The next two weeks was spent in Issaquah, Washington. I walked in on Monday saying hi to my coworkers and grabbed a resignation slip filled it out give to Chris. Two hours later on my break I walking to the break room with breadsticks and a pop when he asked me into his office, Lynn and Deb were there both giving me sad looks I knew why.
Deb asked “Liz there something that we can fix or what, why quit?”
I looked at them and said “I met someone in LA we are so right for each other and I’m getting a better job and a new life, that’s all.”
Chris asked “What’s the new job?”
“Acting, anything else?”
All three of them said no so I left. The next day at BCC I saw my friends and got my money back on my classes. I told them to pack a bag and be at Embassy Suites at six. I also called my friend Leann and told her the same. Johnny and I were already staying at the hotel; I went to the pool to let him know that my friends were going to spend the night. He was just getting out of the pool wearing those damn red broad shorts, which hugged his hips so well that I just wanted to pin him right then and there but I had a better idea.
“Hey Johnny?”
“Yeah”
“Boo” as I push him back in.
“Oh my friends are coming over so I want you to be out of sight till I get you ok.”
I giggled as he got out and smiled at me, he grabbed me and pulled me into a searing kiss. We walked up to the room, as we did there were little touches and kisses along the way. We got to the room and I turn on the shower as he stripped me of my clothes and then he took off his shorts and we both got in. His hands roamed my body as mine found his cock and begin to pump him. Two fingers slipped into me and moved at the same time as mine. We both screamed as we came. We got out and dried off I saw what time it was “I’m late. Now stay out of sight till I get you ok.”
Katie, who is 5’6” 19 year old with shoulder length brown hair, brown eyes and glasses, was the first one there. As I was hugging and chatting with Katie I saw Leann. She’s 5’ 9” 19 year old with brown hair and brown eyes, and then I saw Phoenix walk in. Phoenix or Shelia to her parents is a 4’11” 19 year old who is Indian with long black with pink highlights and glasses. Last, but not least Andrea. She is kind of the mommy of the group, 26 with short dark brown hair 5’9”. One she is older than us and she take cares of us and tell us if we should go home when we are sick or we can stick it out. She is also one who knows a little about fame. I met them at the front desk and showed them to the room. As we were walking up to room I introduced Leann to the others. We ordered room service, that’s when the questions started.
“Ok Lizzie what is going on, I knew that you were in LA and when you got you called telling me that you have some surprise to show me. What’s going on?” Leann, she has to the reasonable on at one time or the other.
“Tom you need to take a chill pill ok and found yourself a girl mate.” I said. She glared at me.
“So give me all the naughty details, Lizzie” Katie asked me.
“Katie, do you think that I just let him rape me and then be his little sex slave” I said in a sad voice.
“Well did he?”
“No. I had the best week of my life. I went dancing, clubbing, and I got a free surf lesson from Orlando, who is so nice and cool. Keira and I went shopping a lot, she is so cool and we are like sisters. Johnny is a great guy, he maybe in his forty’s, but he acts like his is teenager. ” At that point I saw Leann fall to the floor, I had to smile. She is in love with Orlando.
“You ok.”
“Yeah, did I just hear the name Orlando from you mouth as in Orlando Bloom?”
My smile grew, “yes”
“And who is Keira; I’ve heard that name before.” She had a puzzled look on her face.
“Keira Knightly, who play Elizabeth Swann in Pirates.”
At that point I saw her eyes go wide “come clean Lizzie, please, what are not telling us.”
There was a knock on the door I went to the door to answer it. It was room service that we had ordered; we ate while my friends grilled me.
“I have a new boyfriend and his name is Johnny Depp." I said with a smile.
All four of them fall over.
“WHAT” came four shrieks. I sighed and got up walking into the other room Johnny looked at me pleading with his eyes, he didn’t want to face four girls, but I pulled him out there anyway. “Everyone this is my new boyfriend Johnny Depp; Johnny that’s Katie who has a major crush on Orli, Leann who also has a major crush on Orli, Phoenix who is just crazy like all of us and I believe you already know Andrea, Richie’s girlfriend.” I said enjoying the looks that Johnny was getting from my friends. But before he got grilled it was my turn as I heard Katie say “So let’s hear about this surf lesson with Orlando and don't leave anything out."
"Well it was the day after the premiere and all of us went on Johnny's boat went to a cove that was a major surfing spot. Orlando had told me that I had earned a free surf lesson the waves were huge and I was a little scared, but we did great."
"We?" Katie said giving me a look.
"Ok, he did all the work, but it was so cool he going to teach me more."
“So what are your intentions with Lizzie you better treat her right or else." Katie asked then turned to me and asked "How did you land such a hottie?”
“I'll treat her right, don't worry." he said.
"Easy I was myself.” I said as Johnny kissed me and moved his hand up my shirt; I just smiled and let the shouts come.
“Hot Lizzie, what’s next?” all four asked as one.
“Shut up.”
The questions came and both Johnny and I answered till I said “ok time for swimming.” I smiled evilly at Johnny who was shaking his head. We got down to the pool the others were in as I was dragging Johnny inside trying to get him to take off the robe, “Please for me” using my best puppy dog eyes I could.
“Fine.” Off came the robe and there was Johnny Depp standing with just tight board shorts on, then he look at me and I knew I was dead. The next two hours I tried to hide from him while my friends laughed and took pictures not helping either one of us.
It was after midnight when we all went to bed me in Johnny’s arms dreading tomorrow.
The next morning was the best and worst day of my life; I had to tell my parents about my new life as Johnny’s girlfriend. Katie and Leann were the first up so after waking up Andrea and Phoenix they crept into my room I was out cold. They giggled as they took two pictures that woke up Johnny, he just smiled and quietly said “I don’t care about the pictures, just know that if I see them on the net or if you go to the press I will came after you. Savvy.” All four of the girls nodded and said that they were going to order breakfast.
“Come on love time to get up.” I just snuggled deeper in the covers, he smiled. “Hey Lizzie you’re going to miss the show somehow Inuyasha got here and he and I are both naked and making out.”
“What where huh.” I looked around, then I saw his smile I hit him with the pillow “that’s was mean you know not to use yaoi against me. So now that I’m up what’s for breakfast.” We ate and packed up it was time to face my parents. I know what they were going to say and think, but I had promised my grandma who had passed away last year that I would follow my heart and live my dreams. My mom hugged me tight when I got to the house.
“What took you so long to come home a party or something?” she asked me as we sat down on the couch.
“I’m sorry I’ve been really busy since I got back.”
“Doing what?”
“Well is Dad home, that way I can tell you guys at the same time.” I said a little nervous.
My dad come in from the garage and sat on the couch. I started to tell them everything that had happened in LA, expect for the stuff about Johnny and I.
“I have a new job and I’ll be out of the states for about a year.” there I had come to road of no return.
“That’s great, what’s the job?” my mom asked smiling.
“Keira Knightly’s understudy in the next pirate movie, the director saw something in me and asked if I could stay.” I said in a small voice.
“Elizabeth Marie Rice will you please stop living in the fantasy world and come back to the real world, meeting the cast, is one thing, but I’m to believe that you are going to be in the next pirate movie.” My mom shouted at me.
I took a deep breath and said “well mom if you believe me maybe you will believe Johnny himself.” Johnny walked into the room wrapping his arms around my waist and said “Hello Mr. and Mrs. Rice it’s very nice to meet you.”
My mom fell over and dad’s mouth was wide open. After a few minutes my mom came around and my dad had shut his mouth and they both listen as Johnny told them everything, how we were dating and how I had stood up for his kids and that I really was going to be part of the next pirate movie. The four of us went out to dinner and Johnny got to know my parents while they got to know him. The rest of the time was spent working, on the last day I got a card, a huge goodbye cake, and hugs from Target. I had Johnny pick me up in a limo. Everyone had to see who was in it, when they saw me ran into Johnny’s arms and kiss him full on the lips their mouths hit the floor for a sec, but then they all smiled. The best reaction was a girl that has always pushed my buttons and never gives me the credit if I did something right. Her mouth dropped when she saw Johnny and I kiss. I waved good bye. Packing up my room and all of my stuff was weird but I knew that it would be worth it. There were three piles; Johnny’s house, Caribbean, and sale. The one thing I was sad to see go was my car it was a Subaru, but I wasn’t going to need it and I knew that I could buy I new one. Johnny and I were in my room putting all my books into boxes when my cell rang it Carolyn my best friend, who had been out of town for about the same amount of time I was.
“Hey Lita, what’s up?”
“Nothing just got back so do you want to come over and hang out?”
“I can’t I’m packing.”
“Packing you just got back where are you going now?”
“Caribbean.” Dead silence “Carolyn hello, hello”
“I think I have wax in my ears or something ‘cause I thought I heard Caribbean.”
“You did, why don’t you come over and I’ll explain everything.”
“OK, I’ll be right over.”
Johnny asked “should I hide or what?”
“No this time it’s my turn to freak her out, the first winter after we started college she came over and said she was pregnant in front of her mother no less, payback time.”
We walked downstairs waiting for Carolyn to show up, the doorbell rang and my dog Dash, who loves Johnny, started barking “Dash shush its just Carolyn” as I opened the door. We hugged and walked to the kitchen; she is 5’ 9” and has dark brown hair and hazel eyes. She and I like a lot of the same stuff like anime one is Sailor Moon, but we also disagree.
“So spill how the hell are you getting to the Car…” she stopped when she saw Johnny sitting at the table, sipping a glass of water.
I smiled “Carolyn, meet Johnny Depp, my boyfriend and costar.”
“hi” she said softly as she sat down “Can I see some ID” in a soft voice. Johnny handed his drivers license over and after about two minutes or so she handed it back. “What do you mean costar?”
“I wondered when you would realize that. I have a new job and I’ll be out of the states for about a year, as Keira Knightly’s understudy in the next pirate movie, the director saw something in me and asked if I could stay.”
“Lizzie come on look there is no need to make up stories for me, we have been best friends forever, and please what’s the truth.”
“That is the truth.” Johnny saw that Carolyn wasn’t getting so he told almost the whole story leaving out the part about Vanessa beating me up. The rest of the day was spent talking as Carolyn was getting ready to leave she pulled me aside and said “Lizzie just be careful, I don’t want to see your heart get broken.”
“I will, promise.”
After Carolyn left Johnny and I went to Katie’s house with my old bed, a new mattress, and a $200 gift card for Linens and Things. Then the three of us went out to dinner, we laughed and talked and Katie wanting pictures, mostly of Orlando naked.
