I just now realized, I totally cannot count! Yeah, I was looking at the chapters to GHTBP, and then it hit me... it went from Chapter Five, to Chapter Seven. I was just a little embarassed. Did anyone else see that? It's changed now, so don't bother looking... But yeah, just to inform you, your lovable Sally Skel cannot count! But anyway, I'm not too sure on how this one turned out. It's not one of my favorites. I am currently rewriting the ending, so beware! Nah, just joking! Well, on with your daily dose of dramatic warfare in the Silver/Ryan stories! Will they ever get together??

Silver woke up in a hospital bed, fully aware of what went on and feeling perfectly fine except for the fact that she had a major concussion. Everyone was crowded around her, tear streaked faces finally smiling.
“Oh my GOD!” Clair screamed.
“Shut it people, I’m fine.” Silver said, trying to get out of bed. Someone held her down. Brendon. “I’m FINE.” She urged, gritting her teeth. He shrugged and the moment she sat up, blood rushed to her face and she nearly passed out. “Maybe nearly fine…”
“Yeah. Not fine. What happened?” He asked. Silver rolled her eyes.
“Well, I went to McDonalds, talked to Ryan for a little bit then drove off. I dropped something on the floorboard, or thought I did. I looked up and saw this stupid idiot on the wrong side of the road and didn’t think about it. When they got like two seconds away from me, I realized I was about to be another statistic.” Silver said casually as if she got into major car crashes every other day.
“Ms. Miller? When we checked your blood for any drugs that might react to the pain medication, we found a large amount of different pills, even ones that you don’t need. Do you have a reason for this?” The doctor asked. ‘Shit.’ She thought.
“Uh… No.” She said, choosing not to lie. But she didn’t necessarily choose to tell the truth either.
“You do realize that you have a drug problem?” She asked, looking over the top of her glasses. Silver felt herself blush, knowing everyone except Brendon was shocked. Silver nodded. “Our records show that you currently are attencing college in Detroit, Michigan. I think it’s best if you stayed here until you came out of rehab.”
“Look, lady. I haven’t done it since I found out I was coming back here!” She screamed, knowing college was her only escape from this. “I quit once I got here!”
“That is no excuse. You need to report to Las Vegas Rehabilitation Center for a minimum of two weeks. Until then, you have to stay in the city.” She said, writing a prescription. “Oh and these pills will not become a dependency.”
With that, she left. Silver could’ve sworn the doctor was smirking as she turned around, leaving the room eerily silent and everyone’s eyes on her.
“You-you have a drug problem?” Clair gasped. As if she didn’t.
“So do you, I don’t know why you’re so shocked. You two were the ones that got me doing this…” Silver grumbled. Blair and Clair clutched their chests in shock, looking as if they had run a mile in under five minutes.
“Silver… I…” Ryan started, moving the twins back.
“Don’t talk. This is not your fault. Don’t you even start to make this into a big deal because it’s not anything like that!” Silver practically screamed. She got up and ignored the throbbing in her head as she made her way across the room. “I’m going home today.”
She was true to her word. Once the pain medication kicked in, she was free as a bird. She left the hospital so quick you’d think someone was dying some place else. Brendon drove her home in silence. Complete and utter silence that threatened to choke the very breath from her lungs. What was his problem? Did she do something wrong? Was there some bad news that he only knew about? WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM??
A million questions were burning into her mind as he pulled into the driveway. Silver sat chewing on her lip until he tapped on her window. She jerked and jumped out, walking behind him to the house. Once the door was shut, the old Brendon flickered back to life. He rounded on her, completely aghast. He was smiling the evil smile that told her that her world was about to come to a stop.
“How could you do such a thing to yourself?” He whispered dangerously. She bit her lip, the memories of what followed his tone haunting her. “I didn’t realize this was how far it had gotten… how long?”
“About nine months…” She sighed, tensing as he moved towards her slowly, the look not leaving his face even for a moment.
“You could’ve died.” He said a little louder. She cringed, knowing once his voice got louder, he was going to hit her. She tensed, waiting for it. When she cracked her eyes a little bit, he grabbed a handful of her hair and brought her close to him, whispered.
“You could’ve died.” He whispered again before throwing her to the floor, a sickening thud sounding as she fell unceremoniously down. He turned and went to his bedroom. Silver laid there, her head hurting again, as well as her wrist and her heart. He was gone.
Brendon Urie had cracked, and she had been the one to do the cracking. Like an egg under pressure, the old Brendon was back with a bang.
What was wrong with her? Why couldn’t she just be where nothing happened, where everything was perfect? Why did drama and sadness always follow her around like a black cloud casting rain on everyone and everything she happened upon? She knew what she had to do.
And she was going to do it in the middle of the following night.

BAD BRENDON! Shame, shame, shame, that's awful. But I had to do it. Now on a better note, the next chapter is one of my favorites. And it's long(ish). It's currently 795 words long. So wow. Crazy. Anywho, review like you always do and I will update as usual!
