For the rest of the two months, nothing happened, and contact between the guys and girls was sparse. The show producers were adamant about the rooms remaining secret, so they contacted each person separately and they were only allowed into the room they were decorating, while all the other rooms remained locked. The rooms were finally finished and the guys and girls were making their separate ways to the house for the filmed revealing of the rooms.
“So have you talked to Pontius since that night?” Gina asked Savvy, nudging her elbow, as they rode in the car to the house they would be spending two long months at with the Jackass boys.
“I’ve tried to, and I’ve wanted to call him, I’m just too nervous…” Savvy said.
“Oh thank god, I thought I was the only one. My hands cramp up whenever I try to call Knoxville. He tried calling me a few times, but I was too scared to answer the phone.”
Both girls giggled at each other.
“Have you talked to Heather? I tried calling her, but all I get is the answering machine.” Savvy questioned.
“Really? Me too… I hope she remembers that today was the day.” Gina fidgeted, both from the excitement about seeing Johnny again, and from fear that Heather really might have forgotten.
After many long silent minutes, they turned on the road which the house was located. Gina looked out the window as the car slowed down and she quickly nudged and pulled on Savvy’s sleeve as her excitement came out full force. Looking harder, her jaw dropped
“Savvy, is that… is that, Heather?!” she shouted while pointing towards the roof of the house.
Savvy’s eyes widened as she looked in the direction Gina pointed. “No way… that can’t be.” she said, disbelieving her own words.
Heather was on the house, in a spread eagle-like hand stand, perfectly balanced, a hang on either side of the sloping roof. She was dressed from head to toe in full black, she had even dyed her hair black. The only bit of color on her was her yellow shades.
Just as Gina and Savvy got out of their car to gawk at Heather, the Jackass limo pulled up. Heather righted herself, with her hands on her hips like the king of the mountain. Suddenly she burst out into the dance from Grease.
All of the Jackass boys fell out of the limo laughing their asses off.
“Oh my god… look… it’s… Wednesday… Adams!” Dunn yelled at, pausing between his words to take a breath as he laughed. Heather flipped them off, which caused them to double over even further.
She smiled, secretly loving their laughter and attention. Now to get down… Heather walked over to the edge of the roof, sat down, and grabbed the gutter. She swung off and hung for a second, then she heard a crack as the gutter gave way and she fell flat on her arse. This, in turn, caused the boys to roll even louder with laughter as Gina and Savvy ran over to check on her.
Heather held her hands out so they could help her up. “These two are more gentlemanly than the lot of you!” She yelled.
Everybody then grouped up and began talking excitedly.
“So Heather… what did you do to yourself? You haven’t dressed like that in almost ten years.” Gina said while looking her over.
A devilish grin spread across her lips., “Oh, you’ll see.”
Savvy and Gina looked at each other, dreading the worst.
“Anyway, this place is so much bigger than we got to see while we were decorating the rooms. There’s a pool, hot tub, and open bar in the back, and the back yard is huge!” Heather announced to everybody.
As she was talking, Pontius walked around and stood behind Savvy; placing his hands on her shoulders, he looked down at her and smiled warmly. Savvy turned her head down and blushed deeply, but was pleased nonetheless. Similarly, Knoxville strolled over toward Gina and nudged her with his elbow as she grinned up at him.
“I tried calling you a bunch of times…” Johnny whispered as to not interrupt Heather, with an anxious look in his dark brown eyes that made Gina’s breath catch in her throat.
“I know, I’m sorry… I was just never home. Sorry,” She whispered back, going with the first lie to pop into her brain. She just couldn’t tell Knoxville she was too chicken to call him. She suddenly realized she was pressing closer to Knoxville than she actually needed to. She moved to put a little distance between them and found Knoxville’s arm playfully looped over her shoulders, keeping her close.
“That’s alright. I guess I can find it in my heart to forgive ya,” Knoxville whispered, his nose inches from hers, letting his hand drift off Gina’s shoulders after a quick squeeze. Gina smiled up at him, super relieved.
Heather stopped talking as smaller groups of conversation broke out and she looked at her friends. She smiled softly as their happiness, which was very obvious; it’s been a long time since she’d them smile so much.
Desperately she tried not to look at Steve-O. She had convinced herself that what had happened in the limo that night was only so because of the amount of bourbon he drank. He probably didn’t even know he had said it, she told herself. She so wanted to walk over to him and loop her arm through his. Looking down, a wave of slight sadness washed over her.
Steve-O watched her intently. He saw the soft smile, and the wave of sadness and he hoped that he wasn’t part of the second. He had indeed remembered what he had said in the limo, and he meant it. She looked different now though, in her dark attire and black hair, which suited her; but it was her eyes in which he focused on. He was slightly annoyed by her yellow sun glasses though, as they obscured his sight.
Heather’s face began to feel red hot and she knew someone was staring at her. At the point where it became unbearable, she looked up. It was Steve-O. She blushed even more, “Don’t let your eyes dry out Steve-O…” she sneered, sounding more hostile than intended, but she wasn’t sure how to react to him staring.
As he laughed and went to apologize, two more cars drove up from either side of the street, which drew everyone’s attention out to the road. Heather smiled broadly, knowing who was in one car, but highly confused on who was in the other. She moved to the back of the crowd so she could watch everything unfold.
Savvy and Gina’s jaw dropped. Out of the first car stepped Karen. She squealed a high pitched squeal and ran over to hug Gina and Savvy. They both accepted the hug, half heartedly of course. Karen started her ranting, both girls answered with a bunch of “year’s” and “uh’hu’s,” as they eyed each other. Behind them, Heather was laughing hysterically. Slowly, both of them turned their heads towards her.
The Jackass guys eyed her like she had the plague. She stepped over to them and whispered, “We all hate her…I invited her without telling them.” They nodded, still looking at her oddly, not knowing the full extent of it.
Karen raised her hand, “Hi Heath…” she stopped and dropped her hand after seeing how she was dressed.
“And she thinks people who dress in all black have something wrong with them, which, obviously we don’t.” She said, half making fun of herself.
“Oh well she’s really gonna get a kick out of my Satan tattoo.” Steve-O said, rolling up his sleeve to reveal a Jesus fish with the word Satan in it. She smiled slightly at him, and he thrilled inside.
Karen talked with Gina and Savvy more as the other car began to bounce around. Somebody was shouting inside, and the voice sounded oddly familiar. The door opened and a booted foot popped out.
“Lets get this shit show on the road!” Bam shouted as he walked up to the group.
Knoxville laughed hard. “Margera, you showed up!”
“Yeah, will it wouldn’t be the Jackass crew without me, now would it? Lets go, for real, I don’t feel like freezing my ass off out here.”
“Well who’s got the key?” Wee-Man asked looking up at everybody.
“I’ve got one…” Johnny said.
“And I’ve got another.” Gina answered before he could even ask his question. There were two locks on the door, ensuring that everybody was together before they could get in. Gina smiled up at Johnny. She felt his fingers graze against her hand, his fingertips lightly sliding along her palm. In a sudden nervous panic, she slid her hands into her pockets. Why? Why was she running away? Frustrated with herself, she stared at the ground, not looking at Johnny.
Johnny glanced over at Gina and then bit his lip nervously, wondering what on earth he had done wrong. All he had been able to think about for the past two months was this girl. No other person on the planet had had that kind of effect on him. It was taking everything he had not to pull her away from the group and hold her tight and kiss her and-
Everyone had crowded around in a semi-circle around Gina and Knoxville. The silence and the pressure of everyone’s eyes on him jerked Knoxville back to the present. Gina caught Knoxville’s eye and he smiled nervously.
“Ladies first,” he stated, gesturing for Gina to put her key in the lock first.
Gina started to put her key in the lock when the camera crew rolled down the driveway in a large white van. The horn was honking like crazy.
“Don’t go in yet!” a voice could be heard shouting out the window of the van.
David Brent climbed out of the van before it had even stopped and raced over to the group.
“You guys, don’t go in yet. We have to film this…” David gasped, bent over double, catching his breath.
“What? Why? We’ve all been inside, I mean, we all had to come and decorate the rooms…” Courtney pointed out.
“Yes, yes, but the viewers don’t know that. The first episode will show the drawing of the tokens, various montages of each of you coming alone to decorate your room, and then it will also show you all revealing the rooms.”
The group looked around at each other and gradually stepped away from the door.
“Thank you,” David smiled, finally having caught his breath.
“Maybe you should go over rules and stuff more often,” Preston laughed, clapping David on the shoulder.
“This is supposed to be a show with no pretense. We want to catch you all when you least expect it. That brings drama and suspense to the show. The viewers love it when you all don’t know exactly what’s going on,” David looked around at the group, waiting for the cameramen to catch up with him. He spied Karen and Bam.
“Where did you guys come from?” David asked, staring at them as if they came from another planet.
“Well, my name is Karen and I know Gina and Savvy and….and,” Karen had to stop to blow her nose on a well-worn handkerchief. “I was invited by Gina and Savvy,” Gina and Savvy started, with twin looks on their faces that screamed disbelief and confusion, “to come on the show and I thought it would be a lot of fun and I have three great big dogs, so I thought living with them wouldn’t be much different from living in a crowded house with crazy guys and stuff, and-”
David nodded politely and cut Karen off by turning to Bam. “I thought you didn’t want to be in the show.”
Bam smiled. “What kind of a show would this be without me? You really expect people to watch it?”
Everyone stared at Bam incredulously.
“I’m just kidding guys, chill out, damn,” Bam muttered.
There was scattered awkward and nervous laughter. Knoxville cleared his throat and leaned toward David.
“So what do you want us to do when we go in?” he asked.
“Well. You are going to go in and then the host of the show, Trent Barker, who should be arriving shortly, will explain how the token system works for the room revealing. And then, one by one, we will reveal the rooms.”
“Guessing this is where we figure out who decorated each other’s rooms as well.” Heather said more to herself than anybody.
Knoxville nodded. “Sounds easy enough.”
A limo pulled up and a man stepped out of the car, looking like a Backstreet Boy reject. The group cringed, wondering who hired a burned out pop star to host a show where the gnarliest men and women of TV were competing against each other. Trent walked up to the group, extending his hand to Knoxville.
“Hi, I am Trent Barker, the host of the show. And you are?”
There was an explosion of laughter. A man who had never heard of Johnny Knoxville? Come on…
“Where did you find this guy, Jupiter?” Pontius laughed.
Trent didn’t bat an eye.
“Johnny, my name is Johnny Knoxville,” Johnny replied, trying to hold back his laughter.
“Pleasure to meet you.”
Trent went around the entire circle. His posture and poise never wavered even though the energy radiating from the group was one of disdain and disbelief. His face wavered for only a second when he shook Karen’s hand and had to endure the onslaught of girly giggles and laughter. David cut Karen off for the second time and turned to the group at large. Several cameramen were positioned around the group.
“Alright, here we go. We are going to start filming now. Gina, Knoxville, get next to the door with the keys. I just need you to unlock the door and head inside. After going in, take seats in the living room, and Trent will come in and explain what will happen next.”
“Sounds good,” Gina smiled, holding the key tightly in her trembling fingers. She didn’t know where the sudden bout of nervousness was coming from, but she turned it into mental adrenaline and was bouncing up and down in excitement in a matter of moments.
Johnny and Gina looked at each other and slowly turned their keys. It took what seemed several minutes for all the metal in the lock to get in line with the keys. Then finally, the door was unlocked and the door swung open. Gina and Knoxville walked in first. The rest of the group trailed in after them, making their way to the living room. Everybody sat down on the various couches and chairs, waiting to be told everything they’ve already heard again, but on camera.
“The colored doors correspond to the token you drew, so you’ll be going in the one you didn’t decorate and that will be your room for the remainder of the show. Karen, Bam, since the two of you showed up late, you all can decorate your own rooms at a later date,” Trent finished off, smiling to the group.
“Good, I’ll finally get the fucking pirate room I’ve wanted.” Bam shouted in his famous tone.
Everyone was excited about the unveiling of the rooms, even if a bit nervous about what they were going to be staying in for the next two months.
“We’ll start on the rooms closest to us, and work our way down, now if you could stand in front of the room you decorated, we can get this all sorted out.” Trent said cheerily. The group walked down the long hallway. Wee-Man and Courtney laughed as they looked at each other. They had both drawn a green token from the hat.
“I want to see my room first.” Courtney demanded still smiling.
“All right then,” he shrugged, swinging the door open.
Inside was a heavy metalist’s dream. The huge king-sized bed was covered in dark fabrics. On the walls were signed posters of all the big rock groups back in the 80s.
“Oh my god, how did you get these!?” Courtney yelled, running around her room looking at each of the posters.
Wee-Man laughed. “I got the hook up.”
The lights looks like mini spotlights, with the plastic color-changing cover and everything. There was a vanity full of brightly colored make-up and foam heads covered with various wigs. In the closet there were tons of vinyl outfits, all of them in Courtney’s size. There were even platform heels with small fake goldfish in them.
“This is great! Thanks!” Courtney said, smiling anew as she bent down to give Wee-Man a hug.
“Heh, it was nothing, now it’s your turn.”
“Sure thing.”
Courtney walked across the hall and quickly opened the room she decorated.
The first thing in view was a huge Batman symbol on the far wall. Each of the walls was done in a different super hero. The left wall was done in Spider-Man, and there was a rope net, somewhat done in a spider web pattern. Wee-Man stepped in to take in the scenery. The right wall was blue in red, in the spirit of Super-Man. Along with that were movie posters from all the Super-Man movies ever made. Wee-Man turned to thank Courtney when he saw the last room. It was a giant collage of pictures of him in his Super-Wee costume. His mouth dropped in awe. The room was slightly kiddish, but Wee-Man loved it.
“Courtney, this is awesome!” He yelled with a big grin on his face.
“Well that’s good, it took a while for me to find all those movie posters.”
“Alright guys, we need to get a move on, there’s only so much we can air in a show.” Trent said, ushering Wee-Man out.
Kyle and Preston stood across from each other in front of their orange colored doors. Preston started laughing uncontrollably.
“What’s so funny?” Kyle questioned, knowing whatever was behind that door was going to be bad.
“Oh dude… I’m so sorry… you’ll see.” Preston responded still giggling as he opened the door.
It looked like the Pepto-Bismol monster threw up all over the room. Everything was pink… and I mean EVERYTHING. The carpet, walls, ceiling, bed… everything was pink. The only thing that wasn’t pink was the little unicorns and butterflies painted on the walls.
“AWWWW, Kyle your room is so cute!” Gina mocked behind him.
Preston still hadn’t stopped laughing, even after Kyle turned and looked at him horrified.
“I thought I was decorating a room for a girl!” he managed to get out.
Kyle heaved a deep sigh, understanding, but still not happy and took a running leap onto his bed. It was soft and comfortable, which is what mattered most.
“I’m ready for my punishment.” Preston said, finally able to talk without laughing.
“Dude… It’s definitely not this bad.” Kyle said, running his hand through his hair and looking around his room.
He stepped across the threshold and opened the other orange door.
There was graffiti all over the walls, some things slightly covered by various road signs. Along one of the walls was a mini half-pipe, with Preston’s bed in the middle. Shelves were made out of old worn out skateboards or snowboards.
“Pretty cool…” Preston said as he spun around the room.
“I’m definitely gonna be chilling in here.” Wee-Man said, making his way through the crowd to look at the room.
“Sure man, anytime.”
“Purple people ready?” Trent said. Before anybody could answer, he pushed everybody along, almost letting the secret of the rooms reveal themselves.
Heather stood in front of her purple door, her head down, waiting till the last possible moment to look up and see who had done her room. She secretly prayed it was Steve-O… she knew he would do something cool. The cameras rounded on her and she looked up. Steve-O was in fact across from her and she grinned from ear to ear. She was glad about the way she decorated the room behind her, for it could easily work for any of the Jackass boys, but in her mind it worked perfect for him.
“Do you want me to go first or do you? I don’t care which.” Steve-O said in a deep gravely voice as he smiled, pleased he was paired with Heather too. He marveled at his luck on this draw.
“I’ll open mine first.” Heather mumbled, trying to conceal her blushing. She slowly turned the handle to the door and it creaked open. Steve-O ran into the room clutching his head in a broad grin as the camera crew trailed in after him. Inside there was what looked like a very high-end hospital room. Next to the big hospital bed, there was and iv bad stand with an iv bag hanging from it. Among many other things there were bedpans along the wall, and on a shelf there were tons of airsick plane bags. Everything was clean and white, even if it wouldn’t last.
“Oh my god, this totally rocks!” Steve-O laughed. He sat out in a run and jumped on the hospital bed and began fidgeting with the buttons on the remote that was attached to it. He had a big goofy grin on his face and Heather couldn’t help but burst out laughing. “Are these buttons wired to an intercom system throughout the house!?” he screeched while pushing various buttons and talking into the microphone at the top of the control panel. Among the buttons were ones labeled kitchen, backyard, living room, and many others.
Heather nodded “Yeah, the ones that say room one, two, three and so on are to different bedrooms along this hallway.” Everybody gave her a scared look, which caused her to laugh. “Don’t worry, I made sure the guys put a mute button next to the speakers in each of the rooms as well.” A sense of relief spread through out the hallway and room.
“So which button is your room?” Steve-O asked looking at Heather with a boyish grin on his face. She could only respond with a deep blush. He was trying so hard… but he couldn’t help wondering that maybe she didn’t want anything to do with him. It was all quite frustrating.
“Come on, Steve-O! Show Hizzle her room!” Gina shouted at him while he was still pushing buttons and rummaging around through things.
“Hizzle?” Johnny questioned on the nickname for Heather.
Gina laughed, “Yeah, just an affectionate name that come from… you know… I don’t really know where it came from, but it’s stuck with her.”
Steve-O hopped up and laughed. “Oh yeah!”
Heather melted, god how she loved his laugh.
“I hope you like it!” he said while pushing the door across the hall open.
Heather let out a high-pitched excited scream. “Oh my god Steve-O, I love it! It’s perfect!” she wrapped her arms around his neck. Realizing what she was doing, she quickly let go and blushed; she seemed to be doing a lot of that lately. turning her attention back to the room, she flipped the light switch. A bright purple hue filled the room and turned many of the various colors throughout it into bright neon markings. It was defiantly a drug inspired room.
There were colored velvet posters of mushrooms, pot leaves, peace signs, and Grateful Dead bears were hanging off the walls. The ceiling and ceiling fan blades were covered in glow in the dark stars, which were amplified by the black light. A small fish tank containing three red belly piranhas was in one corner; across from it was a round bed with a pot leaf bed spread on it.
She happily walked over and fell backwards onto it. Spreading out, she smiled happily and giggled. “This is great,” she sighed, breathing in Steve-O’s smell from the blanket, which was heavy just from him fixing the room up.
“Damn it now Hizz, I wanna see my room!” Savvy complained.
“Alright Heather, come on.” Trent said as he beckoned her out. She came reluctantly, but was eager to see the rest of the rooms.
“Okay blue token people, stand in front of your rooms.”
Savvy smiled, finally, she got to see who had fixed a room for her. She reached her blue door before the other person did.
From behind the crowd Pontius laughed as he made his way past the rest of the people and cameras. He slowed and stopped in front of the other blue door and turned toward Savvy with his hands behind his back. Smiling, his eyes half closed, ever so seductively he said, “So we meet again fair Savvy.”
She giggled, becoming less shy around him. “So we do.”
She paused a moment before blurting out, "Okay, Chris, let me show you yours first."
Savvy peeked in the door, flipping on the light before she opened the door wide. The first thing they saw was a giant mural of a penis. Savvy giggled insanely at the looks on everyone's faces. Beside the mural were bookshelves of magazines, and when Pontius pulled one out to look at it, he was faced with a busty woman in nothing but a thong. Slowly, he laughed. It increased in volume until he was doubled over with laughter. The guys crowded in, rushing to the bookshelves and picking some magazines out.
"There's more, you guys." Savvy waved to another book shelf, this one holding DVDs.
The guys, their eyes glazed over with the sight of breasts, rushed to this new bookshelf. Savvy grabbed a remote from one of the shelves, and pushed a button. The mural rose, and from behind it rose a flat screen TV, a porno already playing. Pontius turned to her, still laughing.
"I think I'm going to get robbed of this room. They heard Steve-o shouting and laughing, pointing to Knoxville.
"Oh my god, dude, you were in a PORNO?"
Pontius started laughing hard again. The walls were covered with pictures of fornication, masturbation, and the occasional butt sex. Pontius smiled, taking it all in. Even the ceiling was covered in pictures of naked men and women. There was a comfortable looking couch in front of the TV, and comfortable armchairs were scattered around. Pontius shook his head and looked at Savvy's grinning face.
Savvy pointed to the bed. It was diamond shaped, and the covers were hand sewn to form a perfect vagina, in all it's porn star glory. Pontius, mesmerized, walked to the bed, only stopping when he was right by it. He stood perfectly still, then shouted “COWABUNGA!” and flopped down on the surprisingly soft surface.
"OH MY GOD, Savvy! It's perfect!" Climbing up from the Vagi-bed, Pontius threw an arm around her shoulder, smiling down at her.
Savvy was very perceptive. She had seen the signs of shyness from Gina about Knoxville, and likewise, the almost avoidance Heather was showing Steve-o. Although Savvy was shy too, she didn't want to miss this chance for the world.
"I'm glad you like it," She whispered in his ear. "I know I enjoy a little smut now and again.. Maybe we can have a 'movie night'?" She grinned, extricating herself from his grip, which had tightened considerably. He watched her go, wishing he was alone with her, just to see what other surprises she might show him.
After the guys had ogled the magazines, and they had each patted Pontius' shoulder on getting the best room, Pontius walked across the hall to where Savvy was waiting. Her eyes sparkled in anticipation as his hand reached for the handle. He threw open the door, watching as Savvy delightedly took in the sights.
The first thing that everyone saw was the morning light that flooded in from the bay window. Savvy's room had been gifted with the best view, and Pontius had banked on that. There was a giant bed, big enough for four people, taking most of the center of the room. It was parallel to the window, and it illuminated the walls, which, amazingly, were all covered.
One wall was dedicated to a big mural of all the planets, each in order and named. The ceiling was a collection of constellations, which, when the light was off, each sparkled with it's own light. The other wall, which was dominated by a desk, showed different Hubble telescope pictures of nebulae and galaxies and a whole lot more stars. The carpet was dark blue, adding to the room's aura of space. Savvy stepped into the room, looking up at the built in stars. She spun around once, looking at the walls, then she turned to Pontius.
She grinned and gave an innocent laugh, then ran up to Pontius and gave him a gentle kiss on the cheek. "This is the most beautiful place I've ever seen." Pontius blushed, giving her a leery grin to cover it. "
Have you ever done it in space?" He asked boyishly, and Savvy slapped him lightly on the arm.
"Let's move on, guys, or else I'm never leaving this room."
Everyone stepped out into the hall, looking to Trent to see who was next.
It was now Gina’s turn to be overly excited. There was a 50/50 chance that Knoxville would be standing in front of her. He, on the other hand, knew that it was him who did a room for Gina, because Dunn had to decorate a room for himself because Karen wasn’t there to draw her token.
As Knoxville grinned at Gina from across the hall, she clapped and giggled, forgetting all about her prior nervousness. The excitement of the room revealing had caused her to become anxious and giddy. Johnny loved the way she could act girlish when she wanted to. They stared at each other, holding back smiles.
“So, should I be worried about what’s behind this door?” Gina asked, playfully chewing on the tip of her finger, staring at Knoxville with a coy smile. She was secretly wanting to run back to Pontius’ room and watch the rest of the porno that had Knoxville in it.
Heather leaned over to Savvy. “I bet she’s thinking about that porno with Knoxville in it…”
Savvy laughed heartily. “Yeah, probably.”
Pontius shot Savvy a confused look as to her outburst of laughter.
Savvy shook her head and looked away, suppressing her laughter.
“Not afraid, just anxious, because I think you will like it,” Knoxville smiled back at Gina, not having heard Heather and Savvy’s whispered observations. He opened the door, feeling a slight flutter in his lower stomach region from the coy smile Gina was shooting him.
Gina giggled and bounced up and down with excitement. She peered around Knoxville. The room was decorated with a Hollywood theme. The wall behind the bed was a huge mural of the famous Hollywood letters on the hill. The letters themselves were solid and projected from the wall, creating a 3-D effect. The bed was modeled after an overlarge popcorn box and the sheets were yellow and there was a plethora of small circular yellow pillows that looked like popcorn in the popcorn box. Gina was giddy with excitement, running around the room, exploring every little detail. On the far wall was a large electronic marquee surrounded by soft white bulbs. Sprawled across it was, “Welcome to your new room. Hope you like it, Love Johnny.” The marquee screen was also a large screen TV with two rows of four theater-style seats in front of it.
“Oh my God, this is the greatest fucking room ever!” Gina screamed. She ran to Knoxville, leaping into his arms and wrapping her legs around his waist. He laughed heartily, spinning her around. They stood there for what seemed an eternity, Gina burying her face in Knoxville’s shoulder, Knoxville laughing, holding her.
Finally, Savvy cleared her throat. Gina looked up, blinking. It was as if she had just realized where she was. She dropped away from Knoxville. Knoxville smiled down at her, reaching out to cup her face in his hand.
Gina moved away from him, “Thanks, it’s a great room.”
She was blushing feverishly, feeling her body heat up with embarrassment. She couldn’t believe she had done that, in front of everyone. What was she thinking? She was so embarrassed, she just wanted to hide.
“I’m glad you like it, Gina,” Johnny mumbled.
“Okay, it’s time to see Johnny’s room,” Dunn piped up, breaking the awkward silence.
Johnny couldn’t decide how Gina could run so hot and cold. One minute, she was all over him, and the next she was almost angry about being seen with him. Was she embarrassed? Angry? Unsettled? He couldn’t tell whether she wanted him like he wanted her or not. It was very confusing, but he found he liked the challenge. She was mysterious, that was such a turn-on for Johnny when it wasn’t frustrating the hell out of him and he found himself smiling as he thought about it.
“You ready, man?” Pontius asked Johnny, slapping him between his shoulder blades with a loud popping sound.
Johnny arched his back slightly and headed out to the hallway to see his room.
“Gina, are you okay?” Savvy hissed, wrapping her arm around Gina’s shoulder.
“That was so embarrassing,” Gina muttered, covering her face with her hands.
“What? That was cute,” Savvy insisted, steering Gina into the room she decorated.
Heather elbowed Gina in the ribs. “I saw you going for that action, girl! I raised you right!”
Gina grinned, but then realized she was grinning and frowned instead. “I looked so stupid, I bet, throwing myself at Knoxville the second time I’ve ever been near him.”
“No, you’re fine. You were just excited-”
“In more ways that one,” Heather chimed in, wiggling her eyebrows.
“Shush, Heather, its no big deal, Gina,” Savvy finished.
Gina nodded and took a deep breath. She reached behind her to open the door.
“Should I be nervous about what’s behind this door?” Johnny asked, smiling at Gina.
“Not nervous, just excited, I think,” Gina managed, not looking him in the face.
She opened the door to reveal a jungle. The entire room was filled with plant life, and jungle animals. Not real, of course. Gina had decided to go with a jungle theme because it seemed like such a guy theme. She had had a working waterfall placed behind the bed’s headboard, and the bed itself looked like a giant lily pad. Bright red frogs, colorful birds, and cheeky monkeys peeked out from every corner and the ceiling was a treetop canopy. Knoxville stood in the center of the room, taking it all in.
“Wow,” was all he could manage to say.
“This is awesome, Knoxville,” Pontius said, leaning against a tree trunk.
“No shit,” Knoxville smiled.
“Glad you like it,” Gina smiled sheepishly.
“I love it,” Knoxville nodded, poking at a frog on the wall.
Gina couldn’t contain her smile as she suddenly raced around the room explaining the various contents. Knoxville relaxed, seeing Gina bouncing around happy again, but was on the look out for any actions that might make her embarrassed again. He consciously kept distance between them, not wanting her to be nervous and back away. It was driving him crazy. He had just met this girl once two months ago and was already dreading the time they would be apart. He thought about what it was going to be like saying goodnight to her and lying awake all night wondering what to say to her in the morning. It would be hell, but seeing her again in the morning would make the nighttime torture heal.
Gina, oblivious to all the inner workings of Johnny’s mind, brought him back to reality with a loud, “So, do you like it?”
“Oh, yeah! I love it!” Knoxville smiled, really meaning it.
Gina giggled, “I am so glad you like it!”
She bounded back into the hallway for the last room to be revealed.
Dunn stood at the end of the hallway all by his lonesome.
“Is it my turn yet? I need to take a shit and all this waiting isn’t helping.” Dunn remarked as he opened the door.
He opened the door to a western/ranch-decorated room.
“Oh my god Dunn, this is awesome!” He said, pretending to surprised; with a shocked and awed look on his face.
This caused a round of laughter from everybody; the room looked awesome, though.
The floor was covered in straw, and there was a picket fence around the room
against the walls. There was a loft area that had bales of hay in it. In one of the corners there was a hutch with four or so chickens in it. There was a waterbed along the back wall that had straw sticking out of the sides of it. Dunn went and sat down as the bed waved underneath him.
He then picked up the penis shaped brander and jiggled it to Bam.
“Remember this?”
“Oh dude, fuck you, I can’t sit straight because of this shit, if you come near me with that I’ll break each and every one of your fingers.” Bam said, backing up slightly.
“Okay guys, I think we have plenty of footage… so we’re gonna get out of here and we’ll talk to you in a few days.” Trent said as he walked to the living room, followed by the camera crew.
“You mean this isn’t a 24-hour, we’re gonna stalk your every move so you’re afraid to take a shit kinda show?” Heather asked, lighting a cigarette.
“Uhm no… I don’t think the camera crew could deal with you all that long, much less me. Plus it gives you time to do … illegal activities…” He commented looking at Heather and Steve-O.
They both laughed and nodded in complete understanding.
“Well, as I said, see you all in a couple days.” Trent waved as he walked out the door behind the crew.
