Yes one of my very favorite chapters is now up for your viewing pleasure! I just love how it plays out, I don't know why. The emotion, in my opinion, is very strong. Or feels like it. I don't know. Special shoutouts to Row_Reilley, may this story help you through a very trying time! The rest of my chapters are dedicated to you! And let me say, the rest of my chapters are some of my pride and joy, especially the last one, which I perfected not even ten minutes ago! So, on with your healing drama!

The next night came in a flash. She was ready. Her bags were packed. She was leaving. She was like an ominous cloud that never went away and she was sick of ruining everyone’s lives.
There were a few steps she had to take, however. And they took time.
First, she dyed her hair black and cut it to a jagged form. She got her glasses out and put them on after taking her contacts out. She was no longer Silver. That was how she wanted it. She was not to be recognized by anyone.
After her hair had dried, she scribbled a goodbye note and grabbed her bags. She was out the door faster than you could say ‘see you sister!’ Without a backwards glance, she was gone.
As she boarded the highway, someone was on her tail. They kept flashing their lights and trying to get her to pull over. She didn’t know who it was, but she pulled over anyway. “No one was out when I left… no one saw me. Maybe my tail light is out or something…” She mumbled to herself. She put the car in park, waiting for whoever it was to come up to her.
“Where are you headed off to?” Asked Ryan as he sat in the passenger seat. He looked over at her. “What did you do to your hair?”
“Do I know you? Please, get out of my car.” She responded, not looking at him. She knew if she looked over at him, she would be going back to Las Vegas.
“Silver, please.” He said. When she looked over, she saw a look in his eyes that could only be described as sadness. “I don’t want to lose you… again.”
“Ryan, I have to go. I only ruin everyone’s lives.” She said. “Brendon snapped again. It’s all my fault.” She fell into his arms over the console, breaking down and wanting to leave all at once.
Ryan held Silver like that for what felt like hours, but well into the night. “Nothing is your fault, Silv.”
“Thank you.” She said, and they headed back to Las Vegas. She got safely in at Brendon’s and went back to bed, hoping Ryan wouldn’t say anything about her midnight excursion. He was there when she woke up the next morning, chatting with Brendon, who looked awful. Like he hadn’t slept in days.
“Morning Silv!” Ryan called cheerfully. He went back to whatever story he was telling to Brendon while she grabbed a bowl of **Fruit Loops**(:P) and sat down next to him. Brendon looked over at her with a curious expression on his face.
“You are actually sitting next to him? Wow! I thought you hated him!” He said. “Did you and Chloe break up or something?” He pointed at Ryan.
“Uh, actually. We did.” He said, blushing faintly. There was an odd silence. “Last week. She said I was talking too much about another girl, even if I did know her longer.” He took a quick, sideways glance at Silver and blushed more prominently. “I think it was for the best anyway. We kind of rushed into our relationship.”
“Well I’m sorry to hear that. She was a real looker.” Brendon smiled sarcastically. Ryan chuckled and shook his head.
“Not really. She just caught me when I was most vulnerable and sunk her claws in me.” He responded. He turned his head toward Silver, who had a blank look on her face, and smiled widely. She returned a smile, but nothing like the one he gave her; it only lasted a few seconds. Her mind was numb.
“Was it me?” She asked in a hushed voice when Brendon took the dishes in.
“What?” He asked jerkily. She sighed, closing her eyes a second.
“Was I the reason you two broke up?” She asked.
“Yeah, you were.” He answered.
“I’m so sorry, Ryan. I didn’t mean anything.” She said. He shushed her as Brendon came back in.
“Talk later.” He whispered.
“So Silver, how come you changed your hair? I must say it looks quite pretty on you, however.” He said, very unlike the recent Brendon Urie she knew. She welcomed it, however.
“I figured the purple was getting too exhausting to take care of. I kept having to bleach my roots and dye them purple. I decided to just go a few shades darker.” She lied quickly. She had been well prepared if he asked her that question. He believed her so that was all that was needed. She didn’t need to dig her grave deeper.
“Oh, that’s cool.” He said simply. “Ryan and I have to go to the studio today, so you can come if you want.” She nodded and half an hour later, after her shower, they were off.
