A/N: Don't expect regular updates. My other fandom (The Prince of Tennis) has kinda taken over and all my old plans for this story are on my computer that crashed. Once I remember stuff and feel like writing, I will finish this fic.
Chapter Four: Drowning In The Past
Ville stared at Jonna as she slept. He thought for a moment before shaking her shoulder gently to wake her up.
"Jonna? Wake up ..."
"Ville ... what's wrong?" She sat up and rubbed her eyes.
"I'm sorry."
"About that fight? It's okay. I understand. You need your space, right? I'll leave tomorrow morning."
"Jonna, it's not you ... I mean it's not your fault."
"Ville ... that's not just a line, is it? I know you better then that."
"It's not just a line, no. It's just ..." he bit his lip softly. Here he was supposed to be this big tough guy and all ... right?
Jonna leaned in close to him and saw the pain in his big green eyes. "Ville ..." she whispered softly. "You like men, right?"
The singer looked up at her in shock.
"I noticed. I see the way you look at some of your friends sometimes. It's not a way that you look at me." She sighed. "I just tried to live with it ... because you're a wonderful person at heart. You're a wonderful person to be around." She hugged him softly and kissed his forehead. "Don't worry about anything. I'll make sure everything ends up okay."
Ville didn't let hardly anyone see this vulnerable side to him ... but sometimes Jonna understood more then anyone else.

A few weeks later, he was hanging out after a show and a few fans came up to him. Smiling, he signed autographs and took pictures. The last person to come up to was a handsome man with a shy, but sweet smile.
"Hi, Ville."
"Hey, what's up? What's your name?"
"Jari. I was wondering ... if maybe, if you aren't busy, we could maybe go to the bar together?"
"Ah ... sure, why not?" Ville took an immediate liking to Jari. And after all, what's a few beers with a fan? That is how he ended up meeting Bam after all. But Bam was back in America shooting his tv show and they hadn't seen each other in awhile.
But a few beers soon turned into a lot of beers which turned into a trip back to Ville's apartment. Ville woke up the next morning, barely able to remember what had happened the night before. He did however notice Jari wrapped tightly around him and his headache. Jari ended up sticking around the next morning, and the morning after that ... and soon it turned into a relationship. Ville grew to love him as he found they had more and more in common. But Jari was far from just being a handsome man with a sweet smile. Underneath that facade, was someone who tortured the singer whenever he felt betrayed. And just as easily would switch back, making Ville feel sorry for him. And so slowly, Ville became trapped in Jari's mixed web of love and hate.
But as Ville told Bam this story, he left out the fact that Jari had such a side to him. He usually told Bam everything about himself but ... for some reason, couldn't reveal that to him.
