***PART 6***
Marshall led the girls into his suite. He watched as Hailie ran inside and threw her bag on the floor, before throwing herself on the couch. It *was* a comfortable couch, but his daur cer certainly had a flair for the dramatics.
He couldn’t help but notice how Ally stood in the door way, mouth agape, staring at the room in shock. Obviously she’d never seen a room like this before. Not that he could blame her really. The first time he’d checked into such a lavish suite, he’d just about shit himself. Places like this really went all out for their upscale cliental.
“Big huh?”
“Big? It’s friggen huge.” Ally said, breaking out of her shock. “It’s bigger than my whole apartment!”
“Yea?” Marshal laughed, leading them into the room. “This is just the living area. The bedrooms are just as big.”
“Wow, I can’t wait to see.” Ally replied without thinking.
Marshall raised his eyebrows at that and grinned a little. Suddenly Ally seemed to replay the conversation in her head and quickly turned to face him again.
“I didn’t…I mean…I don’t want…” Ally stuttered, blushing profusely. Leave it to her to put her foot in her mouth. God, how embarrassing. Acting like she wanted to see his bedroom. As if that were the only reason she came to his suite. Could she be anymore stupid? And to say it when his daughter was in the room! He must hate her now, what with propositioning her with Hailie sitting there.
“Hey I don’t care if you w see see my…bedroom. Just not when Hailie is here.” Marshall whispered, raking his eyes over her fit form.
Ally felt her face flush at his words. Oh boy! What was she getting herself into? She forgot for a moment who this was and what he’d done. Obviously he had no objections remaremarital sex. Hailie was enough of an example for that. But that didn’t even bother her as much as it should have. No, what bothered her was that he probably expected it. He had to be used to this kind of lifestyle. Women must throw themselves at him all the time. No only because he was famous, but he was such a good looking guy. Beautiful wome his his beck and call, how could she compete with that? Did she even want to? As much as she wanted to see where this could go she wasn’t interested in being his latest fling.
Marshall watched her closely. Well that was new. Normally a woman would be all over him, pushing him into the other room in order to have her way with him. Of course with Hailie there, they might think to put some cartoons on or make sure she was well occupiedore ore plotting to fuck her father. But those were the women he wasn’t interested in. Those kinda bitches were kicked out the door real quick. But this one, Ally, she was different. Her face was flushed and she was darting her eyes between Hailie and the floor. Obviously her first thought had been for his daughter. For that, he was happy. But now he regretted his careless flirting. She seemed to take offense to it. He’d only wanted to lighten the mood a bit, not make her think he was tryen to get in her pants. Although lets be honest here. He wouldn’t turn her down is she was offering. He wanted her. He was mad enough to admit it.
“Ally listen…”
“Marshall wait. I think I should be honest with you from the start. I tell all my dates this first thing so there is no surprise. I don’t believe in casual sex. I can understand if that’s what you were expecting or if you’re used to that sort of thing, but its not me.”
Marshall looked at her, not sure what he should be feeling. On one hand, he could understand what she was saying. He had made the comment, which probably put her on edge a bit. But was that really a reason for her to come at him like that? And what the hell was she thinking, talking about that shit with Hailie there? What if she woulda heard and started asking questions?
“Listen. I aint like that. I dunno what you heard about me, but I don’t have tricks hangen around me. I don’t need no more lawsuits or nuttin. I didn’t invite you to my hotel room to throw my daughter in theer rer room so I could fuck you.”
“Hey! First off, I never said you did. All I was doing was letting you know how it was before any more comments were made. And another thing, I understand your concern for your daughter. I wouldn’t expect you to do that. So don’t insult me by saying I would!” Ally scolded.
Normally she was quiet. Speaking only when spoken to and never yelling at someone she’d just met. But with the way things were going, she’d take a guess and say the date was o
Marshall’s first thought was to kiss her. God he loved when a woman stood up to him. She was nothing like when he first met her that afternoon. Now she was angry, passionate about how she felt and wasn’t about to take any crap from him. He didn’t intimidate her, and that was good. They were on an equal playing field. He didn’t want her to back down from him. If it was one thing Marshall loved in a woman it was how she handled herself. And this woman did a damn good job. He couldn’t even imagine what a real fight with her would be like. She’d ablyably give it as good as she got. Marshall grinned to himself, and if there was one thing she really did for him, it was getting his juices flowing. He was so horny for her, he was almost ashamed.
He glanced at her one last time before nodding and making his way over to the phone.
“Hailie, you still want pancakes?”
“Yea! Can we have strawberries too?”
“Sure baby, anything you want.” Marshal replied before looking at Ally.
“Pancakes ok or do you want something else?”
“No, pancakes are good.” Ally said, frowning at the blonde before her.
Somehow she thought a fight with the controversial Eminem would be a little more drawn out. Not that she was upset or anything. After all she didn’t *want* to argue with him. Not a great way to win over your date. She was actually surprised he wanted to continue this charade they were calling a date. It hadn’t really occurred to her before, but now that she thought about she she really wanted this to work out. Ally wanted to see where it was going and to be honest, she was fairly certain they could be something. What she wasn’t entirely sure yet. Whether it be friends or more, all she knew was she was ready find out.
