This is it Jade the moment that can make you or break you, do you really want to truly reveal how you feel and jeopardize your strong bond of friendship with Davey “ God why is this so difficult “, I said as I ran my hands through my hair messing it up a little as I placed my hands at my sides “ What’s so difficult “? I heard a voice come from the bathroom doorway, there he was in all his glowing beauty “ Oh God Davey you scared the crap out of me” I said as I tried to regain my composure “ Geez I’m I really that unattractive” Davey said with a laugh as he began to walk a few steps closer to me” Hey come on now I never said that” I replied as I too began to take closer steps to Davey ”Well how do I know how you feel about my looks” Davey said smiling as he put his hands in his pant pockets, when he said that I just stood there and tried not to look him in the face “ Oh Jade I apologize did I say something wrong”? Davey said as I saw him reach for my arm.” No Davey I have to tell you something and its very important” I said as I took hold of his hand, if felt like I was grasping onto silky velvet his hand felt so nice against my hand, “ Okay please Jade tell me what’s on your mind” I felt Davey give my hand a gentle reassuring squeeze.”Davey I…I…Oh God “ I was choking on the words just wonderful “ Jade please tell me what’s wrong” Davey was looking deeply into my eyes “ I can’t do this” I said I felt short of breath for some reason “ Yes you can Jade its me you know you can tell me anything” Davey grabbed my face gently that way I was looking straight at him. Suddenly it all became to overwhelming and I broke my hand free of Davey’s hand and ran out of the hotel bathroom to grab the car rental keys from the top of the television set” Jade where are you going its 12:30 at night” I heard him call out but I tuned him out and headed down the lobby what seemed like it would take minuets took hours till finally I got to the car and got in and just drove, where I was going didn’t really matter to me at this point.
