Rock of Ages, Forever Pt85
Sav was mesmerized by the whirl pool of crimson colored water as it swirled down the drain. The hot steamy water cascaded over him, washing away blood and sweat. The heat of the water pulled at the aching muscles while it soothed the pain. He tilted his head back and let it spray his face. The hot water stung the healing cut below his eye. The muscles in his stomach hurt, having rid his stomach of every drop of Marcus’s blood.
Sav had deliberately made Marcus angry to keep him away from Joe when he went after him, with every intention to have his way with him. Sav did and said anything that he could think of to get Marcus to come to him, it finally paid off. The price he paid was worth all the blood that washed down the drain. Sav turned the water off, grabbing a towel to dry he, he wrapped it around his waist, then made his way across his room the bed. Crawling over the cool sheets, he flopped down on his stomach.
“Sav.” Joe called out.
“What?”
“Are you alright?”
“Just a little sore, that’s all.”
“Why did you do that?”
Sav got up and went to the bars so he could see him. Joe was standing at the far end of his room leaning against the bars so he was able to see down to Sav’s caged room. “I didn’t want Marcus to put his filth on some one that belongs to me.” He said softly.
A smile crept to Joe’s lips. “Do I?”
“I would anything to keep him away from you.”
“Even after what he just did?”
“And more if I had to.”
“He’s not going to give in every time you do that. I’ll just have to deal with it.” Joe shrugged his shoulders.
“Not if I can prevent it from happening.”
“I may not like what he does or hearing it for that matter.”
“Anything for you Joe, you should know that by now.”
“I do, it’s just that I don’t like what he’s doi….”
“Don’t worry about it.” he cut him off. “I’m going to lay down for awhile.” Sav moved away from the bars, stretching out on his stomach on the bed again. Closing his eyes, he took of beep breath to calm his empty stomach and chase away the hunger he felt.
Joe slid down the bars and hummed softly to himself, knowing that Sav could hear him too. A few minutes later, he felt him touch his mind, reassuring Joe that he was alright. Joe smiled to himself when Sav started thinking about Rebecca and the times the three of them were together. He leaned his head back against the cold bars to lose himself in the same memories.

Sav paced around his room like a caged animal. The walls were slowly closing in around him and he didn’t know how much more he could take before he completely lost control. He doesn’t even remember it being this bad with Nick, probably because he didn’t have to worry about Joe at the time. He was here now and Marcus was getting more persistent about taking what he wanted from Joe. 'How long have they been here?' Sav thought to himself. Weeks, months he didn’t know anymore, he had lost track of time.
Marcus came strolling past and Sav stopped his pacing to watch him. He went straight over to Joe. “Evening Mr. Elliott.”
“Go away.”
Marcus ignored his remark. “I’ve often wondered what it is that Rick sees in you.”
“Someone that doesn’t betray him.”
“No, it’s more than that. Perhaps it’s your blood that he desire’s and nothing more.”
“I wouldn’t know. Why don’t you ask him?”
“He wouldn’t tell me something like that. Maybe I'll find out for myself, maybe go a little further and fuck that pretty boy ass of yours.”
Joe remained calm about what he said.
“So, I take that as a yes.”
“Marcus leave him alone!” Sav yelled.
He turned to Sav. “You can’t expect to keep him all to yourself do you?”
“He doesn’t want what you have to offer.”
“Joseph may enjoy it enough to stay with me.”
“Maybe so. You don’t want him anyway, he sucks in bed.”
“So you have been together…”
“Many times. He’s a lousy fuck, he’s clumsy and he comes to fast. I mean, he is mortal after all. Doesn’t have the staying power like we do.” Sav told him.
“Then maybe you didn’t properly educate him in how to please you.”
“He could care less about the other person. He worries about getting himself off.”
“It would seem that every time that I try to take him in the way that I want. You always rant and rave about one thing or another to keep me from doing it. Now why is that?”
“To save you the disappointment of thinking that he will please you, when he won’t. I’m not even sure why I keep sleeping with him, I get more satisfaction from Nick.”
“It must be good or else you wouldn’t try so hard to keep me from him.” Marcus replied, pulling the keys from his pocket, he unlocked the door to Joe’s room and stepped inside. He closed the door behind him and turned to Joe. “It won’t be anything harsh this time. I would just like to know if your blood is as sweet as Nick said it is.”
”I think it made him sick.” Joe told him.
“How can something that taste like a fine wine, make you sick?” Marcus said, moving toward him.
“I have no idea, but I hope it does.” Joe told him. “Did anyone ever tell you how short you are?” Joe said sarcastically.
Marcus’s hand shot up and backhanded Joe across the face, sending him reeling to slam face first into the bars. Marcus was on him in seconds, pinning him there.
“Now I’m going to see what all the fuse is about.” His body firmly held Joe as he reached up, roughly shoved his head aside. Joe struggled as much as he could, but Marcus held him tight against the bars.
“Marcus!” Sav yelled.
“What is it now Richard?” Marcus said, impatiently glancing over at him.
“You don’t want his blood. Take mine instead, it’s much sweeter.”
“But I have had yours many times.” Marcus told him.
“Not with the desire I have for you right now.”
“There will be other times to taste that in you.” Marcus again lowered his head to Joe’s neck. Scraping his fangs across the hot skin, he tingled with excitement as the first drops of his blood touched his tongue.
Joe gave in and stopped fighting him, realizing that it wasn’t going to do any good and felt his teeth sink in his flesh. He drew in a sharp breath and just let it happen, he didn’t have the same gentleness that Sav did and cried out in pain from the strong pulls on his neck
That one sound caused such rage in Sav, he flew at the bars. Screaming Marcus’s name out several times to get his attention, but he stayed firmly latched to Joe. A few seconds longer, he saw Marcus withdraw his fangs and smile. He stepped away from Joe, leaving him standing there. Marcus exited the room and stepped over to Sav, who was glaring at him with amber eyes.
“Oh don’t be so angry Rick, you knew I would do that eventfully.” Marcus didn’t give him a chance to respond before he left them alone.
Sav looked over at Joe. He had his head leaning between the gaps in the bars with eyes closed. His grip tight enough on the bars to show the whites of his knuckles. Sav stormed into his mind, causing Joe to jerked his head up.
“Damnit Sav not so hard.” Joe rasped out.
“Sorry, I didn’t mean to. I’m still angry.”
“I can see that.” Joe told him after seeing the amber glow. “You tried to stop him, but it didn’t work this time, no harm done, I’ll be fine.”
The room was thrown in darkness as Marcus turned off the lights and left the house.
“It’s late and I’m tired after that.” Joe said softly and felt his way around the room to the bed to lay down, he felt Sav pulling away. “No…stay here…..it’s comforting to feel you bouncing around in my head.”
“Ok.” Sav answered him just above a whisper, flopping his tried body on his own bed, thinking about anything and everything to get his mind off his gnawing hunger. 'Was that the next step that Marcus was going to take, by starving him, and then putting Joe in with him,' he quickly shut those thoughts out.
“Do you think he would do that?” Joe asked.
“Knowing Marcus, yes he would. He would get a lot of satisfaction from watching me drain you.”
“Would you do that?”
Silence filled the room as Joe waited for his answer.
“I hope it doesn’t come to that.” Came Sav’s soft uncertain reply.

Rebecca sat in the kitchen crying. It had been several months since the three of them had disappeared and she was barely hanging on. The doctor had warned her not to lose any more weight and getting more rest, risking the babies health and the possibility of losing it. The dark circles under her eyes told of how exhausted and worried she was. She may never see any of them ever again and it was taking it’s toll on her. Everyone did their best to comfort and support her and deal with it themselves. Rebecca hadn’t even left the house in fear of missing a phone call or them coming home.
Nick had gone into a rage on evening, scaring the wits out of everyone, if not for Rebecca’s sobbing, he would have destroyed the house. A few days later he explained what had happened. He felt Sav in his mind that night, the strong feeling of pain and weakness came from him, but the bond was strained and faded quickly. Phil was the only one brave enough to bombard him with question. Asking him weather or not if they were all still alive. Nick told him he didn’t know at this point, because he wasn’t sure what was causing Sav to feel that way. Phil left it at that and left him alone.
Nick walked by the kitchen and stopped, seeing Rebecca, he went up to her.
“I don’t know how much longer I can deal with this.” She told him softly.
“Rebecca please. I know it’s hard, but you mustn’t worry so about this. It is not doing the child you carry nothing but harm.”
“But what of my other child? I don’t know if she’s de…”
”Shh, don’t think like that. I have men combing the planet looking for them.”
“It’s been months Nick and there is nothing to go on, nothing. How can you just take three people and disappear like, not leaving something behind.”
“Look at me,” Nick said softly, lifting her chin gently so that her hazel eyes met his. “I will bring them home, safely. If it the last thing I do in my long existence. I will bring them home.”
Rebecca stood up and encircled her arms around his neck. Nick pulled her close, slowly rocking back and forth as she cried. They stood there holding one another for sometime, comforting each other. Rebecca for the men and child she loves dearly and Nick for the man he has loved for years and would kill for.
Arthur came rushing into the kitchen. “Mr. de Brabant…..Nick come quickly.” he said breathlessly.
“What is it Arthur?” Nick replied, still holding Rebecca.
“It’s the child, she’s returned.” he told them.
Nick’s eyes snapped up to look at him. Releasing Rebecca they both followed him into the foyer. Standing there was a woman shifting back and forth on her feet, looking very nervous holding Amber.
“Oh my... Amber.” Rebecca rushed over, taking her daughter from her. Sinking to her knees, crushing Amber to her chest.
Tears of relief and joy at holding her daughter again. Amber clang to her mother’s neck as Nick lifted them up, taking them into the living room.
“Get the others, and escort this young lady to the study.” Nick told Arthur.
“Right away sir.” Arthur told him, tears of joy in his own eyes at the safe return of the child that had stolen his boss’s heart.
Phil and Rick tripped all over each other coming into the room. Both of them stared in disbelieve at seeing Amber.
She pulled away from Rebecca and sucked her finger. “Dadee, Un Sa….home?”
“No honey, they are not.” Rebecca said.
Nick squatted down in front of her. “Can you tell me about the place where you were?”
“Toys, Dadee.” She told them.
“What about Uncle Sav?” Nick said softly.
“ean no pay 'locks.” Amber flung her arms back around Rebecca’s neck.
“She’s scared of him.” Rebecca told him.
“Oh honey, he’s not mad at you.” Nick said. “He’s mad because he can’t come home.”
“ars no p'ay dadee.”
“Is Uncle in bars too?” Nick asked, his anger slowly rising.
Amber nodded and everyone tried the talk at once. Nick held up his hand to quite them. ”Who else is there honey?”
“Gen…..Un Marus.” She said smiling.
“Marcus.” Nick hissed angrily.
She nodded her head. “Un Marus hit Un Sa 'ee mad.”
“Does Uncle Marcus hit Daddy too?” Nick asked.
“Uh hu.” Amber mumbled.
Nick was trembling with rage.
“I thought Marcus was your friend Nick?” Rick said angrily.
“So did I.” Nick replied looking up at him.
Amber squirmed to get down and Rebecca let her go. She didn’t go far and grabbed one of the books on the table to look through it.
Nick stood up and glanced at Amber. He wouldn’t be able to get any more from her right now. “I’m going to talk to the young woman, find out if she has any answers.” Leaving them he went to the study. Nick was furious, Marcus was behind this. He knew how brutal Marcus could be when he didn’t get his way, worse than even him. He was going to pay for this and dearly.
“Oh man this isn’t happening again.” Rick said and ran his hand through his hair.
“And now Joe is involved. I don’t even want to know what he’s going through. He’s locked in a cage for Christ sake.” Phil angrily huffed.
“It been hard on all of us, especially me.” Rebecca reminded them.
“Dadee, Un Sa wuve ou.” Amber said out of no where.
“Yes they do honey. Daddy and Uncle Sav will be home soon.”
“Un Sa hurt 'ell me.” Amber said. “Dadee 'ome?”
“Amber he’s not mad at you. He’ll come home and play with you soon, so will Daddy.” Rebecca’s own tears fell again at the thought of what this man has done to them.
“Now what do we do?” Rick asked.
“There’s nothing we can do.” Phil said. “Nick has over thirty men out looking for them and himself.”
“All they’ve came up with is the car, that little dart they found in front of the restaurant, and the trail gets cold.” Rick said. “I guess he now knows what we went through the time he did the same thing to Sav.”
“Don’t under estimate him Rick.” Phil warned him.
“Don’t tell me you starting to like him?” Rick commented.
Phil shrugged his shoulders. “Maybe a little. But I will tell you this, Nick will stop at nothing to find him and bring him home. He is total obsessed with Sav. I don’t even think Nick realizes how bad it is.”
“And where does that leave Joe?”Rick wanted to know,
“Nick has always considered Joe a threat. If their relationship became close like it has, it would mean that Sav would leave him.”
“So it if he finds them, he’s only worried about Sav?”
Phil looked at Rebecca. “No, Sav would never forgive him if he left Joe behind.”
“You know a lot about this Phil.” Rick commented.
“I pay attention to what’s going on around us. Maybe you should too, it may save you a lot of questions in the future.”
I’m going to take Amber upstairs.” Rebecca said standing up, holding the four year old tightly.
“iss Un Phi.” Amber said.
Phil came over and took her, hugging her tightly. “I missed you sweetie.”
Rick got a tight squeeze and kiss. Amber giggled when Rick’s hair tickled her nose.
Rebecca told them goodnight and went upstairs.
“Do you think Joe and Sav knows she home safe?” Rick wondered.
“I don’t know.”
“Why doesn’t Sav use that bond thing he has with Nick more? That way he could find them?”
“It wouldn’t do much good. Sav was drugged and he doesn’t know where they are, so it wont help Nick at all.”
“And there is nothing we can do?”
“Yeah there is, just be there for Rebecca and Amber.”
