I plan on spoiling you guys because of the holiday. Even though this is the first Valentine's Day I have been single in a looong time, I couldn't be happier. :D
Just because I updated twice, doesn't mean that you shouldn't review twice. ;)

Luca felt something smack her in the top of the head. She looked up and saw Iero, holding a dart gun and trying his hardest not to laugh. She glared and he glared back. What he wasn’t expecting, was for Luca to dive under her desk, roll across the floor agent style and throw it back at him, hitting him in his face. He stopped laughing and narrowed his eyes on her. She smiled innocently and went back to her desk to continue working with Anna on their script for class. A parent walked in and Iero momentarily straightened his composure, but then dropped it when he discovered it was Anna’s mom.
She was a short, dumpy old woman with an attitude that could knock you halfway to hell if you didn’t watch out.
“So,” She started. “Are you torturing Luca like she wants?” Luca choked a little, hiding her face. What the hell was she playing at? Anna or Lydia must have said something…
“No, she doesn’t need it. She’s a good kid. But let’s talk about Anna.” He said, bemusement apparent in his voice. There was something else in his tone, but Luca couldn’t decipher it. Luca just bent down and began writing when her phone vibrated against her leg. She answered it.
“Hello?”
“Where are you?” It was the angry voice of Gerard.
“I am sitting in Mr. Iero’s class. Why?” She asked.
“God dammit! Why do you spend all of your time there?”
“Well I am today because I need to get my script done.”
“Whatever. I love you. Bye.”
“I love you too. Bye.”
He didn’t wait for her to say it. He just hung up. She sighed and put her phone on the table and put her face next to it. The door shut with a snap and she looked up. Iero was looking straight at her, walking that way. She sighed and hit her head on the table. ‘I so don’t need this right now..’
“Where did Anna go?” She asked, her head still on the table. She looked up and he was sitting in the chair in front of her.
“She went with her mom and Lydia to do conferences. Luca, you need to tell me if everything is all right.” He put his hand on hers and squeezed it slightly. “You can tell me anything, like I said before. I can help you.”
“Everything is okay.” She said, not looking at him. Her eyes were on their hands.
“Look me in the eyes and say it.” He said lightly. She wondered if he could feel her hand shaking slightly from beneath his touch. His hands were so warm, and soft. His fingers had calluses on them, from playing guitar, no doubt. She slowly looked into his eyes and it made it all the harder. She could feel his warm breath, even from across the table, his eyes burned hers with their golden intensity. She just wanted to lean forward, grab him by his amazing hair and plant a mind-blowing kiss on his amazing lips. She blinked and swallowed.
“Everything… isn’t okay, Iero.” She said breathlessly. He stood up as there was a knock on the door and it opened.
“Knock knock!” Came a familiar, fauxly cheerful voice. Her mom was here. Luca stood up and walked past Iero and sat down next to her mom. “Hopefully this is good.”
“Oh yes, she is the best in the class so far.” He said. She smiled fakely, and the rest of the conference went kind of like that. “The only thing we need to work on is projecting.” He concluded.
“Right.” Luca said. “I guess I’ll come back to get my stuff.” She said when her mom was already out the door. He raised an eyebrow at her and she averted her eyes.
He stood up quickly and took her upper arm in a hold. He mind instantly went foggy. “Luca, you seriously need to tell me now if anything is going on at home, no more mind games.”
“Maybe. I’ve got to go.” She said, wrenching her arm out of his grip. He flinched and caught her hand again, he pulled down the sleeve of her hooded sweatshirt and found the bruise where he had just grabbed. It had already been there.
“Please?” He pleaded, his eyes sincere. She nodded and shrugged.
“Luca, are you coming?” Called her mom. Luca looked lost for words as she looked from Iero, to her mom and back to him. She ripped her arm out of his grip and ran down the hallway, catching up with her mom.
“Sorry, he wanted to talk to me about my scene.” She lied, putting a fake laugh in her voice.
“She really is a good actress…” Iero mused admiringly.
Luca’s conferences were exceptional, and when she was done she ran up the stairs to get to her favorite teachers class. She walked through the door and Mr. Iero lunged at her with his fake sword drawn. She screamed loudly and covered her face in embarrassment. “What would you say if I actually did that?”
“I would say you’re on crack or something just as powerful!” She said, her face red. He laughed, throwing his head back. She smiled at Anna and her sister Lydia. He was doing some random demonstration for them and she just happened to be in the right place at the right time… as usual.
“Well thank you for the drug reference, are you leaving?” He asked, staring straight into her eyes. She nodded, averting her gaze. She walked forward and grabbed her stuff and headed out.
“See you tomorrow, Mr. Iero.” She said, looking up at him. “Bye you two.”
“Bye Luca, be safe.” He said without a smile. He knew. ‘Oh God.’ She thought, closing her eyes as she walked down the hallway. This was the last thing that could happen.
