A/N: Okay, so here's the last of the catch up chapters before I post the random ones from this summer. Although I think I'm going to quickly jot down one after this to help fill in the gap between the two chapters. Just a little fluffy nonsense chapter, though. So today my lovelies, you're going to get several goodies for you! Those who know who you are, I love you all. For everyone else, thank you for reading, but drop me a review so I can share love with you too! :) Enjoy!

Rebecca walked up to the small veggie fast-food restaurant she always went to in when in town. It catered to any variety of food tastes - for vegetarians and vegans, of course. She had been out shopping with Mickey all that morning getting things together for the wedding. Ever since Cat’s wedding a few days ago, Becca had been trying to avoid thinking about the fact that she was next. Of course the date that she and Patrick had been looking at was still several weeks off, but she still thought it was just a little odd that she would be married within a few weeks.
Just as she picked up her veggie wrap and soda and was about to sit down to eat her lunch, her cell rang and she almost dropped her food. She put her tray down at an empty table and slid into the booth, grin on her face at the ringtone. It could only be Ivy.
“Yes, Ivy?”
“Damn, how did you know?”
Becca grinned at her friend’s playful laughter. “Oh, you know. Just my super psychic powers and such. So, what’s the occasion? After all, you know I’m going to be back at the house in a few.”
At the pause on the other end of the conversation, Becca frowned. Surely there wasn’t anything wrong at the house, was there? Or was it that Ivy was having crazy pregnant cravings again?
“Um, two things actually. First, when you get back can I steal you for a bit? I wanted to ask you something. ... And on your way back could you pick me up Funyuns and Chik-Filet’s vanilla ice cream? I would love you forever, Becs.”
Becca raised an eyebrow at the mention of Ivy wanting to ask her something when she got back to the house. Although her curiosity was put on the back burner when she heard Ivy’s second request. Yep, strange pregnant cravings. She laughed and shook her head at the combination. Onion chips and ice cream?
“Okay. Although I’m a little worried about that particular combination. Are you sure it’s not a lethal mixture? No nuclear harm will come of you, right?”
“Becs, shut up! When you and Stumpy get caught like me, I’m going to laugh super hard at your cravings.”
Rebecca couldn’t help the blush that spread across her cheeks at the insinuations of Ivy’s comments. “Well, I should eat lunch if I’m going to get your foods before you have any number of other highly random cravings. See you in a bit, then.”
“Bye, Becs.”
Becca closed her cell with another laugh before picking up her wrap and eating her lunch. After all, if she was supposed to pick up those things for Ivy, then she would need to finish eating soon enough to get to the store and back home before Ivy decided she wanted something else.

Becca walked into her house, carrying a bag in each hand with the foods that Ivy had asked her to pick up. Although just carrying such an odd combination made her feel funny. The girl at the supermarket had given her a sly grin as she was checking out, and it was obvious that she had thought Becca was the pregnant one, which was interesting to say the least.
“Ivy, you better still be craving this junk, because there is no way I’m going to let you get away with me having went out and bought it for you for you not to eat it.”
“About time, Becs! I’m in the kitchen.”
Becca shook her head and walked into the kitchen, seeing her sitting on one of the stools at the island in the middle of the room with Pete standing on one of the various step-stools around the room while digging through the pantry. Becca put the bags on the island in front of Ivy before leaning against the counter watching as her brother rummaged around for god only knows what. Although he soon realized that Becca had come in bringing Ivy’s food and moved back, climbing down from the step-stool and closing the pantry.
“Thank god you got here when you did, Beckanne. I could have sworn she was going to beat me if she didn’t get her food soon enough – Ow, Poison!”
Becca laughed as Ivy hit Pete on the arm for his teasing comments. Although Pete tried to make amends by pulling Ivy into his arms with a kiss. Becca shook her head before going to the refrigerator to get a soda for herself.
“So, what was it that you wanted to ask me? Now that I brought you the peace offerings of food, care to ask away?”
Ivy bit her lip while taking her time with opening the bag of onion chips, while Pete moved away to get her a bowl and spoon for the ice cream. Becca raised an eyebrow at the odd behavior of the two. It was almost as if they were trying to keep from asking her whatever it was for fear of making her angry. She had seen this kind of behavior many times with Petey over the years, and even Ivy had done this kind of thing a few times.
“Just get on with it you two!”
Ivy jumped as Becca raised her voice ever so slightly. Perhaps this wasn’t such a good idea, and her eyes automatically went to Pete for reassurance. Pete nodded, knowing that his sister would probably be more upset if they drug out the questioning rather than just asking flat out. So Ivy took a deep breath before jumping right to it, hoping Becca didn’t get too upset.
“We need to move our wedding before yours. Like within the month soon.”
Becca felt her jaw drop just a little. Where had this come from? I mean, sure some things might be a little backwards with Pete and Ivy. But to try and put their wedding before her own? She couldn’t help but feel a little upset. She had always had a bit of a sore spot with Petey over trying to overshadow her, even as kids. Sure she had reasoned out that it wasn’t on purpose, but she still couldn’t have a little of that sneaking back up on her now.
“What?! Why in the world would you want to do that, Ivy?”
Ivy’s eyes started to water, and just for a moment, Becca wanted to curse her for being so damned emotional all of a sudden, pregnant or not.
“I don’t want to lose Pete or my baby.”
Becca couldn’t stop herself from crossing her arms and raising an eyebrow at Ivy’s response. What was Ivy thinking? Or was she even thinking at all? A bit of her own stubbornness and what might be called selfishness started to sneak up, and for a moment she thought about just walking out of the house without answering. After all, it was sounding a lot like they were both just trying to overshadow her. If she was to be civil with them both, she would need a little calm.
“How are you going to lose them? You think waiting to get married is going to make Pete leave or something.”
She watched as Pete again wrapped his arms around Ivy, this time in attempts to try and calm her down a little. Although at his voice, it sounded like he was trying not to get upset. But why should he be upset? They were the ones pushing in on her.
“Beckanne, you know Ivy’s mother. You know how she is. We didn’t want to tell you with Cat’s wedding and everything, but her mother ran over Ember’s boyfriend with a car. Nearly killed him. That’s what she means by losing me.”
Becca whistled at the news of Ivy’s mom going psycho. Not that she hadn’t suspected something being off kilter with Ivy’s mom all along. But to run over Ivy’s sister’s boyfriend? Now that was something seriously wrong. And knowing Ivy’s mom, if she did that to her so-called favorite daughter, then what was going to happen to Petey? She felt a little of her resolve crack, and knew that just like everything else he seemed to ask of her, that Pete was going to get her to give in on this subject as well.
“You’re kidding! She ran him over. Wow. Ivy, I knew your mom was mental, but that’s ridiculous. So this is the only way?”
Becca sighed at Ivy’s nod. God, why did she have such a hard time against her brother’s requests? After all, what good would it have done for her to say no? She gave Ivy a quick hug before pulling back.
“If this is the only way, then I guess we have two weeks to plan a wedding, don’t we?”
“You mean, you’ll help, Becs?”
Rebecca nodded, giving Ivy and Pete a smile. Boy was she going to need to visit Patrick or Spencer after this meeting. Something told her she was going to need a little of their calming affect.
“Of course, V, but I’m not doing it alone. I’m going to call Cat, April, Viviana, Spencer, Brendon, and Patrick and make them help me.”
“Thank you so much, Becs.”
Becca returned the hug from Ivy, knowing that again she was able to make her friends happy. She grinned as she moved away from Pete, a teasing smirk on her face.
“It’s not a problem, V. Besides, though he’s a pain in my ass, I wouldn’t want to lose Petey either. And I want to be an aunt before I die.”
She dodged the kick from her brother and laughed as she walked out of the kitchen, heading for the front door again. A quick visit to one of the boys was definitely in order now.
