Nerissa had FINALLY had gotten all of the Roses out of the living room and spread through the house.
Then she heard the knock on the door.
She ran over and answered it, there stood Kelsey, NeNe, Aries, and Paris all holding a back and Kelsey Holding a couple packs of Mt.Dew.
Nerissa Smiled when her mom came tearing ass down the stairs. “ TRUTH OR DARE! PJ’S NOW IT SAVES TIME!”

15 minutes later
they were all gathered in the living room sitting on the couches in a circle.
Nerissa Smiled
“ mom..Truth or dare”
Her mom looked her like a deer caught in the headlights
“uh, um, Truth” she stumbled out
Nerissa Smiled “ Who would you go back to high school for if you could screw one of them”
Kirsten’s eyes got wide
“ probably…Steven Tyler then again I don’t really need to go back in time for it he is damn hott now!”
Nerissa laughed
“ OK sweetie truth or dare” her mom asked
“ truth” Nerissa said unnerving
Her mom smiled the smile that made Nerissa Nervous, then looked at her with gentle eyes
“ Nerissa Helena Johnson Are you in Love With Gerard Way?”
Nerissa looked down and took a deep breath
“ I’m not sure but I am pretty sure I am he gives me butterflies when ever he touches me even if his fingers brush mine. When he holds my hand or hugs me or lets me lay against him when I am watching TV or sleeping while watching TV, I feel complete that there is nothing in the world Except me and him. When he smiles at me, my whole little world gets brighter and when he talks to me or says my name… It sounds like the voice of an angel.” Nerissa Replied softly looking at her mother showing her that she was being entirely honest.

By then Kelsey, NeNe, Paris , and Aries were wiping their eyes as was her mother.

Her mom smiled and touched her hand making her look back up at her mom.
“sweetie” she said with tears in her eyes “ your in love” he said smiling.

Nerissa smiled and Lit up a cigarette
“Aries! Truth or dare?” Nerissa asked
“truth” Aries replied
“How is Mikey in bed” Nerissa Asked Boldly
Aries Smiled really wide
“oh my god ……he blew my MIND!” she replied excitedly
Kelsey’s eyes got huge and she chocked on her fruit punch
“WAIIIT! YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THAT MIKEY..MY MIKAMUS FINALLY GOT LAID BY SOMETHING OTHER THAN HIS HAND!? WELL IT IS ABOUT DAMN TIME!”
Nerissa busted out laughing along with everyone else
“yeah well, It is good to know I deflowered him” Aries said taking a drink.

Nerissa looked at Kelsey. “ so Kelsey how long have you known the guys?” she asked
Kelsey started counting on her fingers “ oh wait” she said putting her hands down. “ all my life” she said laughing
“how long have you and Frank been with each other if you don’t mind my asking?”
“ since 8th grade so about 5 years” she answered Honestly grabbing a slice of pizza

“how about you Paris How long have you been with Ray?”

Paris had been very very very quiet. She seemed shy so Nerissa Decided it was time to break the ice.

“ Um, well since I moved her about 4 years ago” she answered trying to think back that far. “aw hell who am I kidding I been with him since he has had an afro” she said laughing.

They all looked at the one person who had not said anything at all, NeNe. She was sitting there playing a game on her cell phone.
Kelsey snagged it and said, “ you’ve been acting weirder than normal, even for you. Spill.”
NeNe blushed and said “ well it involved your bed and his condom and me and him, put the pieces together.!” She said as-a-matter factly.
Kelsey’s eyes got wide and she hauled ass out of the front door and came back about 20 minutes later fuming. “ YOU LOST YOUR VIRGINITY TO BOB IN MY BED?!?! DUDE YOU TOTALLY BROKE RULE NUMBER ONE! THOU SHALT NOT FUCK IN THEE SISTER’S BED!!!” Kelsey Screamed

Nerissa stopped laughing long enough to say
“ hey Kelsey if it makes you feel any better mikey did the same thing to Gerard and even worse, he used Gerard’s Last condom”
Kelsey stood there looking at her with a duh look on her face then fall to the floor laughing.

An hour later

“ Hey Nerissa where is your dad if you don’t mind me asking” Kelsey asked looking around the very female oriented house.
“Nerissa does not like to…” Kirsten started but Nerissa held a hand up

“My father died in my arms on my 16th birthday” she sated looking down at her locket.
“He was coming home from a business trip and he was going to take me to school. He was running a couple minutes late nothing new, he pulled up and started pulling in the driveway and a tractor trailer smashed into the side of his car. He was thrown out, I remember I was standing on the front porch watching all of this happen before my eyes. I mean I will admit I was and still am to this day a daddy’s girl. I remember I dropped everything I was holding and ran out to him. There he was laying in the middle of the road in a pool of his own blood. I didn’t care I ran up and I knew he was not going to make it mom was on the porch screaming for me to come back but really I didn’t listen nor did I care too.” She said taking a deep breath and lighting up a smoke
“So I picked his head up and laid it in my lap. I will never forget what he said to me either as long as I live he said:
‘ Nerissa sweetie Don’t worry about me. Ok?
Just remember I love you and I will always be right beside you in everything you do. For the last 16 years you have been my angel, my precious daughter, my best friend and my reason to love life. And I thank you for all of these. I love you baby girl just remember everything I have taught you and you will be a good person, One day you can teach your children and they can teach theirs. Follow your heart Nerissa, your heart will never fail you.’
Then I remember he reached in his pocket and pulled out this locket. He gave it to me and I remember begging him not to leave me. He told me he loved me and I told him I loved him too and I would remember all the things he asked me too. Then he died. I was drenched in blood and balling I opened the locket “ she opened the locket and showed them the picture of her father holding her the day she was born. Engraved on the inside was the words “ the birth of an angel” Nerissa looked down and closed the locket. And looked at all of them. They were all crying.
She closed the locket and put it back on.
“ so there I sat covered in blood with the man who had taught me everything dead.
And he and mom did teach me everything.
They taught me kindness, honesty, hope, strength, honor, promise, faith, but most importantly Love.
Why am I telling all of you this? Because as my daddy taught me Honesty is the measure of everything.
After we buried my father I was so overcome with grief that I went in the house grabbed a knife and locked myself in the bathroom I took off my dress and brought the knife to my chest”
Nerissa Lifted her Aerosmith T-shirt and showed them the deep long scar across the top of her left breast.
“ I put the blade over my heart and cut deep, I didn’t want to feel the way I did, I felt as though my life had ended as well. My heart had shattered as well as my dreams of one day having my father walk me down the isle, my father being the first one to hold my first born child, and my father knowing the I fully intend on holding my promise of waiting till marriage. I started cutting I just stopped a few weeks ago. I was miserable,… until I met Gerard. And daddy’s words played over in my head “ Follow your heart baby girl follow your heart.” And I am If I was not I would not be sitting here.
Now that you all know my Story you are what I consider my inner circle” she lit another cigarette
“All I ask is that you let me tell Gerard in my own time.”
She said looking them all over.

Little did she know it was too late NeNe had called Gerard when the question was asked if she loved him. NeNe’s cell phone was still on and Gerard was Still listening.
