"Tension, ohh it's rising
I see you looking at me and I think I like it."

"Hey," Carrie said, opening the door to Kelly's room and walking in.
Kelly tugged the shirt back down that she had been taking off. Carrie couldn't help but stare.
"I was about to change into my swimsuit," Kelly explained, smiling at the look in Carrie's eyes.
Carrie nodded, sitting on the bed and closing her eyes, allowing Kelly to change. It surprised her how much it effort it took for her not to peek.
"So, Alex told me you weren't feeling well earlier," Kelly commented, tying the strings of her bikini top behind her back.
"Yea, I had a little headache. No big deal though," Carrie shrugged, placing a hand over her eyes, knowing that she was moments away from breaking the no peeking rule.
"She didn't seem to think it was no big deal," Kelly replied, wrapping a sarong around her waist.
"You and I both know she has an overactive imagination."
"Yea," Kelly nodded, pulling on a tank top and walking over to her. "And you and I both know that she is also incredibly intuitive."
Carrie moved her hand away at the feeling of Kelly's hand touching her shoulder, "Kell..."
"Can't you at least take another week off or so after all of this is over, so you can shake this thing?"
"You know I can't," she frowned. "I'm way too busy right now."
"I know," Kelly nodded. "Sorry for pushing it."
Carrie shrugged as she reached out, placing a hand on Kelly's bare thigh. Her thumb stroked the soft skin. It wasn't bold of her. If anything it felt like the most natural thing in the world. She looked up to find Kelly watching her curiously.
"Have I ever told you how beautiful you are?" Carrie asked.
"Random much?" Kelly gave a nervous laugh.
"Not really," Carrie shook her head, studying the body before her brazenly.
Kelly felt her cheeks burning at her gaze.
"I don't know what's wrong with me," Carrie admitted.
"You mean, being sick? I thought you said--"
"Not that. This," she said motioning to the two of them.
"Oh."
"No, not in a bad way," Carrie assured her, her hands moving up to play with the hem of Kelly's tank top. "I mean, I just...I have honestly never met anyone who can set me off like you do."
"Set you off?" Kelly asked, watching as Carrie lifted her shirt slightly.
Carrie couldn't help but blush. She had never been one to be forward when it came to things like this. "Yea," she nodded, lifting Kelly's shirt more to reveal her stomach. Carrie leaned forward, kissing her skin softly.
Kelly felt her breath catch in her throat as Carrie left one burning kiss after another across her abdomen. Her hands moved to the country singer's shoulders, holding her there as her eyes closed in bliss.
There was a knock on the door, and the two Idols pulled away quickly.
Alex poked her head in, "Is it time to go swimming yet?"
Kelly smiled guiltily, "Huh? Yea...well, you have to get changed first."
Alex sighed, "Fine."
Kelly laughed, watching as she walked out of the room and closed the door, before turning back to Carrie. She reached out, touching her cheek softly. "Care, I..."
But Carrie nodded, standing, "You should go help her out. I need to get changed anyway."
Kelly bit her lip nervously, "I-I don't know what's wrong with me either."
Carrie smiled, knowing exactly what she was trying to say. She leaned forward, her smile growing as Kelly's eyes closed in expectation. She took the Texan's chin in her hand, turning her face upward, placing a warm, kiss on her neck, hearing her moan softly before pulling away.
"That really doesn't help," Kelly couldn't help but laugh.
Carrie just shrugged with a grin as she walked out of the bedroom.

"What if I was good to you?
What if you were good to me?
What if I could hold you
Till I feel you move inside of me?"

Carrie smiled as she saw Alex hurrying down the stairs in a little red swimsuit, orange floaties on her arms. She bent down, catching her as she tried to fly by.
"And where do you think you're going?" Carrie smiled.
"Swimming," Alex beamed. "You coming too?" she asked, tugging at the strings that were tied around Carrie's neck that led to the bikini under her shirt.
"Well, duh."
"Well, let's go," Alex said, pointing to the back door as Carrie stood up with her still in her arms.
Carrie laughed, walking out to the back where Jason was already outside in his swimming trunks, playing around with the barbeque pit, a confused look on his face.
"Don't blow anything up," Carrie warned.
"I'll try not to," he laughed. "But I'm not making any promises."
"Come on, let's go, the water's waiting," Alex fussed.
"Alright, alright," Carrie smiled, putting her down near one of the lounge chairs. "Now don't go yet, ok? You need to wait for me."
Alex nodded, shifting side to side impatiently as Carrie took off her shirt and shorts.
"Can we go now?" Alex asked.
"Let me get in first?" Carrie asked, slipping her sunglasses to the top of her head.
"Well, hurry up."
"Hey you, you better be nice, or I'll tell Kelly not to let you swim at all. I mean that, tone down the attitude."
"Sorry," she apologized softly, her green eyes falling to the ground.
Carrie felt her heart melt, "It's ok, now come on."
She led Alex to the side of the pool where she slid in from.
"You want to jump?" Carrie asked, holding her arms out.
Alex nodded, a huge grin on her face as she took a couple steps back.
"Don't go to far," Carrie warned. "You might slip if you run."
She took another couple steps back.
"Alex..."
Alex took two more steps back before running towards the pool and jumping off the side, her arms and legs splayed everywhere as she flew through the air, landing right in front of Carrie, soaking her with water.
Carrie heard Alex giggling as she spit out the water that had flown in her mouth, "You think that's funny, don't you?"
Alex nodded, beaming.
Carrie grabbed her sunglasses from out of the water and slipped them back on top of her head, using them to hold her wet bangs back out of her face, "Come here."
Alex laughed as Carrie grabbed a hold of her and tossed her a couple feet away into the water.
"Do it again," Alex grinned.
So Carrie laughed, wadding to her, before tossing her through the air once more.
Kelly smiled as she walked out to the back yard, watching Carrie and Alex playing in the pool.
"Kelly!" Alex called out.
Carrie turned to find the short Texan standing there in her bikini with a sarong tied around her waist, no tank top this time, her sunglasses covering her eyes. She subconsciously licked her lips.
"You coming swim?" Alex asked, climbing onto Carrie's back.
"I think I might just get some sun for a while," Kelly replied as Ashley joined them in the backyard, walking over to Jason, flipping a switch for him to turn on the grill. Kelly laughed.
"Party pooper!" Alex called out.
"Yea, party pooper," Carrie agreed, allowing her eyes to travel freely over her as her eyes watched her brother and best friend before turning back to them.
"What did you just call me?" Kelly asked as she studied the country singer that was standing waist deep in water. She recognized that bikini. It was the one Carrie had worn while washing the go carts. She was thankful for the sunglasses that she knew were hiding her expression.
"A party pooper," Alex giggled, wrapping her arms tightly around Carrie's neck.
Carrie reached up, loosening her grip slightly.
"Oh, I know not," Kelly shook her head, kicking off her flip flops. She undid the wrap around her waist, and Carrie gulped as she dove into the pool, resurfacing right behind them, her sunglasses still on.
"How'd you do that?" Carrie asked as Kelly grabbed Alex, pulling her from Carrie, tickling her.
"The glasses?" Kelly laughed, pushing them on top of her head. "Practice."
Alex squirmed in her arms, trying to break free.
"Oh no you don't, you little water bug," Kelly smiled, pulling her close. "You're mine now."
"Carrie," Alex pleaded for help in between giggles as Kelly continued to tickle her.
"Sorry munchkin," Carrie laughed. "I do remember you calling her a party pooper."
"You did too!"
Kelly stopped, "You know what? She's right?"
"I did no such thing," Carrie protested, backing away.
"Really?" Kelly asked, placing Alex in the water, her floaties easily keeping her up. She took her sunglasses off and placed them on the small girl's head. "Cause I seem to remember something else entirely."
"Me too!" Alex called out.
"Now now," Carrie smiled, putting her hands up in defense as Kelly paddled over to her. "Let's be reasonable."
"Reasonable?" Kelly asked, her eyes sparking with mischief, making Carrie's heart speed up. "I can be reasonable."
"Kell!" Carrie squealed as Kelly wrapped her arms around her, dunking her under the water.
Kelly tried not to laugh as they wrestled each other, knowing she'd only lose oxygen. Her hands slipped, grazing over Carrie's chest, and she immediately blushed. She felt Carrie use it as an opportunity to break free as she kicked to the surface. Kelly smiled innocently as she resurfaced beside her, both of them having to tred water as they entered the other end of the pool which was a good ten feet deep.
"You're dead," Carrie smiled, reaching out to grab her, but Kelly raised her hands, taking Carrie's in her own, resulting in a pushing match. Carrie grinned, turning her hands upside down, bringing hers and Kelly's down to their sides. "You're mine now."
"Really?" Kelly smiled knowingly. "Take a deep breath."
"Why?"
"Just do it," she grinned, watching as Carrie took a deep breath of air while she pushed herself forward, tugging their arms down, causing them to sink underwater, Kelly laying right on top of her. She felt one of Carrie's legs wrap around one of her own. She raised a surprised eyebrow as Carrie's other leg slid in between hers.
Carrie smiled, pulling down on her arms, causing them to crash together. She spun them around, pushing her leg up gently, into her, knowing full well that with the bubbles and waves, no one could tell what they were really doing under there. Her lips crashed down on Kelly's, pressing against them firmly, neither brave enough to open their mouths underwater. Yet, she still felt Kelly moan as she moved her leg once again. She smiled, making sure to press her body fully into Kelly's once more before pushing her away as she swam back to the surface.
Her smile grew as Kelly resurfaced as well, breathing heavy, her face flushed, only Carrie was the only one that knew it wasn't from lack of oxygen.
"Who won?" they heard Alex call out from the other end of the pool.
"I think that's up for debate," Carrie smirked at Kelly, their legs brushing together underwater.
"Care..." Kelly whispered, her voice already hoarser than normal, her eyes still darkened.
"I couldn't help it," she replied, lowering her voice. as she turned to face her, their legs tangling up under water as they kicked softly, "Do you know what you look like in a bikini?"
Kelly's jaw twitched as she fought back the moan that was rising as Carrie's leg slipped between hers again.
"Sorry," Carrie apologized, backing away a good foot. "That was purely accident."
But Kelly shook her head, pulling her back to her.
"Kell..." her voice dropped even softer. "We so can't do that right now."
"I know," Kelly nodded, holding onto Carrie's arms, her legs almost too weak to keep her above water. "Just...I need you."
Carrie felt her pulse quicken, "W-we can't?
"I know," Kelly repeated. "Just give me a second to get my head together."
Carrie nodded.
"Actually, you being this close wearing that really isn't helping," Kelly admitted. "Why don't you go play with Alex for a bit? I'll stay here and swim some, ok?"
"Yea," Carrie nodded before letting her go and swimming back over to the shallow end.
"What's Kelly doing?" Alex asked.
Carrie looked back to find Kelly swimming slowly from side to side of the pool. She was actually a really good swimmer, Carrie noted. Carrie couldn't help but laugh to herself, she'd probably be even better if her butt didn't float so high out of the water.
"She just hasn't been swimming in a while," Carrie explained. "She's kinda missed it. So, do you want to play a game?"
"Yea," Alex nodded, excitedly. "What's it called?"
"Munchkin toss," Carrie replied with a smile.
