two.
Everyone was wondering what the guy was up to.
"Hey, look buddy. I don't have time for games. We're about to close so get lost" Will stood arms crossed.
The man still just stood there, head down.
Its like he didn't even acknowledge Will's presence.
Will was getting more ticked off by the second "Hey! can you hear? or are you deaf? I said get lost!"
He gave the stranger a light shove, the man stumbled back a few steps.
Will's eye's widened when the man finally looked up at him "What in the fu--"
The guy looked like he had been dead for two weeks, literally.
His skin was deteriorated, and blotchy.
His eyes emotionless and almost completely white.
Will looked down and realized the man's clothes were soaked in old blood.
Before he even had time to think about a reasonable excuse for this he was attacked.
The man grabbed the unsuspecting bartender with great force, digging his nails through the fabric of his shirt, and knocking them both to the floor. David, Kevin and Mark all jumped up to go lend Will a hand.
The guy moaned eerily before gouging his teeth into Will's neck tearing out a huge glob of flesh.
Will screamed aloud, desperately trying to free himself from the man's grasp.
David came up from behind and tried to pull him off, it was no use.
"DAVID! GET BACK!" Kevin shouted from behind him, David quickly jumped out of the way.
Kevin carefully aimed his gun, one eye open, beads of sweat rolling down his brow "HEY YOU!"
The assaulter turned to face Kevin, growling like an animal, mouth dripping with blood.
"R.P.D.!!! get the fuck off him before I blow your brains out mother fucker!!!" Kevin kept his aim steady.
However the guy didn't budge, he just stared at Kevin, his cold white eyes just burning into him.
When it appeared that he was going to attack Will again, Kevin had no other choice.
He took the shot, Kevin may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer, but he was a dead aim.
The guy flew across the room, his brains spattering all over the wall beside him and onto Will.
Kevin licked his lips, still holding the gun at the guy.
His arms were trembling, he had never had to actually take someone out before.
Not in the entire 4 years he had been a police officer.
David came by and put a hand on his shoulder "Kevin...KEVIN! relax man...he's dead"
Kevin nodded, and swallowed hard "Yeah..." finally lowering his weapon "David...what the fuck was that?"
David walked over to the corpse inspecting it "Well Kevin, I do believe that was a Zombie I do declare"
Kyo got up and ran over to Will and started lapping at his wound.
David swatted at him "Get outta here you little blood sucker!" Kyo growled and scurried away.
"Will, you okay man?" Kevin went over and helped the bartender to sit up.
Will nodded "Yeah..." he was growing pale, and losing a lot of blood.
Kevin Wasn't one to be pessimistic, but he knew Will was fading and fast "Somebody get me a towel"
Cindy ran to the kitchen and returned with a hand towel, Kevin pressed it onto the would "Hold this"
Will nodded and held it tightly onto his neck.

Dai and Shinya were hiding under a table holding each other trembling with fear.
Kyo was hiding behind Kaoru, he seemed more scared of David than the monster that had just took a bite out of Will. Kaoru didn't know who to turn to for an answer.
Just then Toshiya stood up yawning and scratching his head.
Kevin quickly turned around aiming his gun at the unsuspecting man "WHOA!!"
Toshiya took cover, ducking inside the barrel "What the hell man???"
David grabbed Kevin's arm, lowering his gun "Stop! its one of Kaoru's friends"
Kevin sighed in relief "Oh...sorry man..."
Toshiya peered out from the top of the barrel "Its...its cool..." Attempting to stand again.
Toshiya glanced around the room "What the hell happened here? and why am I in a barrel?"
Kevin shrugged "I don't know" then turned and sat down taking a deep breath.
A girl came out of the bathroom and gasped.
Kaoru had seen her come in earlier in the night, Then she had just disappeared.
Her hair was now different and she was wearing a different set of clothes.
"What happened? I heard gun fire" She looked at everyone for an answer.
David sighed "There's no real way to explain it...its like..."
But his sentence was interrupted by the sound of moaning, this time it wasn't from just one person.
But many voices could be heard from outside, a distinct low agonizing moan. coming form all directions.
The sound was getting closer and fast.
David jumped up "Shit!" he ran over to the front door and locked it, just in time too.
A swarm of zombies hit the glass door like bugs hitting a truck window.
Everyone jumped back and screamed "OMFG?? whats going on" Kaoru panicked, waving his arms like a sissy little girl.
"Kevin help me move these!" David ran over and started pushing one of the large barrels in front of the door, Kevin ran over and joined in pushing the second one up next to it.
David exhaled and wiped the sweat from his brow "That won't hold them forever, lets get everyone to the second floor, we'll try to figure out an escape route up there" Kevin nodded "Lets move people"
"I'll stay here and hold them off heh heh" Kyo announced "You guys just go ahead"
"Kyo no way! your coming with us you hear" Kaoru yanked on the shorter mans tentacle.
"its okay Kaoruu, I know how to handle them...and uh...leave Will here too, he's as good as dead"
Kaoru scoffed "Well duh, I ain't dragging his ass with me and getting eaten"
Cindy unlocked the door that led upstairs to the staff room "Okay guys, lets go!"
David grabbed Kaoru's wrist "Come on, there's no time!"
"I can't leave Kyo!" Kaoru pleaded.
"He'll be fine, lets go" David threw Kaoru's skinny ass over his shoulder and ran towards the back door.
"KYYYYOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" Kaoru called out arm extended with tears in his eyes, until he looked back and noticed Kyo was eating Will "uh...never mind...RUUUUUUUNN DAVID" He latched onto the plumber tighter.
Everyone ran upstairs, Kevin locking the door behind them and swallowing the key.
"hah hah" Kevin laughed triumphantly "Oh...shit...that's not going to go well in the bathroom...ah well"
He ran after everyone trying to catch up "Waitforme!!" He tripped up the stairs, because he's that talented.
