Kylie phoned the emergency services knowing it was far to late for Daniel, as they waited kylie looked at dannii and said we are so fucked, the press are gong to destroy us for this, dannii nodded if we were two men we would be hailed as heroes but we're two women who like to fuck and it dawned on dannii what she was saying as she added what are we going to do as kylie lent in to her sister and put her arm around her as she for once looked lost as she said I don't know.
The emergency service's declared Daniel dead at the scene and by protocol the police authorities had to be called in as this was no ordinary overdose this involved the minogue sisters,kylie and dannii sat in the kitchen with inspector miles as they could hear the noise in the street below as the waiting press had surrounded the front of the building once news had got out of the scandal, okay said miles let's get you out the back way and down to the station to take your statements while we're waiting for the results of the contents of the syringe found on the bedroom floor.
After a few hours at the police station and being questioned in minute detail as kylie had her solicitor with them but after a while they were left on there own as jones kylies solicitor shook his head and said this isn't good not good what so ever, the door to the interview room opened as both girls looked up for good news as miles enterd the scene surroundied by another two police officials as miles explained that Daniel had been murdered by a lethal cocktail of poison's and this was now a homicide as kylie hugged her sister as miles added only your prints were found on the syringe as kylie asked meaning as miles went into full professional mode as he said kylie and dannii minogue I am arestting you for the murder of Daniel Travis.
Kylie and dannii went to the court expecting bail but the federal judge looked down on the minogue sisters who in his mind had made a career by using there bodies and as an older judge with his out of date views he wanted to make an example of the sisters so he set the court case for six months time with no bail, the sisters were going to prison to await trial, the girls left the court house as prisoners surrounded by federal police as the frenzy of the waiting paps blinded them with the sounds of there cameras getting the photo of the girls that was going to be on the front cover of the tabloid newspaper that evening, the girls were hustled into the back of the awaiting prison van as it sped of to the local federal prison there home for the next six months.
