Chapter Eight
When Gerard got back to the hut, he smiled when he saw Mikey and Frank sleeping peacefully on the bed. He approached them, shaking Frank. “Frank, c’mon. Wake up.”
Frank opened his eyes. “Gee?”
“C’mon. Everything’s taken care of. Let’s go home.” Gerard said, turning to Mikey. “Mikey...”
“No, don’t wake him up. I’ll carry him.” Frank said.
“Ok.”
Frank got up, softly picking Mikey up and carrying him to the car. Mikey mumbled something and wrapped his arms around Frank, which made Frank smile and kiss Mikey’s cheek. He opened the car door and put Mikey on the front seat with Gee’s help.
“Thank’s Gee.”
“I’ll follow your car.”
Frank nodded and got in the drivers seat, driving to Mikey’s appartment. Halfway there, Mikey opened his eyes. “Frank?”
“Shh. Get some more sleep. We’re almost home.” Frank said.
Mikey nodded and closed his eyes again. He was fast asleep by the time they got home. Frank picked him up again, carrying him inside the house with Gee’s help. Frank made his way to Mikey’s bedroom, placing him on the bed.
“You don’t have to stay here, Frank. Go home, get some sleep.”
“No. I wanna stay and besides, at home, I don’t think I’d be abble to sleep.”
Gerard nodded. “Ok. So since you are staying, I’m just gonna go home and rest for a bit.”
“’k”
“Thanks for staying with him.”
Frank nodded and hugged Gee. “See ye tomorrow.”
“Bye.” Gerard said, getting out.
Frank checked on Mikey, who was still asleep. He kissed Mikey’s forehead softly, heading to the bathroom and taking his clothes off, stepping into the shower, letting the water pour down on him.
Mikey woke up after a while, looking around and smiling slightly, when he heard the shower running. He got up slowly, holding onto stuff and trying to walk as best as he could, making his way to the bathroom. He got in and sat on the toilet, taking off his clothes and opening the shower door, getting in.
Frank jumped high in the air when he turned and saw Mikey in front of him. “Fuck Mikey, you scared me.” Frank said, blushing.
“Sorry... I kinda stink... I need a shower.” Mikey said, wrapping his arms around Frank’s neck, the water pouring down on both of them. Mikey leant in, kissing Frank softly. Frank smiled into the kiss, wrapping his arms around Mikey’s waist and pulling him closer.
Mikey moaned into Frank’s mouth and pulled away from the kiss, kissing Frank’s neck softly. “God, Mikey.” Frank groaned, a wave of pleasure invading his body. Then, realisation suddenly struck him. This wasn’t right... Mikey had suffered abuse and this wasn’t right… not now... One thing was to kiss, but this, he felt that he was taking advantage of Mikey. “Mikey, baby... wait.” Frank said, trying to stiffle a moan.
Mikey pulled away from Frank’s neck, looking him straight in the eye. Mikey’s eyes were so pleading; it made his heart break in two. Frank wanted nothing more than to respond to those eyes, to make the pain, both fisical and pshycologycal go away, to be replace with love... but, it was too early. He just felt bad... doing that, right now.
Frank pulled Mikey closer to him, kissing his cheek. “I love you, babe...”
“I love you too.” Mikey replied, smiling.
“Let’s get you cleaned up then...” Frank said, helping Mikey washing his body. After a while, they stepped out of the shower, towels around waists.
Frank helped Mikey getting dressed into his pj’s. He then picked up his boxers and an old shirt Mikey had, dressing them. He slid into bed with Mikey, kissing him slowly, and cuddling with him.
