Enjoy the Silence Chapter 8

After they finished their meal, Orlando paid and they left. Cassy tried to pay for half of it, but he gave her a look, so she put her wallet away. She smiled and then took his hand as they left the restaurant. When they got outside Cassy looked at her watch, it was only eight. She wanted to go into a store that was right down the street from Lily’s. They sold the kind of essential oils that she liked to use and she was out of jasmine oil. It was on the expensive side, but she loved to use a bit of it in her bath. It was relaxing and stimulating at the same time. She thought she might buy some other oil, but she wanted to wait until she saw what they had available.
“ Do you mind if we do a bit of shopping, I need to pick up a couple of things? It’s just down the street. It’s called This and That.”
“ No, I don’t mind. I’ve not been in that store yet. What do they sell?” He asked as they started down the sidewalk.
“ They sell a bunch of stuff, candles, essential oils, clothes. Not the kind of stuff I would wear, you could probably get away with it. You are so thin. I couldn’t fit my pinkie toe in most of that stuff.” She laughed.
“ Oh stop it, I think you are beautiful.” He pulled her to a stop and took her face into his hands and showed her how beautiful he thought she was. He kissed her mouth passionately. He ran his hand down her back and gave her behind a little squeeze. She squeaked in response, her eyes flying open. He smiled against her mouth, and pulled away. He gave her a smile that rivaled the sun and pulled her into another embrace.
“ You are so silly, do you know that?” Cassandra said as they continued down the sidewalk
“ Silly am I? I’m British, I’m not allowed to be silly.” He said in a stiff accent. He straightened his posture and looked down his nose. He then broke out in to a heart-wrenching smile. Cassy melted into a puddle of goo. His smile was enough to melt ice. It was so warm and inviting.
“ I love you” She said softly looking up into his smiling face.
“ I love you too.” He leaned over and kissed the tip of her nose.
They reached the store and saw that it was still open. He opened the door for her and let her go in first. He looked about the dimly light shop. There were a couple of younger people in the store, a man and a woman. Both of them were in black “ Goth” wear. The girl had short dyed black hair and enough piercings to set off a metal detector. The guy had tattoos covering his forearms and more piercings. They both looked up briefly and went back to examining whatever it was that they were looking at. Cassy walked in and greeted the person behind the counter. She asked about some essential oils and was assured that they had some in stock. They talked as Orlando explored the store. He wandered over towards the clothes section. Some of them were brightly colored and outrageous, but he liked that sort of thing. He wished he could wear funky things such as these to work, but he was a doctor. He had to look somewhat professional. Even what he wore today, jeans and a sweater were not really appropriate. No one really said anything, though. Which was good; he didn’t really want to make waves at work. Maybe if he ever had his own practice, he could then dress in any way he chose. It would be awhile, but it would happen someday.
“ I think I need sunglasses to look at that shirt. It’s very bright.” Cassandra said as she came up behind him.
“ Yes, it is isn’t it?” He laughed as he put the shirt back on the rack. “ Did you get what you came in for?”
“ Yes, I did. We can go whenever you are ready Do you want to go pick up some clothes at your place? ”
“ Do you want me to spend the night with you?” He asked as they headed out the door. They stopped outside of the store
“ Umm…yes…Is that okay? You don’t have to…if you don’t want to…I’d understand.” She said looking down at her hands. Then looked back up to his face shyly.
He reached his hand up to touch her cheek. Her skin was so soft and smooth. He ran his thumb across her bottom lip, then leaned down and kissed her softly. He swiped his tongue across her lips and deepened the kiss. He took her into his arms and held her tightly against his body. They were completely oblivious to the fact that they were on the sidewalk. People walked around them and smiled, others shook their head in disgust. When they did separate, they were both breathless. Orlando smiled and pulled her towards his vehicle.
They got to his apartment building and almost tumbled onto the living room floor. They were frantic to get their clothes off. He managed to get them into his bedroom, even in his fevered mind he remembered that he had protection in his nightstand. He pushed her onto the bed and fell on top of her. They kissed passionately, tongues dueling. His hands moved down to her breast, his thumbs rubbing over her hard nipples. Orlando tore his mouth away from her lips and latched on to her nipple. He laved it with his tongue then sucked it into his hot mouth. He then gave the other one the same attention as she writhed under him, moaning loudly.
He could feel his control slipping. He wanted to be inside of her right now. He reached over and grabbed protection, opened it with his teeth and slipped it on to his erection. “Gods, you feel so good.” She moaned. Cassandra didn’t want him to stop. He touched a part of her that made her go insane with lust. He continued to thrust as their moans of pleasure filling the room. Her hips arching up to meet his thrusts, she felt his body tense. He then reached his hand down between them and found her clit. He rubbed it as he continued to thrust. She sobbed as she felt the fire rush over her body and exploded. Her cry of pleasure echoed in the room, reaching every nook and cranny. His climax wasn’t long in following he pulled his hand from her and pushed his upper body up and slammed into her not allowing her to come down. Cassandra’s eyes fluttered open and she smiled, “ As much as I would love to go to sleep. There is a certain dog that wouldn’t appreciate not being walked tonight.”
He chuckled softly, “ I know, love. I just want to lay here for a bit. I like to feel your body against mine. We can leave in a few minutes.” He pulled her tighter against his hard lean body, his arms around her waist. They lay like that for almost twenty minutes, not felling the need to move. Until finally Cassy jerked her eyes open.
“ Orli, we need to go. Poor Missy is probably really needing to go out.” She pulled away and went in search of her clothes. Orli got up and walked out to the living room where he found her half dressed in her underclothes and unbuttoned shirt. She was in search of her black pants. He walked over to where they were hanging from the light fixture and pulled them down. She took them from him and pulled them on.
Orlando went back into the bedroom and pulled on a pair of faded jeans and pale yellow, long sleeve shirt.
Then grabbed a pair of socks and pulled them on. He padded back out to the living room and found his boots. He plopped down next to Cassy and slid his feet into his boot and laced them up. Cassy sat and waited for him then stood up as he finished.
“Are you going to come home with me?” She asked softly
“ If you would like me too. I will.”
She smiled and nodded, “ Well if that’s the case then you better grab some clothes and stuff.” He nodded and went back into the bedroom. When he came back out he had a full bag and was ready to go. Cassy almost rushed him out the door, saying that Missy was going to burst if they didn’t hurry.
Missy was waiting by the door whining and wiggling her entire body. Orli dropped his bag by the door then went into the kitchen to grab Missy’s leash. They took her for a nice long walk then brought her back. Cassy went into the kitchen and gave Missy her “treat”, while Orlando took his bag upstairs. When he came back down he found Cassy trying to start a fire in the fireplace.
“ Do you need some help, love?” He asked cheekily
“ Yes, You ass, come help me.” She tossed over her shoulder.
“ An Ass am I? Well then I will leave you to start the fire on your own.” He stood with his arms folded across his chest.
Cassy turned and stepped over to him. She put her arms around him and hugged him. He tried to resist, but he couldn’t. He smiled and hugged her back.
“I’m just teasing, I think you are a wonderful man and speaking of asses, you have a very nice one.” She said with a giggle as she gave his tight behind a little squeeze. Then she screeched as he lunged for her, tackling her onto the mound of pillows on the floor. She laughed and giggled as he tickled her mercilessly. She was finally able to get her arms free and returned the favor, finding his sides to be very ticklish. She tormented him until he begged for her to stop. They finally rolled onto their backs, gasping for air and sweating.
Orlando was the first to recover, he turned over to his side and looked at Cassy. Her face was flushed red from exertion. She almost looked like she had just finished having mind-blowing sex. Her skin glistened in the dim lamp light, her chest heaving with exertion, and there was a glow about her. She was so beautiful to him. He shook himself out of his revere and stood. He held out a hand to help her stand, which she took. She stood easily and smiled
“ Well that was fun, we’re going to have to do that again.” Cassandra said as she stood. “I feel like having a bath. Would you like to join me?” She asked coyly
“ I would love to join you.” He followed her up to her bathroom with the large clawfoot tub. She remembered her essential oil that she left in the kitchen. She walked back down to get it after she started the water in the tub. She stopped to give Missy a little scratch behind the ears. When she got back upstairs she gasped. Orlando was waiting for her in all his naked glory. His body was slender and strong, with smooth skin and taut muscles. He had few candles lit and was dispersed around the bathroom, on the table beside the sink, on the windowsill, even on the toilet. The light reflected off of his sleek skin, making him appear almost luminescent.
She stepped into the bathroom and put the oil down on the small table. She then reached down and began to strip. Her shirt hit the floor, then her pants. Her boots had came off after they got back from walking Missy. Her bra and panties came off last. By that time he was already with in arms reach. He reached up and removed the clip that restrained her long hair. It fell down her back like a curtain. He then picked up the bottle of oil she bought.
“ Hmmm, what is this? …Ahh Jasmine, very nice.” He unscrewed the bottle and sniffed. He nodded then he closed the bottle and put it down. “ Are you going to use that in the bath?”
“ I didn’t think so, it’s really expensive. I use it sparingly. On special occasions, I use it for perfume. I haven’t used it in the bath for a long time.” She stepped closer to the tub. “ I was thinking that you wouldn’t want to smell like Jasmine. I do have other things.” She picked up bottle of bubble bath. It was more spicy, basil and citrus from Bath and Body Works. She poured some into the bath and waited for a minute, then stepped in. He followed and sat down. It was a perfect fit. She turned and reclined against his chest, sitting between his splayed legs. Orlando wrapped his arms around her and pulled her close.
She waited for the water to fill the tub to a comfortable depth, then shut it off. Cassy leaned against his chest, feeling his manhood against her bottom. It was starting to harden. He wanted her again.

She turned in his arms and managed to get into a straddling position. She leaned close and kissed his soft lips, nipping at his bottom lip playfully. He smiled and reciprocated. After their breathing returned to normal, he lifted his head and kissed her gently on the lips.
Cassandra returned his kisses and hugged his lean form close to her. After a couple of minutes she felt him pull away, “ I have to dispose of this.” Referring to the condom.
After a couple of seconds she heard him curse.
She looked over and saw him frowning, “ What’s wrong?” She asked sleepily
“ Do you take birth control pills by any chance?” He asked suddenly
“ No, I don’t…I’m assuming by your reaction that the condom broke.” She was afraid of the answer.
“ Yes, It did. I’m so sorry…I don’t know what to say.” He dropped the prophylactic in the garbage and returned to the bed.
“ Well there isn’t anything to say really. We will just have to wait and see what happens. If nothing comes of this, then yes I will go to my gynecologist and have her prescribe some for me. If something does happen then…I will deal with it.” She said softly not looking at him
“ Sweetheart, if you are then we will both handle it.” He lifted her chin up so she looked into his eyes. Then he kissed her softly. “ Do you want to take a shower? Then we can go to sleep.”

“ Yes, that would be great” She said as she stood. Cassy walked into the bathroom and started the shower. Orli followed after a few minutes, just as she was scrubbing her face. They finished and dried off, then got back into bed.
Cassy looked over at the alarm clock on her nightstand. It was eleven-thirty and he had to work in the morning. She asked him what time he wanted to get up.
“ Oh I have to be at work by nine. So I have to be up no later then eight thirty.”
Cassy set up the alarm clock to wake her up at seven-thirty. She then cuddled up next to Orlando, wrapping her arms around his waist. She kissed his chest and squeezed him tight. As she closed her eyes, she could feel his hand gently rubbing her back in a soothing motion. After a little bit she fell asleep.
