Three days passed since he had last seen Waru, since he had last even left the house. He wasn't allowed; Kisaki kept track of him all the time, but he was also afraid to leave the norm. He didn't know if he wanted to chance seeing Waru again, feeling ashamed for leaving like that for this. Most of the time the blonde slept, only leaving the room he shared with Kisaki to be fucked, take showers, and eat; he didn't feel like doing those much either. The first two days, he watched his phone constantly, hoping Waru would call with some way to get him out of this again, but once the third day approached, that hope died out.
Stretching out in the middle of the bed, he could smell the burning from the living room. That same smell was always what he woke up to, and it reminded his waking mind that Kisaki wouldn't leave for anything now. Pulling the blankets closer to his body, he held onto them as if he was holding onto someone else, the feeling comforting though he knew it was foolish.
Waru woke up once again, feeling the hangover from the partying last night taking its toll. He looked around his bedroom, noticing a girl on the other side. He crawled closer, trying to get a look at her face, not knowing who the hell she was.
"It's your job to be out of here before I wake up, slut." He mumbled before moving out to his toilet, splashing cold water on his face, falling down to the floor, pressing his palms against his head.
He went over to the kitchen to get some aspirins before moving back to the bathroom to take a shower. He felt disgusted knowing that he had fucked a slut like that.
But then again, everyone he ended up fucking seemed to be a bunch of sluts.
Images of him and Kyo struck his mind. He leaned against the spot he'd had Kyo for the very first time. He figured he should call the blonde later... Just to see if he was even still alive.
He enjoyed the water streaming down his body, making him feel refreshed. The feeling didn't last long as someone knocked on the door, he let out a grunt as reply as the girl stumbled inside, moving over to the sink, puking her guts out.
Waru sighed, turning off the shower and moving passed her, ignoring her to the fullest. He pulled on a pair of jeans, moving to his kitchen, waiting for her to leave.
She came out a moment later, "Um..." She looked at him, "did you use a condom?" Waru nodded, even though he wasn't sure at all if he actually had done it. "I suggest you take one of those day after-pills anyway though." He said, avoiding looking at the tramp.
She nodded, humming a reply before moving out of his apartment.
Waru moved to get his cell phone, beginning to dial the number to his brother. He felt his headache strike back with full force again.
It didn't take long for someone to answer in a low voice, "hello?"
Waru breathed out once he heard the voice of his brother. "You alive?" he didn't bother to say anything else.
Kyo was silent, a rush of feelings coming through him after hearing that. He lifted his head from the pillow to make sure the door was closed; it was. He pulled the blankets over his head and began to speak again, "If I wasn't, would I have answered the phone?"
Waru's leaned his head back against the wall, fingering his piercings with his empty hand. It was a relief to have Kyo answer instead of Kisaki; at least he knew he was conscious.
Silence.
"Is there something you called for?" Kyo started again, feeling annoyed that Waru would call him so pointlessly after what happened.
"Not really." Waru said. "I just feel like shit that I promised you I wouldn't let you get raped again."
Kyo bit his lip, "Oh... Well I'm used to it so I guess there's nothing you need to promise anymore." he wished Waru would care, but instead just acted like there was nothing to care about, feeling almost cold as he did. He had fooled himself enough that nothing was wrong, why should he stop now.
Waru began pulling at his own hair in frustration, wondering how he could make Kyo understand he deserved so much more.
"So you want me to say okay, have fun and hang up and let him continue to do this to you?" He asked, waiting for Kyo to give off any slight hint that he actually had been thinking about him.
There was another silence, but shorter this time. "No." came Kyo's short answer.
Waru breathed out, pushing the phone closer to him as if it would take Kyo to him. "Okay then..." He paused, "Will you ever get a chance to get out of there?"
Kyo sat up a bit, and Waru could hear the shuffling of the blankets falling over the phone as Kyo looked to check the room. "He's got me on lock down," he said, voice lower now just incase Kisaki might hear him though he was busy enough. "He's in the living room right now though…”
Waru sighed, mentally trying to strangle the guy doing this to Kyo. "Well... I'd really like to see you."
Lying back down, Kyo ran his hand over his face unsure of how to respond to that. "Do you think...? You could get me out of here?"
Waru bit his lip, "Maybe you could try to sneak out at night... When he's asleep. And I can wait for you outside your door incase he'd wake up and try anything on you."
Kyo thought about it, but there was really nothing to think about; he wanted out of there and he didn't really give a shit how. "Umm... Yeah... around midnight I guess... He usually passes out on the couch so I don't think he'd notice if I went out the back window again"
"Ok... Um... I need your address." He scratched his head, forcing his mind to focus as Kyo gave it to him. He quickly memorized it.
"Midnight then?"
"Yeah... Waru?" he heard his brother grunt in question. "Could I stay for a few days?" he was a bit afraid to ask, but he was more afraid to stay with Kisaki; his tolerance the drugs he took building and making him more aggressive over the days.
Waru couldn't help but to feel a faint smile forming on his lips. "Yeah, sure." He said simply.
"Okay well... I better go now before Kisaki catches me on the phone" he rushed, becoming paranoid as he heard more noises from the living room. "See you then," he whispered then hung up, shoving the phone into the pocket of his boxers so that if Kisaki were to walk in he wouldn't know that he even had it.
Waru shut his phone, feeling relieved. He turned his body in the couch, watching the time on a clock on the wall. He still had a whole day to pass, and he decided to sleep it away. He put his head down the corner of the couch, pulling another pillow over his head, before quickly falling asleep.
Kyo found himself with about an hour to quickly pack his things, pretty much just some clothes, cigarettes, and hair products; it was all he'd need for now, he'd steal some money when it was time to leave. Kisaki only bothered him once later that night to have him make them some food since he was obviously too out of it to manage making his own damn food. Kyo found a bitter pleasure from the chance he had though. He'd drug him, making sure the night went smoothly.
He opened the cabinet where spices and medication were kept, and took out a few of his own prescriptions, dropping quite a few into the food. Smirking as he took the drugged meal to Kisaki, who seemed to not notice anything amiss, Kyo sat on the couch to eat before going back into the room so Kisaki could finish what he was doing in solitude, like he preferred it; he's always get mad if Kyo were in the same room while he tended to his addiction.
Sometime within the next half hour, Kisaki was passed out, because Kyo came out to check and he was completely limp against the arm of the couch. Looking at the clock, it was 11:48 and he smiled to himself before going into the bathroom, cleaning himself up and doing his hair. After he was finished he put on some of his better clothes and grabbed his large duffle bag, slinging it over his shoulder and snatching most of the money left in Kisaki's drawer. Opening the window, flinching when it made a slight squeak, he climbed out onto the latter, shutting the window behind him before climbing down and jumping to the pavement.
He looked around, but didn't see Waru anywhere. Scratching his head, he pulled out his phone to check the time; 12:04. Kyo sighed, dialing Waru's number.
"Hello?" was the response given when the receiver connected.
"You forget something?" Kyo asked, smirking slightly. He was at least happy to hear his brother on the other line.
"No... I just happened to get lost a few times," he said with a slight laugh.
Kyo raised a brow, noticing that the voice suddenly sounded oddly amplified. Turning around, he slammed the phone shut and rolled his eyes, walking over to his dark haired brother who stood at the end of the alleyway. "You're such a dick, you know that?" he joked.
Waru shrugged, "I have one, I know that."
Kyo rolled his eyes and pushed Waru to the side a bit. "So... Your place?" his voice regained its hesitant tone with the question, being a bit nervous about going back to Waru's place after their little fight.
Waru nodded, looking around to see if anyone was watching them. "This is one weird neighborhood, Kyo."
Kyo nodded, "You fit right in."
Waru smirked, "You don't." He looked at Kyo, moving closer before taking his hand in his own, intertwining their fingers together.
Kyo looked down at Waru's hand holding his own, feeling a bit better. "I didn't think you were the hand-holding person?" Kyo said, slightly amused.
Waru shrugged, "I'm not." Kyo smiled to himself and nodded, wondering what was on Waru's mind. "Um... Kyo..." He began, Kyo looked at him. "Does that guy have a name?" He asked.
Kyo looked away, wishing he wouldn't bring the subject Kisaki up. "Why would you like to know that?"
Waru shrugged. "I just do."
It took Kyo a moment before answering, "Kisaki." He could hear Waru tasting the name on his lips, before nodding.
"Okay."
Kyo's hold around Waru's hand tightened for some reason, pulling him closer to him, walking faster. Waru looked around, "Anything wrong?"
Kyo smiled, "No, I just want to get to your place faster."
Waru smirked, "Oh really? And why's that?"
Kyo smiled, "I just do."
